This was a disappointing $200 cabin for one night. Being river front was the only cool part about this property. The floors were dirty. The bath towels were falling apart and very old. It Didn’t have a total towel package. Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. The sheets were ok but the comforter was very old and the extra blanket was crumpled up on a shelf. After i sent a review, the next morning there was a trash bag on the door with 2 bath towels and 1 bath mat also 2 washcloths. However when we tried to use them they wreaked of cigarette smoke. Not sanitized. Also all the cleaning supplies were inside the bathroom showing how old and gross it was. The entire place was very dusty and dirty. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Unit 4 did not have a balcony to see the water’s edge which was why we booked here in the first place. The hardwood floors were dingy, there were cobwebs in corners from being unswept, the paint was chipped around the shower, we had to ask for towels, the river front was difficult to access. There were large rocks making it difficult to even get to the water’s edge. The seating area outside was unkept, there was dead foliage in every flower bed. The overall appearance was poor.

The cabin is about 15 min from the entrance of Sequoia. Great deal considering that the prices have gone up.

This place was dilapidated and is in dire need of repair before it is rented out again IMO. A few things we observed on our one night stay: The faucet in bathroom did not work and was drooling continuously. A removable shower head was taped on to the holder with electrical tape. The boards on the deck were about it give in. There were four different BBQ grills on the property and the one that was "the good one" was still broken. The AC was non-operational and a compact unit was provided but this only cooled one room. The cleanliness of the place was also highly questionable. Finally, the property grounds were infested with ticks. Not sure if that is a river property thing but something to keep in mind if you bring your dog. The location was great, right on the river with private access. I hope the owners do the right thing and clean this place up before anyone else stays.
