Very poor hotel. There was misleading advertising since the reservation image showed two beds, but it was only one double bed upon arrival. When I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist was very dismissive and offered no solutions. To make matters worse, the itinerary stated check-out was at 1:00 PM, but by 12:00 PM they were already pressuring me to vacate. Poor organization and even worse customer service."

Actually I have been staying there off and on these last two weeks and asked for a cup of coffee this morning and the woman at the front desk told me that I was not allowed to take a cup . I was totally shocked at her attitude.
