We had a great stay. The room and amedities were clean. Loved the rest area where there were self service of coffee and tea and ice cream. Also helped ourselves with the happy hour drinks. The complimentary self service with simple breakfast was a plus. There is a Life supermarket near by where you can buy sushi and go back to the hotel rest area to have it. Staff were helpful in submitting our luggage forward to the next hotel.

This hotel was presented as having a spa facilities. As such I opted to pay a bit extra for spa access. I was very disappointed to find the spa was closed and has been since 2021. Yet it is still advertised on the website as having a spa. All the free ice cream and soda did not make up for this. Other than that, the staff were nice and it was handy for local shops.

Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long. That was the only downside if you get a room in the higher floors.

Good location: close to train/subway & family mart. Walkable to Dotonbori. Free breakfast with delicious breads from 7am- 9:30am & also free drinks and ice cream from 7am- 10pm. My family loves it. Washer and dryer onsite are another extra bonus for customers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly,welcoming and so accommodating. They threw in so many little extras to make our stay that much better. It is an older hotel but they make up for it with fresh bread in the morning, Free fresh waffles , free coffee, tea and drinks ,a free happy hour. A lovely in smoking area that's also just a great patio to sit and have a drink at the end of the night. The room was very large for Japan. The location was super close to a very well-connected station. It was walkable to shinsenkai and lots of food in the area. the neighborhood felt super safe and friendly. My only complaint would be the bathroom could use a renovation , bit of a weird smell in the toilet room when you flushed , And we were unable to actually go onto the balcony due to hotel policy. other than that, the state was perfect . They charge a very reasonable rate for a late checkout if needed. The family Mart downstairs was such a nice bonus, they had seats inside and outside so you could enjoy your drinks and snacks and watch all the cool cars drive by. Extremely convenient overall. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love Osaka!! Friendliest people in Japan by far.

Pros: The amenities on the 2nd floor (free soda, free alcohol from 6-8 pm, and free bread in the morning). Location was near the train stations and roughly 20 minute walk from the shopping areas. Cons: The room was dirty. It smelled like smoke and urine in sleeping area. The restroom with the toilet had a strong urine smell as well, and some of us had to go to the 2nd floor to use their public restrooms. We called the front desk when we arrived and asked to switch rooms but were unable to because the hotel was fully booked. My face broke out in pimples and the blanket kept coming out the cover sheets and you can see old stains. Felt gross during the whole time we were there.

What we did not like was the fact that they did not go into our room to collect the trash. They had told us to leave the sign out and they would go and throw away the trash. We stayed there for 4 nights and with the trash piled up.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Walkable to Namba which is a central and vibrant area, but also close to the public transport system which allows you to get to anywhere else in Osaka easily. The room was a good size, with a sofa too which was pleasant, however, it felt really dark, dated and dingey. The toilet was a bit smelly and the carpet didn't seem cleaned. Despite there being a rail and hangers, I would have liked to have had some hooks to hang towels, coats, etc. as there weren't any. There was no bedside table and the air con and power supply were right above your head which didn't seem practical to me. Also this hotel is on a very busy road and every night I was woken up by very loud revving motorbikes between the hours of 1am- 4am, even being on the top floor, the sound shook the entire room so had terrible sleep quality. They've started renovating some of the rooms so I'd hope they're putting in some soundproof walls. Otherwise I would avoid using this hotel.

トイレの異臭がかなり強いです。「do not disturb」と貼ってしまうと、交換用の新しいタオルもなくなってしまいます。以前泊まったホテルでは、「do not disturb」と掛けても、新しいタオルがドアノブに掛けられていたのに。 部屋は清潔で広く、ドリンクバーもあり、朝食も良かったです。

2回目の利用でした。 今回は最上階だったのですが寒かったです。 暖房も部屋の中のいる場所によって効き方が違いました。 部屋もスリッパなしでは歩けなかったり、所々にホコリが残っています。 前回より今回の方がガッカリ感がありました。

We recently stayed 2 days and loved this hotel! The staff are friendly and the room is fantastic. We had a standard twin room and the beds were large and comfortable. The room was big and had separate toilet and shower areas. It was within walking distance of Dotonbori and lots of great food and malls and is right above a convenience store! Overall, we had a great stay here and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Ok-ish hotell a 10 min walk from Namba station. A bit run down with some strange solutions (toilet separated from shower) and new ideas (free ice cream in the afternoon and free whiskey drinks in the evenings!). The breakfast was ok but it ran out quickly so we usually only managed to snag a coffee and a croissant. Semi close walk to the nearest metro. Family Markt just outside the door and a grocery store on the other side of the road.

7 weeks in Japan and this hotel had the biggest room. Two chairs and a table were very handy. Bed was good too. Breakfast was included along with free ice cream and an open bar after 6pm. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka. Only 5 minutes walk to Namba shops too.

Ideal for our four night stay in Osaka. Very near Daikokucho station which gets to Namba (Dotonbori) in one stop. Conveniently located between Dotonbori and Shinsekai. Was a great hub for us during our stay. Rooms at the front can be loud, and seemingly lots of sports cars/bikes racing late at night, which was our main issue. Only one elevator and hotel is 8 floors, but that is me being nitpicky! The Family Mart next door was also very convenient. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, and we shipped our luggage to the next hotel which arrived the following morning. Would stay here again.

