This is a well maintained, comfortable property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and comfortable seating area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Train (Subte) stations are not too far and very convenient. Of three places we stayed in Buenos Aires, this was our favorite.

Nice hotel in a great location. The hotel and my room were clean and in good condition. There is a great roof-top patio with a shallow pool. The breakfast included plenty of food including gluten free items. I particularly liked the selection of fresh fruit that changed daily. There are lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes in the area around the hotel. Despite the proximity of the restaurants, etc., the hotel is located in a quiet spot (and the rooms have a double set of windows) so there was no noise. There is also good access to transit.

Be Hollywood is okay, but a bit apart from where it all happens. No restaurants were open 31st December and 1st January. Go to Palermo Soho. The pool did not look clean and there was no smell of chlorine. A sofa at the solarium was broken, watch out! Very nice breakfast, good studio with a balcony. Not much to see. Quiet in the morning.

It's an old but well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Basic amenities. Wi-fi works good. They have a safe in the room for valuables. No free bottled water is provided. Breakfast is decent. It is in a safe area of Palermo and a few blocks away from Plaza Serrano. It is accessible by any means of transportation. There are two Hop-On-Hop-Off Tourist bus station that are near, one is in Arcos Shopping Outlet and the other one is a block from Plaza Serrano along El Salvador St. The Hotel security is strict. You have to use your room card key to be able to enter. Some of the front desk staff are able to speak English. The roof top has a small swimming pool and a portion where you can see a good view of part of Palermo, however, you have to request from the front desk if you want to go up there in the evening as they usually close it after 9 pm. All in all, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this hotel and will go back there again.

Nice hotel central location in Palermo. Serve breakfast but no restaurant. Rooms comfortable and clean. Safe environment as I was solo traveller. Walked up the road for dinner, plenty of options within 2 blocks. Keycard entry from street.

Construction in attached building, asked to be moved to a quieter area, then down graded in room choice. Pool was not kept up, water was black, at first I thought the liner was painted black, but it was the water. Breakfast was good, you could get fresh cooked eggs and a few other things fresh. Overall I would take a pass

Great service. Pool is really a wading pool its so shallow. Be nice to have pamphlets or brochures on tours etc in Buenos Aires at front desk. Overall good.

Overall the property is in a really nice area that is close to a ton of restaurants and bars. You can pretty much walk to it all within 6 blocks. The bathrooms are small and have a lot of mildew in the corners and edges of the shower (we rented 3 rooms), but that seems to be a common occurrence in South American hotels. We also kept having misquotes appear in our bathroom then making their way into our room and we think they might have been coming out from the bathroom drains. Outside of that the hotel is fine and got the job done. if you're someone who likes high-end hotels in the best condition like you'll find in the United States, this wouldn't be the hotel for you. I consider it a 2 star, fringe 3 star hotel.

Hotel muito bom! Excelente custo-benefício. Quarto confortável, cama ótima, tudo novo e muito limpo. Também gostei do café da manhã. para os padrões de Buenos Aires é bem melhor que a média. E, especialmente, localização maravilhosa em Palermo, perto de vários bons restaurantes, quase em frente a uma loja da Havana. Foi uma bela experiência! Pretendo retornar.

I booked this hotel for one night whilst in transit. I am travelling in Argentina for a while. Located in the hip and safe neighbourhood of Palermo Hollywood with restaurants and bars on your doorstep. It wasn't noisy in the room. Staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. They arranged an airport and departure transfer for me and allowed me to keep my room for an extra hour after check out time without charge. The room was OK. It was clean but not really spacious and quite dark too. There was a fridge in the room, tea and coffee as well as a minibar. WIFI worked fine. Breakfast was probably the worst I had since coming to Argentina. I am travelling around for a while. It looked nice. There were pastries, breads, fresh fruit, cereals and more. Eggs are made to order. The breakfast area was not clean; tables were left dirty. There was a hair near the orange juice. The slice of bread I had was not fresh, it was starting to get stale. The fresh strawberries were rotting. I ordered a fried egg which was perfectly done. The coffee was good too. I have been to Buenos Aires a few times and whilst this hotel was fine, the other hotels I stayed in were better.

