The room was nice and large enough for 5 adults; the staff that I communicated with were all very polite and friendly. We felt there was a few things lacking in motel content that you would normally expect to see (i.e. extra pillow, hair dryer) and also one of the quilts was noticed to have cigarette burns in it.

Easy check in. The room was very clean and spacious. The room had all the facilities that I required such as microwave, fridge, TV, coffee making facilities, shower, toilet and a comfortable bed. I can highly recommend staying here 😊

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my life. Old dirty. I couldn’t sit in the arm chair for grease on chair. Filthy tiles in bathroom. Someone had a shower next door and water came up through drain in my bathroom. Dirty marks on wall. No bed head. Floor was sticky and dirty. Walls were paper thin. Could hear next door. Not sufficient lock on the door. Felt unsafe on my own. Sheets were clean. Terrible experience. Wont be trusting Wot if again.

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was not cleaned once. We had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper being given one roll of paper each time. Room is very small and does not breathe. location is good can walk to Twin Towns clubs etc.

The quilt absolutely stunk, had to remove and put the single bed cover on, pillows completly flat , no tissues would rate at about 3 out of 10 compared to the other motels that i stayed in, also was due to book in at 1 pm, no one was there came back three times before get in the gate Would not recommend it to anybody

For $185 for a night's stay I was less than impressed! The bed was rock hard, could have slept on the floor for the same level of comfort. Bathroom very dated, the hot water system groaned for a while, could hear the microwave ping from next unit. Nope, never again.

A few things were sub par . No towels and we had to ask for some .Television remote in poor shape and one the lamps had a broken bulb in it . Service at the front desk was almost non existent as there was seldom anyone there.

Secure Motel with gates and no staff, so make sure you have a working mobile for contacting ‘reception’ when you arrive (alas we had mobile roaming issues so had some challenges). Handy enough to the Tweed Mall, shops and clubs with only short walks for all. Unit was great for the 3 of us, but we only stayed 1 night as it was closer to GC Airport for early morning flight. ‘Decent’ walk to Coolie beach area and restaurants (bout 25mins) and it was wet the night so we drove. All up, a decent place to stay and once we got hold of the reception, they were really helpful.

Arrived at check in time and couldn't access the property until someone turned up 40 minutes later to unlock the gate. No check in instructions were sent to me. Our room had no bench space and the skirting boards were missing around the floor area where ants were observed entering the room. The bathroom had no shower screen with water going everywhere, no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom and little to no bench space. For the first 2 nights of our stay there was a loud water flowing noise from the room above which was reported to the manager
