It’s hard to sleep when you here all the noise from walking and hallways , and there is only 1 elevator working which took way to long to wait for one ,the lounge is under renovations and wasn’t the best place to go and the restaurant is open at 4 so there is limited options ,

Paid on line thru this site ! When I get there the front desk to check in they ask for a credit card ? I say I don’t have any room on my credit card and I only have my visa debit card the ignorant staff person says that won’t work ! I has to be a credit card! Not knowing that I needed to max out my card to get to the horse show I say to him I don’t have any room on my card! He says company policy that it has to be a credit card! He says just try it so I do and it’s declined! He says well you can’t stay ! I say give me my money back? He says nope you paid on line and it doesn’t have anything to do with them ! Well as I know from other experience from other on line sites you can’t get your money back ! So I say can’t you just take a debit card amount as a damage deposit after he says no several times he takes a $500 dollar deposit! Leaving us with $100 dollars for food for two days ! When I get to our room I look at my decline visa transaction and it was for $50 dollars ! Wow from 50 to 500 outstanding customer service! I have done a deposit for debit at a lot of other hotels! Never again the smug ignorance was too much a real hero ! The sink was cracked the bathroom tiles cracked and lose ! Not sure what the damage deposit was for ! The front desk lady on Sunday morning did return the deposit without a question!

Stayed 1 night

I had booked a king size room. When I arrived my room was not ready and they offered to find another one, when they were unable to I was offered a downgrade to Queen sized bed. When I finally made it to my room, the key would not work. This was fixed promptly. Breakfast was dry, and flavorless. Coffee tasted burnt. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Lots of traffic noise from the highway and slamming doors within the hotel.
