Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to major attractions, this hotel offers easy access to the city. A shopping center with an Auchan supermarket is only 300 meters away, though the neighborhood can be a bit busy due to the station. The room was spacious for a double, with a wardrobe, TV, and small kitchenette equipped with basic cookware. However, the furniture felt dated, the carpet was not very hygienic, and cleaning was only done weekly for stays of 7+ nights. The biggest drawback was the bathroom layout: the toilet was in a separate, windowless room from the sink and shower—common in some French hotels, but inconvenient. Noise from the street was noticeable even on the 5th floor with windows closed. Facilities were disappointing: the pool was cold and the gym was closed due to all equipment being out of order. Breakfast was available for €12–15 per person, but seemed overpriced. While the rate booked a year in advance was fair, and the tourist tax totaled about €17, I wouldn’t stay again—mainly due to the bathroom design and the overall standard, which felt closer to 3 stars than the advertised 4.

Zentral gelegen. in der Stadt ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer sind Ok. Das Frühstück war prima für den Preis. Wir hatten einen hauseigenen Tiefgaragenplatz, günstig. Im benachbarten Parkhaus gibt es Hotelrabatt, aber etwas teurer. Die Stadt als solches ist sehr schön. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Viele tolle Restaurants und Kneipen.

Le séjour c'est bien passé chambre propre personnel accueillant et petit déjeuner copieux Le seul problème pas de places autour de l'hôtel pour se garer est le parking qui est indiqué payant sur les services de l'hôtel est un parking d'une société privée "indigo" et bien sûr hors de prix Strasbourg est une très jolie ville nous y reviendrons .

Calme, propre et confortable très pratique proche de la gare et permet d'aller à pied en centre ville ou en tram. Petite piscine sympa . Salle de fitness fermée

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine mais l’eau est trop froide pour s’y baigner, du coup cela a gâché mon séjour. Et on vous répond qu’elle est à 27 degrés, on sait très bien que cela ne suffit pas dans un espace couvert. Je ne suis pas la première à le signaler mais visiblement l’avis des clients ne compte pas

Emplacement idéal, rejoint rapidement le centre ville et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le studio est propre et confortable, le seul bémol c'est que le kit d'entretien pour nettoyer la cuisine est payant, il vaut mieux ne pas cuisiner. Le sauna est top et le tarif est vraiment abordable, la piscine n'est pas chauffée mais super agréable de pouvoir se baigner librement après une grosse journée. Le petit déjeuner est correct, les produits sont industriels mais c'est très correct puisqu'il s'agit d'un buffet (attention pas d'option sans gluten ou lait végétal). Le personnel est adorable. Le service de bagagerie est pratique.

Bellissima struttura le camere sono dei mini appartamenti con frigo, lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario per cucinare, sono davvero spaziose. Inoltre il parcheggio indigo vicino è convenzionato.

Me gustó lo espaciosa que era la habitación y poder tener cocina. La piscina es de agua tirando a fria y la sauna se paga...

Beim Check-in wusste die Reception nichts von unserer Buchung…das Problem wurde dann allerdings prompt gelöst, war offenbar ein elektronischer Übertragungsfehler zwischen dem Buchungsportal von hotels.com und dem Hotel selbst?!? Die ReceptionistInnen waren stets sehr höflich und bemüht, allerdings machten alle einen leicht überforderten Eindruck. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, eine voll ausgestattete Kitchenette, was sehr praktisch für uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern war. Die Sauberkeit muss ich leider bemängeln, denn der Teppichboden z. B. war staubig (unsere Kleinste hatte nach dem Rumkrabbeln braun verfärbte Hosen bei den Knien) und im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Krümel vom vorherigen Gast. Was das Frühstück anbelangt, das war ok, spärlich, aber ok…schade und auch etwas „frech“ fand ich hingegen, dass bereits um 09:00 Uhr (Frühstück war von 07:00-10:00) nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde: heisst keine Croissants mehr, kein Orangensaft mehr…da hätte ich für 12 Euro p. Person mehr erwartet. Zimmerreinigung hatten wir die ganzen 5 Tage nie gesehen, bzw. nur von weitem, auch unsere Bemühungen das „Türschildchen“ konsequent rauszuhängen brachte nichts. Am zweitletzten Tag baten wir dann halt die Reception um Müllbeutel und Klopapier… Insgesamt: für einen Kurzaufenthalt preiswertes Hotel, gute Lage, aber keine 4 Sterne wert aus meiner Sicht.

De kamer is vrij gedateerd. Bed was echt niet comfortabel en daardoor is je nachtrust ook niet goed. Hygiëne kan beter, het ruikt muf en soms kwam je haren tegen op je bed. Locatie daarentegen is wel goed.

I would not stay here again. The room was disgusting which stains on the floor and bed. The area felt unsafe. We saw drug users and prostitutes roaming the streets. As a city, I wouldn't go back either which is a shame.

Chambre convenable mais moquette sale, rideau tenant avec du scratch qui ne tient pas. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop chère par rapport à la qualité des produits et du choix. Globalement très mauvais rapport qualité prix sur le tout le séjour.

