Close to a nice, small beach. Nice pool, but a bit too deep for the kids. Marked and activities nearby. Long walk to the city centre, but we could also take bus or a taxi-boat. La Rochelle is a very beautiful city.

C'est la première fois que je choisis un appartement hôtel. Mais je préfère de loin un hôtel pour le même prix . Ce qui m'a pas plus je suis resté deux semaines et il a fallu payer le parking 60 euros alors que dans l'annonce il est gratuit pour les résidents ?.

This property was in a perfect location , beside the beach, waterbus and buses. Rooms small and basic but was ideal for 2 peopke for a 4 night stay. Bonus having a lovely pool. The outside around the pool and garden areas could do with a bit of maintenance. No aircon which may be a problem for some in very hot weather. But would stay there again

Chambre bien agencé cuisine fonctionnel. Cependant douche petite. Avec malheureusement une coupure d eau sur la seule journée que J avais réservé. Très belle piscine et agréable. Présence d un rooftop mais pour lequel nous n'avons pas pu avoir l accès. J'ai réservé une chambre avec le prix sur vue port. Malheureusement c était plus une vue parking que vue port. Favoriser la vue piscine.

Nous avons adorés notre séjour! Établissement avec piscine, très apprécié par notre fils ! Hôtel près de la plage, pas besoin de voiture, pour se rendre à La Rochelle en ville, bateau bus pas loin de l hôtel, petite traversée agréable par la mer et nous voilà près des tours !

L'hôtel est magnifique, la réception fait un travail très professionnel.Je n'ai eu qu'un seul problème avec le lit simple, le lit a été changé 3 fois et ils ont tous eu le même problème, nous avons donc choisi de dormir par terre sur le matelas. Je voudrais également faire une remarque sur la propreté, à mon arrivée les toilettes étaient sales (il y avait des résidus). L'hôtel en lui-même est magnifique, je le recommande

Résidence propre très proche de la plage. Trés bon rapport qualité-prix. On a pu accéder à la chambre avant 15h30. Il manquait un couchage en arrivant, on l'a signalé à l'acceuil, ils ont vite fait le necessaire (un lit d'appoint a été installé).

Résidence mal entretenue. Prise arrachée, infiltration dans le plafond avec goutte a goutte une partie de la nuit , télé qui ne fonctionne pas , l'eau n'est pas chaude mais tiède ... Et en plus Luna Park en face donc bruyant. Personne à l'accueil pour répondre aux problèmes .

Petit logement bien aménagé et récemment rénové. Kitchenette et salle de bain super. La baie vitrée n’est pas super isolée mais en bon état. Sans doute de l’âge du bâtiment. Très bien dans l’ensemble et bien placé devant le port des Minimes.

Helt ok hotell för en natt eller två. Bra läge, parkering precis utanför. Poolområde helt ok. Små rum, ingen AC men det fanns en fläkt. Gick ner till stranden, vi vände då det var lerigt i vattnet.

La résidence est bien située, vous pouvez prendre le bateau pour aller au centre ville pour 3 euros par personne, ou prendre un vélo pour 1,5 euros les 30 minutes. La piscine est bien. Par contre les chambres pas terribles. Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes, les chambres sont faites pour 2 personnes. Un lit 2 places, le matelas pas top, j'ai eu mal au dos tous les jours. Pour la 3ème personne, c'est un lit de camp. La première nuit nous avons eu un lit de camp avec 3 lattes en moins en plein milieu. Malgré le signalement, aucun geste de la part de l'établissement.

It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window .downstairs and pool area very nice …pay for a balcony I should have it would have been much better .

Unfortunately we were woken up at 1am to the sound of men shouting and fighting within one of the hotel rooms. There is no on-site reception or security overnight and it took over an hour for the threatening screams to stop. On check-out the staff were apologetic and mentioned that other people had also complained of their experience. The hotel kindly provided a 25% refund from the stay but I'd personally not stay here again as we felt quite unsafe overnight.

Notre sejour c est tres bien passé je conseille cet établissement le personnel tres serviable et sociable malheureux nous n avons pas eu le beau temps dommage donc pas profité de la mer ni piscine quelle tristesse.

Etablissement très bien placé pas loin de tout commerces et plage. Dommage pour la sécurité pas assez de professionnaliste. Nous avons eux un problème d'alarme qui c'est déclenché un matin suite à un grille pain et il n'as pas fait évacué toute la résidence, cela aurais pu être plus grave.

We attempted to check in during the reception open hours as stated in the listing information. Nobody was there. An out of hours number was on the desk so we attempted to call it multiple times. Called the number listed on Expedia multiple times. Sent messages. I have still had zero response over a week later. Had to book with another hotel 30 mins drive away. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

L'établissement par lui même est très bien. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas en service. La vue sur le port est très belle; beau coucher de soleil! Le reproche est que le secteur est très bruyant le soir à cause des restaurants qui se trouvent juste en face.

A great location and very inexpensive hotel with pool. Great access to old town by ferry for 3Euros. It was better than expected we were very pleased with our choice.

This property was in a perfect location , beside the beach, waterbus and buses. Rooms small and basic but was ideal for 2 peopke for a 4 night stay. Bonus having a lovely pool. The outside around the pool and garden areas could do with a bit of maintenance. No aircon which may be a problem for some in very hot weather. But would stay there again

Nous avons adorés notre séjour! Établissement avec piscine, très apprécié par notre fils ! Hôtel près de la plage, pas besoin de voiture, pour se rendre à La Rochelle en ville, bateau bus pas loin de l hôtel, petite traversée agréable par la mer et nous voilà près des tours !

We attempted to check in during the reception open hours as stated in the listing information. Nobody was there. An out of hours number was on the desk so we attempted to call it multiple times. Called the number listed on Expedia multiple times. Sent messages. I have still had zero response over a week later. Had to book with another hotel 30 mins drive away. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
