An excellent hotel to explore and hike in the Black mountains. Really friendly staff, Adrian the manager was extremely charming and helpful especially with sourcing great wine for us! The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The grounds are stunning with lovely river walks directly from the hotel. Dogs are very welcome which was great especially as we have an extra large one! We will be coming back

Interesting building and interior. Gardens were not as complimentary to the structure as similar hotels I Wales.
