I would have rated 5 stars all around, but was very disappointed to book the hotel SPECIFICALLY for the transport to the airport, only to find out on arrival that there was no shuttle. I had even called the front desk prior to booking to ensure they had a shuttle, and it would be available at the time we needed. We were arriving late and had a very early flight.Really complicated things.

Clean large room. Friendly staff and hot breakfast. Parking could be better. We came in at 11:30 and was hard to find a parking spot. There is a camper store next to the hotel and there were several large campers around. Will stay again but if the parking continues to be limited we may have to look elsewhere. Hotel itself was great.

The staff were being crazy because a light was broken above the pool. They closed it down for the night for no reason the broken light had nothing to do with the actual pool itself.

Overall the grounds and the staff were nice. Breakfast was good and had good options. The only issue was that the bathroom had mold on the surface of the walls and ceiling from the shower to the entry door.

This property was certainly no match to the other holiday inn Express hotels I've stayed in. We were checked in to a room with a soiled bathroom. The staff was very friendly though and they helped change the room immediately, to another room with duty sheets that didn't have enough towels . We started only for one night so we just made do. Breakfast was nice though, and proximity to 81 was the most convenient.

The Staff was exceptional but the room was less than acceptable. Had to shower with my shoes on....my son called it dirty as the hallways needed to be vacuumed. I cleaned the room and we still felt dirty....just the attention to the details were completely ignored. We did not stay the night we left

Very nice staff, nice clean room, comfy bed, yummy breakfast. Unfortunately the noice from the highway was very loud. The first night I only got 4 hrs because couldn’t sleep from the loud trucks and cars. Slept with white noice but only helped a little.

I messed up and scheduled a day short for my stay. The general manager was beyond friendly and helped me get another room, even though they were booked it wasn’t the same room, but at least it was a room in the hotel and I didn’t have to change hotels. I will definitely be staying here from now on

I was charged twice for the same room twice. Once in US funds and for the same room, same night I paid an equivalent in CDN funds. I am tired of the incompetence at these small hotels. The double bill was questioned at the front desk and they assured me this would be taken care of immediately.

When we arrived to check in, there was no buddy at the front desk, and we waited 15 minutes until someone came. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The alarm clock made a noise all night long. We finally unplugged it when we realized what the sound was. The person cleaning the elevator seemed annoyed that we got on the elevator when he was trying to clean it.

We stayed one night as a stopover after flying into Syracuse. Easy drive from the airport. Rooms and building were very clean and modern, staff was friendly and professional, and free breakfast was fantastic (they even provide to-go bags!) There is a Cracker Barrel right next door -- not much else in walking distance, but there are stores a short drive away. We were very satisfied and got our best price by booking through Expedia.

I stayed there with my wife and daughters for 3 nights. It is a well-maintained and clean hotel. Staff was helpful and extremely courteous. Parking was abundant. Best thing about this hotel was the Breakfast. It was really great! I would not hesitate to recommend it. It is a great value for money!

It was fine and served its purpose for being close enough to the airport because we came in so late. The only thing we didn’t like is there wasn’t any hot breakfast left if you didn’t get up at 6 am. We went down at 9 because of getting in so late and the potatoes and eggs were gone leaving turkey sausage and pancakes. There were lots of people standing and waiting to get pancakes. As many people waiting I doubt they all got pancakes. They didn’t replenish the hot food for the late risers. For the price we paid you should be able to get a hot breakfast. At least the rooms were clean and it was quiet.