Some positives; very friendly and helpful staff, less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Short walk to the mall, shopping, and center of town which has an abundance of Christmas Markets this time of year. The room has a small kitchenette which was very nice. Bathroom shower pressure great. Some cons; overall aesthetic of the hotel seemed old, bed was uncomfortable, very minimal stocking of basic supplies ( had to purchase coffee filters for the coffee maker, purchased dish soap, only one small liquid “ something” we guess was for the dishwasher), silverware and dishes and coffee maker did not appear to be very clean, room dated looking.

We liked staying at Lagrange Hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped so we had breakfast in the Hotel. The only think lacknig was salt and dishsoap. The location was amazing because we could walk to the city center in only 10 minutes and to the trai station in only 5 min. We would recomment staying at Lagrange Hotel.

Premier séjour à Strasbourg , Appartement Hôtel propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Serviettes changés tous les jours . Accueil sympathique . Le seul bémol , c'est le bruit de la circulation et du tramway le soir , car il faisait chaud , donc obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes . La clim aurait été appréciable ! Sinon très bien 👍

The hotel is situated is the big intersection. The heavy traffic and car horn are really annoying even the window is closed.

Appartement confortable. Un peu bruyant (passage des trains derrière) mais la fenêtre fermée, c'était plus calme.

Room was very large, everything was comfortable, clean and worked as it should. Front desk staff very nice and welcoming. We were there for only one night and did not get to take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was well-stocked.

Grosses Zimmer. Badewanne. Gutes Internet. Hat allen Komfort. Kochherd. Geschirrspüler. Heizung kann geregelt werden

Handily located near the central railway station and a couple of good supermarket, the hotel is extraordinary value for money, has good sized rooms, excellent facilities and a kitchenette in each room. Helpful and friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.

駅から近くてチェックインもスムーズで到着時間もかなり早かったが直ぐに部屋に入れていただいて大変助かりました フロントの方がバス乗り場の場所等親切に教えてくださり良かったです お部屋も毎日綺麗にしてくれ快適でした

Très pratique, nous y sommes passées qu'une seule nuit mais l'hôtel est à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la gare de train ce qui a été très convenant pour nous car nous avions un train très tôt à 6h le lendemain. Facile accès au centre ville également en 15 minutes à pied environ jusqu'à la cathédrale. A tenir en compte que la réception n'est ouverte qu'entre 7h et 21h. Pas de souci pour rentrer à l'hôtel le soir car ont nous a fournis la clé pour ouvrir mais faut le tenir en compte pour ceux qui doivent arriver au delà de 21h. Pareil pour le check-out, nous on a juste laissé la clé sur le bureau à la réception car il n'y avait encore personne à qui la rendre.

Le réceptionniste du du samedi 2 septembre 2023 était vraiment pas sympathique. Pas de salutations eton semblait le déranger avec nos 2 questions. Sinon , tout excellent.

Das Hotel war nähe der Altstadt, somit auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Angezeigten vier Sterne-Bewertung könnt ihr vergessen, drei sind ausreichend. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und Zweckmässig. Preise verhältnismässig hoch, aber wegen dem Weihnachtsmarkt verständlich.

Very convenient to walk to and from the Gare/train station. Area around Gare feels shady due to loiterers, especially in the evenings. Most everything that the hotel has control over was very good.

Muy céntrico. A pocos metros de la estación central de tren. Y a 10 minutos a pie de todos los sitios turísticos de la ciudad.

Proximity to the old town as well as to the main train station

The hotel was ideally located. Close to the train station but easy walking distance to Petit France and the cathedral. We took a tram to the EU parliament and L’orangerie gardens and that was easy too.

Die Anreise wie immer sehr gut die Garaage frei und sauber sowie in unmittelbarer nähe gut zu erreichen. Der empfang sehr freundlich Kopie von Ausweis und Kreditkarte ( leider immer wieder ) obwohl wir hier fast 2-4 x im Jahr einchecken .Das Zimmer wie stetz sehr sauber der Küchentrakt mit Kühlschrank, Die betten gut und sauber, Bad leider mit Wanne (ein und Aussteigen). Das Frühstück ausreichend und gut, leider fehlt die Käseauswahl nur Emmentaler ,,Preis Leistung gut Parkscheinreduzierung anfragen. Wir kommen wieder Danke

Este apart hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo à estação Gare ferroviária, da entrada para o centro e em caminho para a petit france. Fomos muito bem recepcionados por gerentes agradáveis e solícitos. o café da manhã atendeu satisfatoriamente.

A very well appointed Aparthotel about 10 mins walk from the railway station. Same again to get to Little France (Old Town ). Breakfast was very good for 12E. Staff were friendly and very helpful, they recommended a good restaurant about 500 meters away and we were not disappointed. We only used the kitchen facilities to make tea, but it would have been useful for a longer stay. They provided a washing up kit at reception free of charge. The highlight of our stay was a visit to the European Parliament. Very impressive.
