The pool was not in service and was Not notified. The air conditioning in the room was very warm. Checked out after an hour wanted a pool it was 90 degrees. The Front desk was very understanding and I was refunded. Called another hotel down the street for new stay.

1) Please remove the stack of Epoch Times at the entrance. It is full of propaganda. Also, the news options on TV were limited to CNN and Fox. 2) The sign for the turn off to the hotel is placed so that one thinks one has to turn in before the actual road that leads to the hotel, so you end up in a Chuckie Cheese parking lot. Otherwise, it was great: clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, fine gym and pool, comfortable bed, easy parking.

The staff were super friendly and this hotel is near every type of restaurant you can imagine from KPot to Delmonico’s to Texas Roadhouse. For people traveling with a pet, especially, this place is a no-brainer given it’s pet policy and flat price of 75$ for 1-2 pets!

The room was spacious and spotless. The HVAC was wonderfully quiet but powerful and effective. The mattress was new and great. The grounds had plenty of grassy areas for our dog, surrounded by amazing jungle like tall marsh plants. The gym was very clean, and slightly larger and better equipped than most hotel gyms, and at to only 60 degrees, which is much better than most hotel gyms.

Breakfast was good, exercise room was pretty good. Didn't try the pool but saw others in it. Bed was comfortable. Room for cold which I wanted. Shower presssure good. Overall I'd say I was surprised and liked it.

The rooms were filthy. The bathroom stunk of mildew and there was hair and other debris on the floor, side of the tub, and on the bottles of shampoo/lotion, etc.. We requested a room change and the second room was not much better. The bathroom was still unacceptable and there was a dirty, used plastic spoon on the floor next to the desk. It was obvious that the door handles, TV remote, and phone had not been disinfected recently. Beyond that, the pool was murky and the pool area was sweltering hot (an indoor pool). There were children from 2 other families that were out of control rowdy, making it unsafe for other children to swim. The only good thing was that the rooms were well-insulated and so were very quiet for sleeping.

Our room wasn't ready and we checked in well after 3pm. The room was very dusty. We could see what looked like pet hair on the carpet (we are pet lovers but it didn't look like a vacuum had been run). One bed's sheets were on inside out.

The room did not clean on the first night there was no cleaning the second night when we back to the hotel at 5 pm either but they made it up after we told them, still the bathroom had more than 15 hairs and the mirror was dirty! Won’t come back again.

Location was perfect, room was decent and this was one of the few hotels Ive ever been in with good bathroom lighting BUT… Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were AWFUL. On top of that, the elevator is noisy and we could hear it nonstop, as well as full conversations in the room next door

Room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and close to Syracuse campus. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had one small issue, which is why I didn't rate higher -- our room had a large window, but the darkening shade could not be raised (electronic shade and cannot be raised manually) so the room was very dark during the day.

We were given a mobility accessible room although not requested or needed. The room entry door was very tight to the frame and required some strength to open it. The toilet seat was loose from the bowl. The grab bar next to the toilet had been pulled out of the wall and had a shoddy repair leaving dry wall dust on the baseboard. The sink drained extremely slowly. The desk chair was broken leaving you tilting to the left when sitting in it. Best of all, the window shade was remote controlled. The control did nothing when the button was pushed and the shade was in the up position. We were leaving the hotel to attend an event and stopped by the front desk and reported the problem with the shade. The receptionist said that she knew that the shade was broken and that a part had been ordered to repair it. We were offered a different room but declined because we were leaving at that time. The receptionist said, “at least it will be dark when you get back”. Why were we given this room to begin with if other rooms were available? Very poor customer service with no respect for customers.

The room was dated, but comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom, so the mirror fogged up, The faucet in the shower so loose and felt like it could be pulled from the wall. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

The property as a whole looked great! You can tell the property was recently renovated and the festive fall decor was a nice touch! The room itself did not seem renovated recently, as there were floorboards were missing, small holes in the wall (bathroom), scuffs in the paint, toilet was off balance/not secure to the floor. The fridge was not cold enough to keep food preserved / keep a water bottle cold. The room setup and size however was perfect and we love that the property is pet friendly :)

We were super disappointed with our stay. We usually stay at this hotel when we are in the Syracuse area. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived, our king suite had an awful smell that hit us as soon as we open the door. We called the front desk they sent a maid up to look it over and there was either spilled milk or vomit all around the sink area at the main entrance. She did her best to wipe it down, but the smell was just too awful. Finally, they switched us to a different room. When we got to this room, everything seemed fine until we went to use the bathroom. The toilet would not flush it was clogged. I had to call down to the front desk to ask if they had a plunger or if something could be done. They didn’t call maintenance or volunteer a resolution. I was given a plunger and told to bring it down as soon as we were done. We tried plunging the toilet, but it was so backed up. We explained this to the front desk and they still did nothing. We were on the second floor and had to walk down throughout the night to the main floor to use the public bathrooms with small children. Also in the bathroom as you can see in the photos, the wall was all chipped and it looks like there was a smash mark/bullet hole in the picture frame. Who rents a hotel room not able to use the bathroom at all? Super frustrating, and the service was very poor. The staff seemed to be very ghetto and uneducated. We won’t be coming back. For $212 a night, this should have been handled immediately.

Everyrhing was okay... room clean and ready for early arrival; disappointed when I was told that their are no housekeeping services available for the stay... front desk did make available at the front desk extra towels and tissue upon request, Another downside was the hotels inability to answer telephone as they are shorthanded and too busy.My BIG complaint. Accidently I left prescription glasses and a scarf; With great patience I tried 4 times; holding for over 1/12hours; they had the items and would ship them the following day. (Lost in the cracks over a week; still not shipped.) Told to call back tomorrow, AGAIN!

The signage at the road doesnt always work for me. I have turned in one driveway too early and i have driven past the entrance road onlybto have to turn around and try again. I like that you are set back ftom the main road, that adds to the more peaceful setting.

Staff was great! Friendly and professional! Very helpful! Rooms were clean and very nice! Great location quick access to highways, restaurants and attractions! Very quiet! Unfortunately pool was out of order! (Should be repaired very all ). Left early due to bad weather, but would highly recommend this hotel to others staying with a family!

Excellent stay. enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was amazing both mornings. loved unlimited coffee bar. Just wish you also offered hot coco since you already have hit water for the tea. Coffee itself was so good. Great flavor and nit bitter. Front desk staff was amazing on all shifts. Kitchen staff for breakfast were just as great. kept food filled and counters clean. Best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time. Will definitely book at this location again.
