Easy and quick for last minute room for the night. The ceiling had obvious water damage at some point. Bed was decent but could have used more pollows. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly with a pet fee. Lots of cool things to do and see within a few blocks walking

The hosts at this property do not know the area around the hotel and kept insisting that we "use Google Maps" to find them. The breakfast options are VERY limited. The beds are fine and parking is adequate. Also, this is a two story building with no elevator or porter. If you have any mobility issues (as my 90 year old father does) you must be aware of this.

This place is a dump and they have no business charging as much as they do. I immediately checked for bed bugs when we opened the door (none found). There were still dead flies sitting on top of the AC unit/window sill. The room had an overpowering musty smell. The shower head collar was hanging off the wall and the curtain was too short. There’s a large power bar screwed to the wall above the nightstand that had some kind of residue all over one of the outlets. One of the bedside lamps missing a bulb. The only parking available from the front is on the Main Street. Locals digging through the property ashtrays late in the evening. It’s directly across from the town watering hole which got loud with people revving their engines and bikes into the night. I would likely stay somewhere in a neighbouring town before I stayed here again.

Room was disgusting. We walked in, and there was plant matter all over the room. The floor was sticky. There was also loose hair all over the shower and bathroom area. The walls are paper thin. We heard every time the neighbors moved or breathed. It was not a pleasant experience. Which is very unfortunate. The price point is right and the location is perfect. We cut our trip short by a night. It was just too much. We would have left earlier, however, we were doing things around drumheller and didn't really know the scope of things till about midnight.

The room was filthy. Absolutely filthy. Bed sheets had human hair on them, floor was gritty and filthy on bare feet, the bathroom smelled strong of mildew, the lights were covered in dust, chair was covered in dust. When we asked the manager for clean sheets he came into our room and said 'what did you expect?'. Yes, it's a 2 star property, but one of few options in Drumheller and it was $206 for one night!!!!! I expect at the minimum, sheets that don't look like they haven't been changed in weeks and a manager that treats clients with respect instead of mocking.

The room was filthy. Walls had spills down it. There was hair in the bathroom when we first arrived. Furniture broken. Baseboards had a layer of dirt. Floor had spills on them when you first walked in .

The bathroom was dirty, dirty toilet - had to be cleaned before i would use it dried up pee on all seats and base. Floor were covered is small rocks/dust and sticky - shoes had to be worn while in room. Breakfast was decent and so was staff and surrounding area.

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. 8 minutes walk to the World's Largest Dinosaur. 10-15 minutes driving distance to the Royal Tyrrell Museum, hoodoos, and hiking trails. Love that there is a Keurig machine in the room! Room looked clean but the night stand (exposed area at the bottom) was dusty. Room was very hot upon checkin and it took a few hours to cool down to a comfortable 22°C. The air conditioner is loud but I appreciated it kept the room cool compared to the 30°C outside.

It was noisy - I could hear the person in the room beside us eat chips because the door between the rooms was not sealed. I could hear someone walking on the 2nd floor hallway at 2 am. And the diesal work trucks in the parking lot start up at 4 am. The room was hot but running the a/c at night was also very loud.

Had to ask for a clean mattress pad. Air conditioner was off and it was hot. Finally took cover off air conditioner and cleaned the filter. It was really dirty and once clean had much cooler air. Still took all night to actually cool the room.

The property was convenient being downtown and close to local attractions. The biggest concerns were the laminate flooring was old and separating with screws in the floor and gaps that caught our feet. Also there was no bath mat in the tub so really slippery when taking a bath or shower with kids

A simple motel room. No major complaints really. The bed was a bit stiff, and you could hear the people walking by pretty clearly, but for the price it was fine. The lady at check-in and check-out though was super polite and courteous. Pretty decent location though, with lots of dinos within walking distance.

