Pros: Keenly priced We were able to check in early Good location just 10-15 mins walk to centre Decent sized room Luggage storage Superb breakfast - better than many 5 star hotels Cons: WiFi constantly dropped out No kettle in room, but you could spend €3 for a pitiful tea or coffee in reception - this is just penny pinching Shower gel dispenser was full of water - or maybe just watered down Gym was dreadful - whoever designed it or spent the budget clearly isn’t a gym goer. The location was very good. We walked from the train station and to the waterfront market and to Zetor’s and other attractions. The street car provided good access to the port. The location was very good for us. The room was very small, however and the sauna was also very small and crowded.

Stayed for a few nights. The weather was hot, one day above 30°C, there was an AirCon, but the table top fan was sufficient. The room was nice. The hotel was located convenient next to both bus, tram and metro and is within walking distance of city center. The breakfast both have the classic bread, cereal, and english breakfast - safe options, but also local Finnish dishes. The sauna was nice, sadly only had time to use it 1 out of 4 nights. My only issue was the WIFI. It was supposed to be easy. No password, just connect and press log in. relog in af 24 hours But it would most of the time spend so much time loading the log-in successful page, that it timed out and you had to try again. the last time it took 15mins to connect to the wifi, and 2 days i gave up and used my cellphone data. It would have been much easier with a password

It was a lovely stay but I wish they had a kettle and tea/coffee available in the room instead of going from the top floor to bottom and then using cardboard cups, not the safest for hot water spills. It’s nice to have a hot drink before bed. Loved the ladies only sauna and the breakfast was excellent. As I am English it was so nice that all the staff spoke English and made me feel welcome.

This place was awesome. Great value for the price, doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was great. Modern bathroom and enough room to cook and enjoy a meal. Having laundry and a sauna were a bonus. Would highly recommend for a solo travel stay.

Rooms are rather simple and plainly furnished but still completely adequate for a citytrip only. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Good A/C and WIFI in the Room. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. The Breakfast is awesome! Supermarkets are very close by. Public Transport incl. Airport Bus in front of the Hotel. No better way to stay!

Hotellet framsto som slitt. Vi måtte bytte rom to ganger. Lås problemer å vann lekasje. Frokost buffé var veldig skuffende. Kun finsk skinke av pølser. Kun har kokt egg. Fant ikke laktosefri mat vindus karmene var ikke rengjort alt var bare trist. Vi kommer ikke til bake dit.

Nous avons séjourné du 19 au 23 juin dans cet hôtel, chambre 712.L’hôtel est situé à 20 minutes de marche du centre d'Helsinki. Le personnel de l'accueil est toujours souriant et prêt à vous renseigner. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable et propre, petit hic, le lit n'a pas été fait durant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et varié, le personnel aimable et bienveillant. le sauna homme au 4ème étage est propre et impeccable. Bon rapport qualité-prix Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

早朝便で到着しましたが、荷物を預かってくれ早めにチェックインしてもらえました。朝食ビュッフェメニューは毎日同じ内容ですが比較的充実してました。目の前が地下鉄、トラム、バスの駅で交通の便が良かったです。となりにコンビニ、ワンブロック先に24時間スーパーもあったのも助かりました。部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念でした。

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was located in close proximity to the city center. I checked in after midnight with no issues at all, and I also got to store my luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. The interior design isn't exactly top modern as of March 2022, but this doesn't matter too much as long as it's clean, and I found it to be a perfect hotel for those who are only making a short visit to Helsinki.

Excelente estancia! Cuentan con recepción 24 horas lo que nos permitió llegar a las 2am sin problemas. La ubicación en hakaniemi que tiene es excelente, está frente al tranvía y el metro en el que puedes moverte fácilmente por la ciudad, queda a 5 min en tranvía de el centro, y a 20 min de la terminal del barco hacia tallin también en tranvía. La habitación era para 3 personas y ya estaban listas las camas, tienen sauna y el desayuno es muy bueno, tiene avena, fruta, barra fría, bebidas frías y calientes y algunos platillos típicos de la región. Lo más importante fue la atención de todos, siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos encantó, y sin dudarlo volveríamos otra vez.

Hotel bien situé, proche de nombreuses commodités (transports multiples - BUS TRAM et METRO, shopping et restaurants). Proche du centre ville en quelques minutes à pied (10/15min max). Hotel propre, récent, bien entretenu et confortable. Accueil professionnel, check-in rapide (j’ai pu avoir la chambre plus tot sans frais). Personnel sympathique, dévoué, qui a pu m’aider et me renseigner à plusieurs reprises (consignes à bagages, couverts et micro-ondes pour le repas…). J’ai pu déposer mon sac dans la consigne, sans frais, après mon depart, pour 24h (j’allais visiter TALLINN en prenant le ferry) alors un grand merci à la réceptionniste qui a accepté de garder mon bagage plus longtemps que la durée normalement autorisée! Chambre propre, confortable, bonne literie, wifi fonctionnel. Le petit dejeuner compris dans le prix est incroyable! Je n’ai rarement vu un tel choix de produits (sucré salé et meme du vega )! Un enorme bravo, j’ai sejourné dans des hotels de standing plus élevé n’ayant pas un tel niveau qualitatif de petit dejeuner! Je n’hesiterais pas à reserver de nouveau cet etablissement pour un futur séjour à HELSINKI!

The check in staff member was very helpful on my arrival. There was some confusion as to whether breakfast had been included or not with my original booking via Expedia. Whilst he made a note on the system regarding this I did not want to in effect pay 'twice', so did not take breakfast in the hotel.

交通の便と立地良い！メトロとトラムが目の前で発着するので、どこにでも行きやすい。徒歩でも中央駅には行ける距離。スーパーもあるし、目の前のハカニエミマーケットにも地下から行く事も可能。ホテル設備も十分で、綺麗で清潔で快適だった。シャワーブースに扉があるのが良かった！スタッフの方も親切でまた利用したいです。

Das Hotel liegt an einer Bus- und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle. Vom Fährhafen oder dem Flughafen daher gut zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt (Kathedrale) rd. 15 min zu Fuß. hervorragend zur Stadtbesichtigung geeignet. Unterkunft sehr sauber und ruhig, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück!

Excellent value; clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had (especially the gluten-free range) Only small niggle was that there was no obvious way to make the room dark during the short Finnish night. Didn’t bother me at all, but I can imagine that some people might have found it hard to sleep
