Good location. Construction was expected so we weren’t overly concerned about the delays getting in and out. Older motor inn but still in pretty good shape. No breakfast room to eat in. Had to eat outside at picnic tables or take breakfast back to the room. This was a second visit this year so we were happy with this Motor Inn.

Friendly helpful service. Room provided what we needed. 2 identical TV remotes made it difficult to operate TV. parking lot needs repair. Great view !! Should have a tub mat and a handle to hold in the shower. Also grip mats on outdoor stairs to help in the rain. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean with newly renovated bathroom. Lots of pillows and sufficient towels etc was nice. Having to walk around to the back of the hotel could be a bit challenging for some. The back picnic tables and lawn area were well kept, with a great access to the well kept walking path along the river was amazing... needless to say the view from the back room is wonderful. A few repairs are needed but minor truly. The price was good with a decent continential breakfast. Walking distance to a great restaurant next door The Happy Belly... with other stores right there, and a fossil shop across the street. Close 6min drive to the museum is a plus too and the T-rex across the bridge at the information centre makes this hotel a great plave to stay. Recommended highly!!!

Building is very tired looking but room was clean. Fridge still had someone else’s food in it. Only major complaint was there was no where to eat breakfast unless you sat outside.

The hotel is dirty and the linen was disgusting with thread bear blankets and bugs in the room. We have stayed at travel lodge on our road tour of Canada but this was the worst. The staff were very nice

The property is a great location along the river, close to walking paths and the Rotary Splash Park and World's Largest Dinosaur and quick drive to the museum. The bridge construction did impact traffic around the motel, but it was manageable and did not impact the quality of our stay. The property is a bit dated, however, our room was very clean with an newer bathroom.

Worst motel ever. Pee around toilet, hair all over bathroom, ants everywhere including the bed, dirt piled up on floor around door from ants, floors filthy, tried to plug in a charger behind the nightstand and it was disgusting back there. Something splattered on wall behind bed......I dont think they ever clean. It was horrible. Gave us a funny feeling in our throats. Very ridiculous for the $150 it cost us to stay. Too bad we had non refundable reservations or we would have never stayed. Please save your money, go elsewhere!

It's a very unkept dirty motel. The curtains had visible stains from the windows. Our curtains had holes. The room next to us looked like it had a bullet hole in it. The sheets were visible dirty (looked like boogers on them), looked like they had been slept in. Asked for clean sheets and the front desk dug through a massive pile in the back for a new sheet and handed them over in a big ball (not folded) those ones were yellow and had a 1.5" rip in the middle and big grey stains. Went and asked for a third set, which had pubes and other hairs, and a small blood stain (red, so didn't look old and washed). The green bedspread was like swiss cheese with so many holes. It was covered in a stained white sheet. So gross. The walls are super thin and we could hear everyone beside and above us. The bathroom had been recently renovated with new tile and tub, but the grout was orange which tells me it hasn't been cleaned properly. In the morning, the staff started mowing the lawn at 9am. All in all it was the worst motel I have ever stayed in, and my kids were begging to not stay the night.

Motel is older, rooms are very dated but beds were comfortable. Room was fairly clean with the exception of the toilet which had not been cleaned properly. There is a continental breakfast. We did not have anything but there is a very small selection of items and there is nowhere to sit with your food. I assume you take your food back to your room.

This is a great hotel if you are not planning on spending much time in the room and need a place to sleep. Family room is huge - sleeps 6 with a double bed, pull out couch and two twin beds in a separate area. Two TVs, large mini fridge, pod coffee maker (but only 1 pod of coffee, the rest is tea - ask desk for more pods). Continental breakfast: apples, yogurt, cereal, muffins, yeast, pancake maker. Coffee is surprisingly good. The two queen beds room is adequate and clean and more updated than the family room. We got a deal on Expedia which is why we chose this motel.

My 2 teens and I had a room with 3 double beds. The layout was awesome and perfect for a family. The furnishings are old and its nothing fancy but its in a convenient area and the staff is great. We will stay again.

