Our stay was so nice and relaxing! The property is stunning and the various pools and saunas are wonderful to have included. We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!

A lovely boutique hotel with excellent spa. Only downside is the gym which is very small and can only really accommodate 3 people maximum. Extremly friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Very close to the old town which is a short walk.

Had a hidden daily parking charge of 20 E that was not disclosed on Expedia website. Hotel advertised ample parking and wrote in advance but not told about this fee. Was a surprise at checkout. Also charged an 80 E spa fee when all we did was shower there after checking out and spending time at the pool before heading home. Never used an other services that day although we used others that we paid a lot for. Otherwise a fantastic experience.

Excellent service from everybody and especially everybody on the reception desk. Very clean and well maintained property. Great location. Parking underground was great. Great stay. The pool had a special smell. Only thing that could be change is the opening hours for the spa. They closed 19:30 pm. Would have been nice to have open longer. Otherwise the hotel and staff was excellent.

Sehr schönes, modernes und gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage! Top Service, einzig zu bemängeln dass das Parken in der Hotelanlage extra kostet. Das sollte in einem 4Sterne S Hotel inklusive sein.

Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of Sirmione was 10 mins. Terrific stay. Sad to leave.

Nice hotel that felt well kept and clean. Pools were great, even went for a swim in the lake. Breakfast quite basic, but still tasty, hotel should invest in another coffee machine to avoid queuing. Good drinks in the bar.

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff were excellent the room was clean and tidy every day . The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel Ocelle is a nice, clean property. Our room was a corner room & it was pretty compact. God use of space but as a US person, don’t think you’re getting a huge space. But the service was great. It’s a 6-7 minute walk to the old town. Great town & hotel for an overnight stay

Der Aufenthalt war super, auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Allerdings waren am Anreisetag je eine Spinne im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das hat es für mich mit einer Spinnenphobie nicht ganz einfach gemacht. Etwas problematisch war umsere Parkplatz Situation, da wir bis auf den Anreisetag nie auf unserem zugewiesenen Parkplatz stehen konnten, da andere Hotelgäste die Zuweisung ignorierten. Demnach mussten wir das Personal öfter als gewollt darauf aufmerksam machen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel 👍

Pros: clean rooms, great location, short walk from Sirmione old town, great room with view of the lake (junior suite), very friendly staff, great spa, fantastic location. Cons: lunch and dinner options extremely limited. Would benefit from having a wider menu, especially for vegetarians. Although staff are very friendly and helpful, crossed wires on whether water and teas are included/complimentary (conflicting information from staff at desk) which became very frustrating, especially at check out. Really bad sewer/drainage smell in the pool and around the hotel (especially at breakfast) and in the shower within the room and balcony. Very off putting. Breakfast could be a lot better - not enough choice for milks etc and need to ask for plant based milks (happy to ask but no idea this was an option as no notes anywhere). During the same trip, we had stayed at a 3* hotel in Verona and the breakfast was a lot better - more choice in all areas. Overall a great hotel, especially as the staff are so friendly but for the amount you pay to stay there, I don’t think it’s worth the money given the cons.

We stayed in the Junior Suite (Lake view). The room had no fault, had a modern touch and it was very clean and comfortable. Dual sinks and separate bathroom + shower elevated the quality of the stay. We enjoyed every single staffs’ hospitality, very friendly and professional. The scenery you have in jacuzzi/pool is hard to beat, especially accessing to the thermal pool is effortless. Fabulous peaceful hotel a short walk from the centre of Sirmione. Best of both worlds with a pool but in a cove with direct access to the lake. The lake view suites are fabulous. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Bottle of bubbly on arrival and bottle of wine in our last night. Organised transfer to the airport too. Will definitely return!

We checked in for two nights in the junior room, facing the lake. The colors used in the hotel is very calming. And i had birthday welcoming juice in the room for my Birthday. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice. Beware it has open bathroom layout. Balcony is very small but having the view of the lake in front of your sight from the bed is worth it. Unfortunately since the cant turn the air conditioner due to the local city laws, we had to open the windows and mosquitos were all around. And was noisy little bit from the nearby rooms. I shall suggest to the hotel to have portable air conditioners for guests who require extra cooling. Breakfast was very good quality although limited in variety. Overall was very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel, fab poolside area, spotless, very professional staff. Only downside was the beasic classic bedroom is extremely small and cramped and the sun loungers on the promenade, (as in photos)are €25 per day extra. There are plenty of other sunloungers free at the pool

The accomodation was nice, the service great. The accesss to the lake with the private zone was also good. Our room was in total ok but it was too small. There was not enough space for storing the luggage. The Toillette run several times out of water and it took a lot of time to refill the water.

The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is just on the edge of the old town and castle which is ideal with Pugh the hassle for vehicles inside the old town and island of Sirmione and so it’s very walkable too. We loved the closeness to the island bars, shops and restaurants too. Our room felt modern and had a fabulous view over the small beach and the lake.

