We really enjoyed our stay at this Pullman. Staff were easy to deal with and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are good with quality linen and there is a pillow menu. Breakfast is of a good standard. The indoor lap pool, gym, sauna and steam room are very good too. The location is excellent. We recommended this hotel and it is not expensive (except for the minibar which had a reasonable half bottle of Lane’s Shiraz for a surprising price of $65).

Listed as five star but expect 3. Spa sauna and steam room out of action a lot. Loose electrical wall socket in room. Bar more like a sports bar than a cocktail lounge . Items not stocked up like milk for your tea. Smell of sewer in bathroom . Loud doors. Location is great. Staff are friendly.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. At checkin, we were given a room at level 2, which was without park view. Following long liaison with reception staff, we got a room at level 8. Staff of valet parking and restaurant were friendly. The hotel is bit outdated. Chlorine in pool and spa pool was too strong which made our eyes irritated. We gave up after one visit.

The hotel was ok in a general sense but I’ve stayed at other Pullman hotels, and this one was quite underwhelming. Lobby was lack lustre and small and a bit unkempt. There was no parking on-site. Had to pay per night $47 for valet or pay $27 and park at a next door parking lot and walk to the hotel. Nice facilities (steam room and dry sauna, gym and indoor Pool area) but wasn’t maintained. Jacuzzi want working. Pool area plants were dead and the area dirty. It Literally had just 3 pool bench’s so we put our towels and cloths on a step ladder we found lying near by. Management could do much better.

The Pullman was perfectly located for both shops and restaurants. We went during Illuminate and the lights on Rundle and North Tce were an easy walk. Nice modern rooms. The boys loved the gym and sauna. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Nothing is unique about this property. Housekeeping was a consistent disappointment. Our room was ignored twice in 7 days, litter in the elevator lobby on day 1 was still there on day 7, and, so on. No razor in the toiletries was a step down from other properties in Australia.

Parking wasn't available. Had to U park. Was very busy so was not able to get the room I wanted. The bar and restaurant were also busy and when asked the staff at the front about alternative dinner options, refered me tp the concierge who was unavailable. So we found out own way with no reccomendations. carpets in 1410 had what looked like "sex" stains on the floor which was incredibly gross. Draw on the desk was broken and fell apart when I went searching for the fast checkout service. Shower head was filthy. Rubbish dirt and dust under both beds. Didn't feel like we were very welcome.

The hotel is located very well and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed 2 nights celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we received a complimentary piece of cake which was a nice touch. In terms of negatives, we thought the hotel charging $2.50 per pod for coffee in room was a bit of a cheap look. Early check in or out offers for an extra $101 each was a bit steep too. We stayed at a hotel in Dubai a couple of weeks ago where we were checked in 4 hours early given our early flight and arrival for no extra cost, now that is service and something Australian hotels could learn from. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Every single person was helpful, kind and quite friendly. Our only complaint on a lovely trip was that the doors are a bit noisy. Like every time someone walks by or opens a door nearby, the doors rattle. It’s little disruptive if trying to nap or go to sleep.

This doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, I’d definitely say it’s a 4 star. The room was very spacious, which was great, but the windows seemed to be only single glazed and meant I heard every word of my neighbour’s lengthy phone calls on her balcony, and the music playing at ground level (I was on 12th floor). No mini bar (though there was a minibar price list). Room service was swift, which was great, but some options were not available a couple of nights in a row. Great service at the bar downstairs, and the unconnected restaurant next door Le Pas Sage is a genuine French delight, only a year old (March 2024). Eat there!

I was unaware that I needed a physical credit card to pay for my room and leave a deposit for mini bar etc. this made it very difficult to check in as I only have credit cards in my phone wallet and and no longer carry physcial ones with me.As htis resulted in some difficulty at checkin, the satff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Great Hotel, Service staff awesome, Check-in was friendly and super helpful, even gave me an upgrade without asking and a free drink card for the bar. The Concierge (looks like Winston from John Wick) even moved the front seat forward of the cab I got to the airport so I would have more leg room in the back seat. Very thoughtful, Thats service.

It is rather disappointing that the hotel does not care about people who are not Accor Club members. As soon as you check in with a Hotels.com booking, it is low floor, carpark views and a simply do not care attitude. The listing on hotels.com lists 24 hour room service (but the overnight selection is basically microwave meals) and a mini bar. The room had a mini bar fridge but it was empty! Upon querying that we received no reply. I had been trying to correspond with the hotel prior to arriving, as our flight was changed to a very late arrival time but the response time when we did get a response was very slow. The room was nice, as you would expect for the price; but the overall experience was spoiled by the lax attitude. Just a very disappointing, really.

The bar needs some attention. We sat down at a table of our choice that had the previous customer’s empty glasses as did a few other tables. I ordered a cocktail but was told by the barman I couldn’t have that but wasn’t told why or given another suggestion as a replacement. It all seemed a little chaotic. Also breakfast was similar with many tables littered with empty plates, napkins and food and seemingly no staff able to clean up while doing other tasks. Other staff would clean one table and leave another dirty and not a pleasant environment to eat and start the day. I wouldn’t have breakfast there again it was all a bit of a mess.

We stayed here the night before catching the bus to Monarto Safari Park. We were upgraded to a high corner room with great views over the city and out to the Hills. The room was quiet and dark at night with a comfortable bed. The location is really good, close to shopping, restaurants and public transport. There's even an excellent supermarket across the road.
