Personal / Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Familienzimmer sehr sauber. Angenehmes großes Bett / großes Schlafsofa, konnten gut darin schlafen. Große Schränke mit viel Stauraum zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer gab es einen TV, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Safe und ein Radio, was uns jeden Morgen Stimmung gebracht hat 🕺. Badezimmer sauber, Föhn vorhanden,Handtücher, Badetücher ausreichend, Handcreme, Duschgel und Handseife mit sehr angenehmem Duft. Wir fahren jedes Jahr dahin wenn die Comedynacht XXL ist und werden auch weiterhin wenigstens zu diesem Anlass dieses Hotel besuchen. Sehr sehr schön, tiefgarage vom Hotel, sehr gutes frühstück. Wir und unsere Söhne sind sehr gerne in diesem Hotel

Wir hatten das Stadtpalais für eine Übernachtung aufgrund einer Veranstaltung gebucht. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lanxess Arena und durch die sehr gute Isolierung drang keinerlei Verkehrslärm nach innen. Das Zimmer war sehr elegant und das Bad perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders das Frühstück im "alten Pool" war von der Atmosphäre. Wir besuchten auch die Bar des Hotels nach der Veranstaltung und auch dort war der Service perfekt. Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, welche uns einen so schönen und luxuriösen Aufenthalt ermöglichten.

Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The rooms are a good size and equipped with all you would expect. Beds are comfy and provide for a good nights sleep. There is an extensive variety available for breakfast in the spacious restaurant, which is beautifully designed. All in all a perfect place for a comfortable stay.

In general, the hotel is good. The biggest problem we experienced is that it advertises that rooms have a/c but in reality is just a fan that doesn't cool the room. Therefore, we had trouble sleeping. Staff is friendly.

Air conditioning non existent in family room which meant two extremely hot uncomfortable nights for over £600. Réception miserable and unhelpful, took payment for car parking , didn’t give a token which was required to activate barrier which meant another trip back into the hotel , not so much as an apology

It was over 30° outside, and it was almost the same in the room with the coldest setting on the air condition. It just kept blowing hot air into the room, which made it unbearable to sleep during the nights. I asked 4 times in the reception for a new room, and after i finally got one, then the air condition was just as bad. I got told by the reception/the technician that since i had the "lowest/standard" room i just had to deal with it... But i had booked a "deluxe" room which made no sense to me. This resulted in 4 nights with no sleep. The breakfast was okay, but it was also much better last year. I paid alot to stay at this hotel, but i don't think it was worth it in the end because of the insanely warm rooms :(

Unique, large, modern, gorgeous room! Underground subway nearby could be heard from the room regularly. Hotel neglected to prepare room for 4 guests but quickly remedied the situation with excellent service and a free bottle of wine.

Lovely stay in Cologne. The hotel was great and in a good location, easy for local transport connections. Staff all helpful and friendly. Good, big and comfy rooms (we had two family suites) with an excellent range of options for breakfast. Highly recommended as a base for visiting Cologne and the surrounding area.

Wir waren von Anreise bei Abreise rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und frisch, das einizige Manko hier, die Pancakes waren trocken. Die Rezeption war super freundlich und immrr verfügbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The rooms are a good size and equipped with all you would expect. Beds are comfy and provide for a good nights sleep. There is an extensive variety available for breakfast in the spacious restaurant, which is beautifully designed. All in all a perfect place for a comfortable stay.

Hotel is fine, reception staff wasn't very friendly and housekeeping came knocking on our door early in the morning. They probably just wanted to check if we were still in the room or already checked out. Why don't they check with the reception? It happens a lot and it's really annoying. The U Bahn to the city centre was horrible. We had to wait for almost half an hour and we had to skip two trains because they were too busy. Same thing on the way back late in the evening. Walking is a better option. But off course, the hotel is not to blame for this.

Nice place. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is professionnal. The breakfast is taken in a very beautiful room. The hotel is still pricy in you compare it with others places in the country. You need to walk 30 min to reach the touristic center of Köln.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, schnelle Abwicklung. Parkplätze öffentlich auf der Straße genug vorhanden gleich ums Eck. 15€ für Fr-Mo. Das Restaurierte Hallenbad Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Weg zur Arena nur über die Straße ist genial. Anbindung zur S— U-Bahn Bhf Deutz ca. 1 km. Das Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon kann ich nur empfehlen.

Hotel was great and the staff was really friendly. Everything was very clean and the breakfast each morning was great (except there is no self serve coffee option so sometimes it can take awhile) the large downside was that the room got very hot every night and it was highly disruptive to sleep. Also there was no bed sheet. Only a comforter (top blanket) which I thought was strange.

Stayed with family before Christmas, it was quiet, walking distance from the centre and public transport outside the hotel. Big choice of breakfast and the room we stayed in was big for all of us.

Mixed feelings. Great space and staff. However, due to an event, the parking I was told they had for guests, was used up. They sent us to a parking garage, which was a pretty far walk and was also full for 8 of the 9 floors, so it was a long walk down the stairs, as the elevator was broken. Also, there was no evening restaurant, just the bar, which did get us food, but really slow with the event in house.