Spacious apartment which is great!!! Although the bed and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. And also very noisy at night because it’s on a Main Street. Overall was nice, just hard to get a good nights sleep.

Es war extrem laut im Zimmer. Die Fenster sind kaum gedämmt, sodass man alles von draußen hört. Die Straßen sind extrem laut. Ich konnte nicht schlafen, weil man den kompletten Lärm von draußen im Zimmer gehört hat. Das Frühstück ist kein Frühstück, es sind nur trockene Brote. Sowas als Frühstück zu deklarieren ist frech. Die Zimmer waren allerdings sehr sauber. Die Lage war ok. Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß nach dotonbori.
Es war extrem laut im Zimmer. Die Fenster sind kaum gedämmt, sodass man alles von draußen hört. Die Straßen sind extrem laut. Ich konnte nicht schlafen, weil man den kompletten Lärm von draußen im Zimmer gehört hat. Das Frühstück ist kein Frühstück, es sind nur trockene Brote. Sowas als Frühstück zu deklarieren ist frech. Die Zimmer waren allerdings sehr sauber. Die Lage war ok. Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß nach dotonbori.

For the price we paid this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is immaculately clean, the room was very spacious and you could connect your phone to watch netflix! Very good location. The only downfall was it was extremely noisey outside with traffic whilst trying to sleep, so make sure you pack your earplugs. Overall a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The room and amedities were clean. Loved the rest area where there were self service of coffee and tea and ice cream. Also helped ourselves with the happy hour drinks. The complimentary self service with simple breakfast was a plus. There is a Life supermarket near by where you can buy sushi and go back to the hotel rest area to have it. Staff were helpful in submitting our luggage forward to the next hotel.

Our stay was good. Breakfast is filled with very nice assorted breads, drinks etc. We had one big issue: after cleaning our room, staff forgot our door open, not unlocked, OPEN. I had to comb through everything to make sure we werent robbed, plus the stress of the whole situation. Glad nothing was taken, but not good that it happened at all. Told staff at desk, they seemed surprised, but didnt explained much. Hotel and rooms are clean and area is good, walkable to subway and convenience store is right beside the hotel.

Easy check-in with luggage storage! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Relief, loved that they had breakfast included but we didn’t know they also had free ice cream, drinks and alcoholic beverages during certain times the day too! Room was pretty spacious for two people and very comfortable, we liked the little kitchenette too. Only thing that was odd was the entryway lighting is very dim and there is a full length mirror with no lighting in that corner, it was pitch black so we couldn’t even use it. There’s a full sized shoe rack with actual slippers instead of those typically disposable ones. Bonus: they had a luggage scale we borrowed - great for travellers on the go!

Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long. That was the only downside if you get a room in the higher floors.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly,welcoming and so accommodating. They threw in so many little extras to make our stay that much better. It is an older hotel but they make up for it with fresh bread in the morning, Free fresh waffles , free coffee, tea and drinks ,a free happy hour. A lovely in smoking area that's also just a great patio to sit and have a drink at the end of the night. The room was very large for Japan. The location was super close to a very well-connected station. It was walkable to shinsenkai and lots of food in the area. the neighborhood felt super safe and friendly. My only complaint would be the bathroom could use a renovation , bit of a weird smell in the toilet room when you flushed , And we were unable to actually go onto the balcony due to hotel policy. other than that, the state was perfect . They charge a very reasonable rate for a late checkout if needed. The family Mart downstairs was such a nice bonus, they had seats inside and outside so you could enjoy your drinks and snacks and watch all the cool cars drive by. Extremely convenient overall. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love Osaka!! Friendliest people in Japan by far.

Older, well-maintained property 10 min walk from Namba Station. Easy, quick, friendly check-in, clean, comfortable room. Excellent fresh-baked bread for breakfast (bread is actually baked in the kitchen of the breakfast room!). Many restaurants and convenience stores within 1-2 blocks. Room is good size by Japanese standards, and had everything we needed for two adults. Very pleasantly surprised we received this quality for the price we paid, and would def stay again when in Osaka.

Ideal for our four night stay in Osaka. Very near Daikokucho station which gets to Namba (Dotonbori) in one stop. Conveniently located between Dotonbori and Shinsekai. Was a great hub for us during our stay. Rooms at the front can be loud, and seemingly lots of sports cars/bikes racing late at night, which was our main issue. Only one elevator and hotel is 8 floors, but that is me being nitpicky! The Family Mart next door was also very convenient. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, and we shipped our luggage to the next hotel which arrived the following morning. Would stay here again.

Perfect location to stay at a train ride away from dotonbori, shops and train station. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodated us with any questions we had, the hotel also offered daily house keeping and family mart downstairs and very corner.

It was a bread bar only serving a couple options, small waffles you make yourself, and cereal which were limited qualities. A bit run down with some strange solutions (toilet separated from shower) and new ideas (free ice cream in the afternoon and free whiskey drinks in the evenings!). The breakfast was ok but it ran out quickly so we usually only managed to snag a coffee and a croissant. Semi close walk to the nearest metro. Family Markt just outside the door and a grocery store on the other side of the road.

Although the room is a bit old and outdated, and the bathroom was quite small, everything was clean and well maintained. And it’s good that the toilet is separated from the shower. Location was excellent, with easy 15-18 mins walking access to Dotonbori and 7 mins to nearest train stations. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bread, ice cream, and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning to this hotel on a future visit to Osaka.
