駅からも遠くなく、荷物もチェックイン前にもかかわらず預かってくださりました。 ロビーにはコーヒーメーカーがセルフで使用でき、コンビニで購入した物を温めるためのレンジも1階に設置してあるので便利でした。

For the price I really can't complain. Location is pretty good - handy to Tokyo tower, station and subway very near by. Clean and tidy, free coffee in the lobby, staff very friendly.

観劇のたびにお世話になっています。 徒歩10分以内で会場まで行けるのでアクセス抜群。 近隣にコンビニや飲食店も多数あるので食べる事にも困らないと思います。 アメニティも1階にあるので問題ありません。 サービスのコーヒーが地味に嬉しいです。

エレベーターが一台しかなく、少し待つ事が何度かありました。部屋は小さくても機能的で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々は皆さん丁寧で親切な対応で安心して泊まれました。ありがとうございました。

フロントの方が気さくで良かった。フロントでコーヒーを無料で淹れて部屋へ持っていくことができ、活用した。また、アメニティも充実しているのが良かった。

ロケーションが最高。強いて言えばエレベーターが二基あればなお良い。

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are good size and are cleaned on request. If I had to give one fault it's there is only one lift for this hotel which sometimes needs a short wait. But that's not a big issue. I will return again to this hotel. Thanks.

I was surprised there is no LAN connection for internet. Having only one lift is sometimes inconvenient.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Yet the room hygiene is poor with stain and hairs around.

The hospitality was wonderful and the rooms were very clean. Hotel MyStays Hamamatsucho would be a place I would consider in the future.

This review is mostly directed at the hotel and not the staff. After checking in and having them make a copy of your passport, then ask you to specify where you’ve been prior to arriving to their hotel, and when you’re headed after checking out, you’re greeted with an Inn style motel room entrance. Getting into the room you realize that the A/C has been off for a while, the room was toasting at 26C, carpet looked clean, but oh man the condition of the wall, bed duvet cover, bathroom, and the list goes on. The room is very small, we still managed to open 1.5 big luggages and barely had some room to navigate and not bump into everything around. But it was tiny. We spotted a couple of hairs around the bathroom sink and toilet seat. Was pretty disgusting to be honest. Also the toilet had some mildew or something around the joints. The toilet flush handle gets stuck when you use it, which was a nice added bonus… The bathtub grip handle is coming apart. By the way I got photos of everything I described here. The A/C did cool the room pretty quickly, the shower stream is strong, and they offer very basic amenities: soap, body wash, hair wash, conditioner, tooth brush, 1 extra toilet paper, facial tissues. Nothing compared to the previous hotels we’ve visited during our stay in Japan (no body loofah, no hair rubber bands, no water bottles, etc.). And the price wasn’t cheap either. Fortunately we were only staying there for 1 night as a transit to the airport.

I stayed here for 11 nights and I don’t recommend it if staying too long. The bad aspects of this hotel were that there was a constant mildew smell for a week straight that only went away after blasting the room with AC and opening the window. I think the high humidity + poor ventilation causes that mildew smell that permeates the whole room. Also, the comforter used was terrible and the sheet had a mysterious stain on it. The comforter was attached to the cover with two flimsy strings and falls off during the night. It did NOT seem like a nice and clean sleeping experience. It did not help that I can hear the cleaning staff loudly yell at each other in the corridors in the morning. Don’t know what language they’re yelling in, but it was annoying. The only good things about this place was the LOCATION (close proximity to two stations) and the welcoming front desk staff that said hello to me every time I walked by.

First off, all of the Front Desk staff are very professional and helpful. Most of them, during our stay, spoke English well. The hotel is a bit older than "the Premier" property a few blocks away. So do not expect perfect conditions in-room. That said, there seemed to be a lack of the typical Japanese 'white glove' treatment. There was mildew in the grout of our bathroom. The head board of the bed had a good amount of dust collected on it-- easy enough to remedy ourselves w a wet towel but... Otherwise, it got the job done for a good price in an amazing location for subway or JR surface transits. Tokyo Tower is just a few blocks away. Lots of hole-in-the-wall eateries in the immediate area and two Family Mart convini less than a block away. Will definitely consider staying here again.

駅もコンビニも近くて、京急・モノレールもすぐなので、空港利用者には大変好立地な浜松町。ホテルは必要十分でした。割と広めでゆったり使えますね。浴室は経年劣化か、ちらほらカビが見られるけど、総合的には綺麗な方なんじゃないかと。

Strong mold smell in the room. Maybe we had bad luck. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

The room was very small, hardly had enough space for our suitcase - even though it was called superior queen. The elevator was very slow, no laundry facility, no breakfast, the in-room safe was not functioning. We had 3 night stay and we asked them to fix the safe in the morning of the second day but was not fixed till late third day (we didn't have a chance to use it). Worst of all, whoever came to fix the safe left the room door open an inch that anyone could come and steal all our belongings. On top of that, it was very expensive to stay. Never again!!

Well located, neat and tidy with comfortable bed however the room was somewhat small and we had a superior room.

Accappatoi offerti e cambiati ogni giorno. Hotel in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione JR di Hamamatsucho, dalla stazione del Tokyo Monorail per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Haneda, e a due passi dalla stazione della metro dove passano la Asakusa Line (che connette gli aeroporti di Haneda e di Narita) e la Oedo Line. Inutile dire che è pieno di convinience stores e vending machines nelle vicinanze. A Ginza ci si arriva a piedi in un quarto d'ora.

設備がかなり古いようで、ところどころ老朽化が目立つようでしたが、清掃や清潔さには努力されておられるようで、宿泊するには十分な清潔さでした。ただ、周辺のホテルと比べて割高感が否めません。

Decent hotel but very small and not a lot of luggage room. The bathroom is freezing. Paid 6,000 yen to check in 3 hours early.

We always stay in this hotel when we arrive in Haneda air port in Tokyo. 15 to 20 minutes by monorail from the airport, and a few minutes walk from the station. When you are exhausted from the long flight and all you want is to sleep, this hotel suites all our needs.

Great location for local and JR trains easy to get to from Airport. Nice local restaurants and shops.

This is an excellent location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a laundromat two blocks away. The staff was attentive and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend.

船旅の前泊で利用したのですが、とても便利なロケーションでした。浜離宮や東京タワー観光も徒歩圏内で、楽しめました。

Amazing location so close to the Hamamatsucho station east exit. Shopping and great food options were very close by