Rooms are dated, flooring should be replaced, location is right downtown which is a positive as close to restaurants and walking around. Mostly quiet at night except for random noisy vehicles. The continental breakfast could be improved by offering simple hot breakfasts not just toast

My stay was excellent. Rooms aren’t fancy but are clean and comfortable. The room I was in was quiet and thank you to the front end attendant who assigned that room to me. Room was fine. Staff was an absolute nightmare. Smoke alarm went off in our room twice. Told staff and were told we were all lying(5 of us). Stormed into our room still calling us all liars then took the smoke alarm down. It went off in his hands. As he was walking out of the room leaving us with no smoke detector at all, he was still calling us liars

the room was mistakenly double locked and when asked for assistance, the guy at the reception was extremely upset why the room was double locked and his boss was awoken from sleep because we asked for assistance. The guy at the reception was extremely rude and threaten us to charge the key cards if we dont return it. We did return but just rude. He blamed us that if it was not for us, his boss should not have awoken from sleep due to double locking the room. Anyway, we were able to get the double lock resolved by ourselves without them helping except for giving us a duct tape. The staff are not helpful at all. When you ask them, they answer back to you with rudeness. He was even screaming at the reception where all the guests dining can hear our conversation. He kept on blaming that his boss woke at about 745am...terrible service

The front desk staff were not friendly at all! Cleaning service is every 2 days so you have to go to the front desk for towels and garbage bags and leave your garbage outside the door. The room was dated but location was good, right across from Shoppers and a short walk to Boston pizza. Free breakfast was just ok.

First off parking is not good, if the lot is full you have to park in the street but they let you know that is free. Breakfast is not terrible but not great. They have a sign on the fridge saying “one per head”. Assuming that means the yogurt. So free breakfast but limited. No hot food options. But the worst thing was listening to the lady at the front desk yell at a customer because he said the coffee machine in their room was not working. Instead of saying “thank you we will check into it” she let him know he was probably using it wrong and she would show him. When he said but it doesn’t work she starting yelling yes it does repeatedly. And all this happened in a full lobby of guests trying to enjoy the limited breakfast. We will not stay here again and will not recommend.

On check in the attendant was rude and flippant with me. I just passed it off as a bad day for him. He was sullen and so we stopped talking to each other. We arrived the next morning to have breakfast and was told by a female attendant. When I told her that the breakfast time was not conveyed to us she immediately told us what I said wasn’t true. Now I am seeing a pattern of rudeness and told her she was wrong and the person who checked us in did not tell us the time and she wasn’t there so how could she deny it, She continued to argue so I told my husband to just ignore it and we would write it all in the review. As we were leaving to go to the local church, the attendant from the previous day started to yell and swear at us that he didn’t care “a f*+# about our review”. At this point I am really feeling concerned about our safety and the safety of our stuff in the room so I called the booking agency so that we could get out of there as quickly as possible. When we returned to get our stuff there was no one behind the desk so I picked up the phone and was told to put the room card in the container on the desk and leave. We did - as fast as possible. We had just stayed at an Econo lodge in Winnipeg and it was a delightful experience so we thought we would give it a try again in Drumheller. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Room had a stale odour that soaked into everything. Had to wash entire wardrobe to get rid of the smell. Ambiance not supported by rowdy party held on street out the front of the bar across the road and very noisey air con.

Location location location! The property is a little dated but being right in the heart of downtown able to walk to restaurants, stores and attractions is fantastic! Plus only a quick 10 minor car ride over to the Royal Tyrell museum. If you're in Drumheller and not planning to spend all day in your hotel, this is perfect. Would definitely stay again when in Drumheller! Bonus that our room had a third bed, as finding accommodations for a family of 5 isn't always easy!

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shower pressure great, & the A/C was perfect. Great location in proximity to restaurants, shops, and taverns. The only improvement I could think of is more coffee available at the office in the morning. Great place to stay.

The beds were comfy, room was clean, overall for the area and cost it isn't bad. I picked here because it had breakfast but cost more vs cheaper places. Kitchen looks good in the picture but doesn't look as bright as shiny as it. Limited breakfast, yogurt in the fridge was literally warm and at that point I didn't trust the milk or the boiled eggs with a bad looking egg on top. I had nothing and my son had 2 pieces of toast over 2 nights. Fridge in the unit was pretty noisy and runs nonstop(but cold), could see about 1cm of light coming under the door(luckily no bugs but could not be fun in winter), unit was pretty hot and the AC works but add that noise to the fridge and was pretty loud. Outside could use some love.

Pretty decent - good to use as a base for exploring. Nothing fancy but clean and good service. Breakfast was ok for what it was but man. invest in some good quality coffee with lids for your to-go cups and people will be fine with the limited food item selection.