Hotel bem localizado em Palermo Holywood, perto de tudo. Já o restante: 1- Fizemos reserva para dois apartamentos com duas camas de solteiro cada (viajamos com amigos), após o check-in subimos e... dois com uma cama de casal cada. Descemos e pediram que fosse com as malas para que separassem as camas. Mais de quarenta minutos esperando!!!! 2- O box é mínimo, a profundidade é de exatos 50 cm (Uma pessoa mais gorda não caberia). 3- Sem manutenção. Rejunte do box solto, com isso infiltração no quarto (foto 2), peças do toalheiro soltando (foto 3), porcelanato estufando e já se soltando (foto 4), exaustor cheio de cabelos de outros hóspedes (foto5). 4- Tirando as funcionárias do café o restante nem boa noite dava, não abriam a porta mesmo vendo que estávamos procurando as chaves. Num dia não trocaram toalhas e piso, no outro dia um rolo de papel higiênico foi reposto com meio rolo (!!!), o sabonete da pia terminou no segundo dia e não foi reposto nos dias seguintes. No penúltimo dia tiraram uma das almofadas do quarto e no último a outra... Falta manutenção, serviço e gerência. Péssimo.

Hotel op een prima plek in Palermo, Buenos Aires, alleen zijn de kamers niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor je 's nachts veel uitgaansgeluiden en andere lawaai hoort. Dat maakte ons verblijf minder ontspannen dan gehoopt.

The room was nice and spacious. Elevators were fast. Breakfast looks nice, we didn't have time to enjoy it. Staff we're friendly. Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby. A little bit noisy but not noticeable, walls are a little bit on the thin side. Fan in bathroom.

Nice hotel in Palermo. Meets expectations at the rate charges. Not much noise from the street. Comfortable bed. Not really a complaint but toilet/shower is very compact. My only complaint is the dry bread at breakfast. Ok, when you use the toaster. But I like really fresh bread. Nice selection of fruit for breakfast.

The roof top has a small swimming pool and a portion where you can see a good view of part of Palermo, however, you have to request from the front desk if you want to go up there in the evening as they usually close it after 9 pm. I booked this hotel for one night whilst in transit. I am travelling in Argentina for a while. No me gustó que al pagar Expidia me mando un email diciendo que por tener Status VIP podria acceder a beneficios y al llegar al hotel lo informé y no sabían de que les estaba hablando. Me hicieron sentir desubicada y como que me estuviera aprovechando. Mal servicio de la recepción, pedimos agrega una cama, es decir pasar a una habitación triple y nos agregaron un colchón en el piso, si en el piso…y nos cobraron. Devolvimos el colchón y nos lo cobraron.

Be Hollywood Hotel exceeded our expectations. We reserved a bit larger room and it was very spacious with small kitchen. Light and bright overlooking fairly quiet treed street. Felt very secure. Close to many good restaurant options. Staff was extremely helpful, kind, professional, English speaking also which helped us navigate everything. I would definitely return.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. They over charged me for an additional guest which I already paid for. No apology. Then instead of returning my money via international wire, they returned my money thru Western Union less fees. They were not answering my calls to correct. I do not recommend staying here.

This is a well maintained, comfortable property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and comfortable seating area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Train (Subte) stations are not too far and very convenient. Of three places we stayed in Buenos Aires, this was our favorite.

Nice hotel in a great location. The hotel and my room were clean and in good condition. There is a great roof-top patio with a shallow pool. The breakfast included plenty of food including gluten free items. I particularly liked the selection of fresh fruit that changed daily. There are lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes in the area around the hotel. Despite the proximity of the restaurants, etc., the hotel is located in a quiet spot (and the rooms have a double set of windows) so there was no noise. There is also good access to transit.

Be Hollywood is okay, but a bit apart from where it all happens. No restaurants were open 31st December and 1st January. Go to Palermo Soho. The pool did not look clean and there was no smell of chlorine. A sofa at the solarium was broken, watch out! Very nice breakfast, good studio with a balcony. Not much to see. Quiet in the morning.

Great spot on a quiet side street. Close to lots of restaurants. Funky neighbourhood and while it seems a bit rough upon arrival--I realized the whole area is simply great. A short walk to Palermo Soho too--which is very vibrant with bars/ markets... The owners are so nice and friendly. They helped me with some of day trip arrangements. A simple but very nice breakfast--fresh fruit, classy bakery good, and an omlette bar. The coffee wasn't great--but loads of places are nearby.

We stayed at Be Hollywood for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in approximately two hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The front desk staff was also very helpful in providing a plug adapter so we could use U.S. electronics without having to purchase one locally. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was an impressive variety of options, including several made-to-order high-protein choices such as omelets, in addition to a large selection of pastries, fruit, and other breakfast items. Many hotels offer only a basic continental breakfast, but this breakfast stood out because of the quality and variety of both savory and sweet options. The hotel felt very safe and secure. Access to the building required a room key, which provided an extra level of security for guests throughout the day and night. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafés, and points of interest in the Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho neighborhoods. It was a great base for exploring Buenos Aires on foot. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a refreshing place to relax. Overall, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the breakfast outstanding, and the location ideal. We would gladly stay at Be Hollywood again on a future visit to Buenos Aires.
