Excelente opção com ótimo custo beneficio. Estava receoso com o hotel por conta da nota. Estive em viagem com minha esposa pela região da Toscana e ficamos em vários hotéis. Embora esse tenha sido o mais simples, foi o que mais gostamos, no geral. Bom acesso à cidade e às demais cidades. Quarto simples mas confortável, café da manhã e chuveiro bons (o que foi raro nos demais) e atendimento foi muito gentil. Pelo preço que cobra, super justo e voltariamos com certeza. Estranhamos apenas o fato de ser cobrado uma taxa diária para uso da piscina e uso obrigatório de toucas. Um pouco estranho para um hotel.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for us to park. We opted to eat in the restaurant and it was delicious, same for breakfast, very good indeed and excellent value. Only stayed one night but we will definitely stay again.

we had chosen this hotel for the jacuzzi and to our great surprise we discovered that the jacuzzi does not work, there are no bubbles or massage jets, it is not a jacuzzi, when we asked them the question first they said it worked, and then they said it would be repaired the next day, and the next day they indicated it would not be repaired and that it was that or nothing, that if it we didn't like it it was the same, they didn't compensate anything, not even offered access to the SPA, the worst thing is that they lied to us instead of telling us the truth, as I write this comment , the "jacuzzi" equipment is still present on the list of hotel equipment. This hotel is not a 3 star but rather 1 or 2 star, and it needs to be renovated, it is old. The breakfast is ridiculously simplistic, an establishment to avoid, there are plenty of other better establishments around.

At the begining it wasnt that great , we arrived too early around noon and they told us the room wasnt rready until 2:00 We said ok and went out to lunch when we came back at 2:30 the room wasnt ready, we had to wait for more than 1/2 hour. We went to our room and the air conditioning wasnt working they said they were sending a mechanic that never showed up, finally I told the person at the front desk that we needed another room and finally they gave us another one. after that everything was fine. Breakfast the next day was great.

The only thing I didn't like was that they only have 5 taxis available in the area. The driver charged us 70 euros to go to the train station. It was a lovely place, great food in the restaurant, but nothing else around which is walking distance.
