My only negative is on the third party website it gave me option to have a roll away bed. Then we I arrived I was told they don’t have them anymore due to fire hazard. Otherwise, very happy. SUPER clean, which I really appreciate!

The inside was Not to bad . Our room was fresh and clean. There was no hot tub as we were told on reservations. The area it self was questionable as there things seen that was not cool to see. But for our overnight it worked out well… Breakfast on point with enough options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast buffet - pancakes, sausage, gravy, eggs, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The coffee was pretty good too. Conveniently located near the freeways, but tucked back behind a gas station so I didn't feel safe walking around. The hotel was a bit stinky. The lobby is right next to the breakfast area and the pool. It was hot and perpetually smelled like chlorine and breakfast. My bathroom smelled like a sewer. I closed the toilet lid and plugged up the bathtub, but these did not improve the situation. I noticed water stains on the floor the first day I was there. On the last day, just out of curiosity, I tried to wipe them away. Ewww - they were pee. I'm a bit disgusted that it was not cleaned up despite numerous visits from housekeeping over my four day stay. Perhaps that was the smell.

We had a reservation for 5 people and at checkin we were told that the room only sleeps 4 (2 dbl beds). No cots allowed per fire regulations. We were given blankets so that one person could sleep on the floor. Advance notice would have been nice so that we could make other arrangements.

We really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options to choose from. The only thing that did not look appealing to me was the pool, it had a thick layer of a bubbly substance on top.

The hotel does not look like the pictures! It seems like it is a remodeled motel. Very old features and in a very strange place. The ac unit was ringing my first night so I could barely sleep. The shower wasn’t that clean and the housekeeping was not good they didn’t want to freshen up the room everyday. The police was there my last night so I was nervous my last night staying there. Not as expected at all.

I think overall this hotel is a good value for the price you pay, you can't expect perfect. However, when I first got into my room it smelled kind of musty and felt humid. Both the tile and carpet were sticky so I felt like I couldn't take my shoes off or else my feet would get dirty. Just a weird feeling and it seems like the carpets just need cleaned. The TV didn't work at first but someone came up and got it fixed. The worst part was that the shower didn't drain properly so you just had to stand in a pool of your dirty water, which I didn't enjoy much. The staff moved us to a different room that was perfect and I enjoyed my stay! Also the location is very obscure like it's close to a shopping area but also in the middle of an industrial zone. I would stay here again if I were ever in KC and needing a cheap place to stay.

Positives: Great breakfast, friendly front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast area staff are super nice. Rooms are clean. Bed is soft, nice pillows. Not so good: Requested room on top floor when booking, when we got there we were not given a top floor. Got room 116, but the carpet was wet due to just being cleaned. They gave us the room next door 114. It was fine, until 5:30 am when toddlers proceeded to run back and forth until we moved out of the room which was around 11 AM. Back to positive: The front desk was able to move us to the top floor when we complained about the noise. They had a top floor room available, room 325- YAY! At that time all was good with the world. WEIRD: I don't think this was well thought out. HA! Overall- it was a nice stay even though we ended up moving twice.

Remote controllers to tv didn't work and they never replaced them. Microwave didn't work without burning popcorn. Breakfast was OK, not great pancake maker was not on because not enough guests they said. Bathroom door wouldn't close so you could see ppl in the bathroom.

There was only 1 staff member working on a Friday night for check in.. they wouldn’t offer late check out. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pullout sofa bed you could feel every spring. And for as much as it cost they could have better toilet paper. The shower had poor water pressure. We will not stay here again