This hotel was fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t want to be there any longer. It felt more like a motel; all the doors lead to the parking lot rather than a lobby. Our bedding was a scratchy blanket with holes with a sheet on either side of it, the pillow cases had holes, the wall was dirty. Just not a clean, comfy vibe overall. Also it’s on the opposite side of the bridge from most things in town, and with current construction on the bridge it took us forever to cross either direction.

This property is old and tired. Our bathroom had holes in the wall patched but not painted. There was painters tape around the door frame, actually holding the outer surface of the wall together. The window drapes were worn as well. Very disappointing. Would never stay there again.

It’s functional. The sign on the check in counter says “Short staffed. Be patient’”. The “breakfast” (coffee cereal) is not available till 8 a.m. It’s a motel and the breakfast area is in the lobby which is locked until then. I had to knock at 5 to 8 so I could return the key cards as instructed on an insert that came with them and the proprietor repeated they weren’t opening till 8. I was checking out to go find coffee as there was only one pod for the keurig in the room and my husband was out of luck. (The other pods were tea). Just seemed a little stingy as most comp breakfasts are 6-9 or 10. We had a museum admission at 9 so were not sticking around for what they called the breakfast

Person at desk very accommodating. When I checked in, I asked for a room on the main floor. A room had already been assigned to me. She gladly made the change. Always a big smile on her face. Room needs some updating. Paint job is a must. Patching jobs on walls evident. Quiet.

I understand checking is for we showed up at 3 PM on our motorcycles. Walked in and said we’re checking in lady says no check ins for I said well the room is ready. She goes. Oh yes $15 if you want to check in early. Never in my life have I ever got to a hotel and had to pay $15 for early check-in when the room has been ready I guess I’ll be staying elsewhere. Next time I come through town.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this property. Our flights were cancelled and we had to change our dates, we called the hotel 2 days in advance to see what could be done and they kept saying the manager would call us back (never did) and they just continued to give us the run around every time we called, and in the end charged us for the night without ever calling us back even if we couldn't come for reasons out of our control. It would have been considerate for the manager to take 5 min out of their day to simply call us back after the number of calls that were made. I would never recommend this hotel or stay at another Travelodge.

Overall it was good, there was ample parking and breakfast was included. It is only 5mins drive to the Royal Tyrrel Museum, 15mins to the Hoodoos and the World's Largest Dinosaur is across the river. There are a plenty of eating options nearby. The room we had was riverside and we checked in a little late, so the issue we encountered was that were quite a few mosquitoes outside.

Current bridgework nearby makes going into town slow. Property is north of bridge so same side as Royal Tyrell Museum. Big dinosaur and hoodoos are on the other side. Back side of the property looks out on the river and the big dino - very pretty!

The continental breakfast was muffins, pancakes and yogurt. Didn’t start till 8 am which is pretty late. We left at 7 the second day and the office doesn’t open till 8. Couldn’t drop keys off to them so had to leave in room. Three of staying in the room but only two towels in the bathroom and two cups by the coffee machine.

It was a fine middle-of-the-road place. Getting breakfast was inconvenient. There was no place to eat so you eat outside or bring your plate to the room. There was a pancake machine, which was great, but there was a big lineup and no place to line up as the breakfast is just in the vestibule of the hotel. The toaster was one you’d buy anywhere, so it couldn’t keep up to the demand as it wasn’t more a commercial grade toaster. Only 2 of the 4 slots worked. The room was comfortable and clean with a variety of pillows. Having a fridge and microwave was good to have and came in handy.

1) Initial room linen was dirty . 2nd night had to change rooms . The new room was much better. Hassle to move rooms though. 2 ) Breakfest does not start until 8 am . Doesn’t work for early risers .

Clean and comfortable location. Bathrooms very clean and pleasant. Rooms at the back have a nice view over river. There are nice picnic tables at the back as well. Breakfast is minimal but nice to have it included. There is also no seating for breakfast so have to bring food back to your room