Beautiful little spa hotel, close enough to the castle, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Good sized rooms, very comfy beds, stunning views from balcony. Great breakfast. Free bikes. Only slight negative was the aircon in the bedroom. Seemed to have a mind of its own and for the most part didnt work so could be quite uncomfortable at night. I did mention it on day one and I believe it was checked so not sure why it didn’t get better. The staff are so lovely you don’t like to complain and we got by with our own portable fan but would have struggled if the weather has been hotter

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Perfect ealking distance from the old town, lake views, varied and deliciuos options for breakfast and staff who are very friendly and happy to help. I would definitely pay more for the rooms directly overlooking the lake. I'd say 106, 206 and 306 are the best. It's very easy to catch the ferry to everywhere across the lake. Fares start from 3 euros and a glass of very nice local wine, Lugana, is 4 euros which makes for a lovely boat ride.

Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at. Amazing service from the concierge, dining staff, and spa. Special shoutout to Gerardo and Beatrice for making our time memorable. We will be returning and recommending to all friends and family.

Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of Sirmione was 10 mins. Terrific stay. Sad to leave.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. The staff were so friendly and instinctively attentive - Without doubt the best hotel staff I've met. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Sirmione 'old town' and situated on the lake with it's own private beach which was beautiful. There is parking onsite but they also offer airport transfers. Infact seeing as I mentioned it - even the parking garage was beautifully clean! Our room was immaculate, cleaned every day and was perfectly comfortable. The spa/pool area was never too busy and an idyllic place to relax during the day and evening. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, as was the lunch we had on one of the days. I have literally nothing critical to say about this hotel at all. Book it - you wont regret it.

We booked Hotel Ocelle last minute as we travelled to Sirmione and decided we wanted to stay. The hotel is incredible! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. The hotel room was beautiful, with excellent air con/heating, super comfortable bed & great shower - robes and slippers are also supplied! It’s only a short walk to the historical centre, too. The view over the lake from the pool is stunning and in the evening with the thermal pool lit up, it’s so peaceful - we didn’t want to leave! We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ocelle, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even arranged a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake for my sister’s birthday which was a nice touch 🙂 Conveniently located and only a short walk to the old town, it was a great place to stay. The spa facilities were good too.

Pros: clean rooms, great location, short walk from Sirmione old town, great room with view of the lake (junior suite), very friendly staff, great spa, fantastic location. Cons: lunch and dinner options extremely limited. Would benefit from having a wider menu, especially for vegetarians. Although staff are very friendly and helpful, crossed wires on whether water and teas are included/complimentary (conflicting information from staff at desk) which became very frustrating, especially at check out. Really bad sewer/drainage smell in the pool and around the hotel (especially at breakfast) and in the shower within the room and balcony. Very off putting. We stayed at the hotel 6 nights in July, and experienced a lot of poor and unprofessional service. We ordered drinks and food at the terrace restaurant. When the waiter drops the cooler by our table, spilling water and ice on our purse, iphone and feet. No apology. He goes away and gets new cooler, and does not offer help the dry our stuff. When I get my food, it is wrong, they have replaced vongole mussels with some cheap stuff. I say that this is not what I ordered and paid for. They take away the food. After a while the waiter comes again, and says that the kitchen is closed and I will get no food. No apology. Really unprofessional service. Another time order a bottle of wine. When it is served, the waiter is trying to open a wine bottle for the first time in his life, the manager shouting advice behind his back. Pieces of metal landed on our table when the poor guy was trained in front of our eyes. We felt that we had been dropped to a Gordon Ramsay show with restaurant nightmare. The food at the breakfast was ok, but the food served during the day and night wasn't. When arriving at the hotel we were offered a parking place at the parking lot. When checking out I noticed that they had charged 50 euros per day, without telling us. We I made a note of this to the service lade, I got an arrogant response: you should have read the small print in the contract. One more thing: do not try to use the restaurant washroom - every second time it is out of paper.

Our stay was so nice and relaxing! The property is stunning and the various pools and saunas are wonderful to have included. We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!

Hotel Ocelle is a nice, clean property. Our room was a corner room & it was pretty compact. God use of space but as a US person, don’t think you’re getting a huge space. But the service was great. It’s a 6-7 minute walk to the old town. Great town & hotel for an overnight stay

Nice hotel that felt well kept and clean. Pools were great, even went for a swim in the lake. Breakfast quite basic, but still tasty, hotel should invest in another coffee machine to avoid queuing. Good drinks in the bar.

We had a great relaxing stay at Hotel Ocelle. Never had a problem getting a beach chair views were great. We loved the natural sulfur thermal warm water pool. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bikes were available and we used them a few days. Very easy to walk to old town of Sirmione.

Short walk into the town with plenty of dining options. Spa and thermal pool were amazing, with excellent facilities such as multiple different saunas. Rooms were clean but basic, nothing overly luxurious, yet pleasant. The onsite restaurant is lacking options, but sufficient for pool side snacks and drinks. Most staff good and attentive but some rather rude, especially one female member of staff, which lets the hotel down. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Parking is expensive per day. Would have liked a kettle and more room space. Chair took up too much space when we had big luggage. Towel cards were a pain and the extra charge for the loungers. Weve already paid lots of money to stay and are being asked to pay more to use on site. Bikes we borrowed. They were good but the lowest gear feels very hard. Parking is expensive per day. Would have liked a kettle and more room space. Chair took up too much space when we had big luggage. Towel cards were a pain and the extra charge for the loungers. Weve already paid lots of money to stay and are being asked to pay more to use on site. Bikes we borrowed. They were good but the lowest gear feels very hard.
