My only complaint are the washer/dryers…I wasted nearly 4 hours because the dryer does not dry well…I had to run it 3-4 times & even then still had to lay my clothes out in the room to completely dry, also didn’t even smell like detergent just smelled like they were rinsed as is. Other than that everything else about it was amazing! The staff, locations, convenience….🤓

・大浴場があったので、ゆっくりお風呂に入る事ができ癒された。・大浴場の入り方が分からずフロントで聞いたら、簡単な事だったのに現場まで付いて来てくれた。他の事でも親切に対応してもらった。・とにかくアメニティが充実している。コーヒーはドリップだし、浴室にはいろんな種類のシャンプーがあり、ヘアバンドもあったので助かった。お風呂上がりには、無料でDAKARAを飲む事が出来た。喉が渇いていたのでこれは嬉しかった。・電子レンジ、お箸、無料の水まである。手作りパンの自販機があり、おいしかった。・隣にファミマ、目の前はアメ村で、なんば駅も近いので買い物に困らない。・伊丹空港まで簡単に行けた。・なんばHatchでライブのため利用したけど、歩いて10分くらい？近くてよかった。・1泊なのにとても充実した時間が過ごせたので、ぜひまた泊まりたい。

車で向かいましたが、提携駐車場が予約出来ず結局、予約できる離れた駐車場を利用することになり、地下鉄の移動を余儀なくされた。大浴場について、部屋で混雑状況を確認してから向かったのに洗い場が空いてなく、裸のまま待つことになった。ラウンジへ入るセキュリティコードが毎日変わるので連泊利用したら初日しか利用できなかった。

At main shopping area, lot of restaurants and choices. Hotel interiors are new and clean. Many different kinds of amenities provided by Hotel. Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Good location and beds were nice and comfy. I used the onsen and womens room, they were both great and I loved having so many things available to get ready with. Staff were friendly and helpful, Family mart located in the building is great! The room was clean and in good condition. The window in the room had a blurry film, so you couldn't see the view and it felt like you were in a basement even though it was on the 10th floor. WiFi worked well.

Dans l'ensemble c'était ok. Le personnel était tres agréable. Il y a un family mart presque dans l'hôtel, les alentours sont très animés. Les murs de la chambre étaient sales et la salle de bain très petite. Pas super accessible en transport en commun si on a une valise car il faut marcher plus d'une dizaine de minutes.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, technically there was a konbini attached to the lobby but otherwise the neighborhood wasn't great and it was fairly far from dotonbori. Finally the shower door was installed the wrong direction meaning it was impossible to take a nice shower. In terms of pro's the front desk was nice, but having to leave the key at the front was archaic and made it difficult. We had to leave early and picked another hotel.

Tremendously convenient location with amazing staff who are available for assistance at all hours of the day. Clean room, centrally located near tourist attractions and transit. I have stayed here multiple times due to its convenient location and excellent service. Being so close to multiple train stations and hot spots and also leaving the room key at the front desk when you head out is great since you don’t have to worry about ever losing your room key. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as I will continue to book here whenever I am in the area.

This place had a ton of amenities - most I did not even take advantage of. I did not realize how close it is to Dotonbori either. There was some confusion as one person - who spoke decent English - gave me directives about my keys that other staff - who did not speak English - seemed to not understand, even with the help of a translator. I'd stay again and just be diligent about being safer than sorry about turning in my keys before the end of my stay to prevent any issues from getting lost in translation.

This is a wonderful hotel within walking distance to Dotonbori and several train stations. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the area felt really safe. I especially enjoyed using the public bath and the ladies spa room. Staff are all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was great at Shinsaibashi Arty Inn, although they do not provide daily cleaning services, there will be daily change of towels and floor mat hung at the door of your room. The toilet, was also equipped with bidet and heated seat. The front-desk is also very polite and can understand English. Location wise was very convenient to Namba Station and Shinsaibashi Station.

部屋も館内も新しくキレイ。大浴場も夜はずっと利用可能なのも嬉しい。コーヒーや紅茶のティーバッグも自由に頂けるのも嬉しい。朝食が食べられないのは残念だが、コンビニが近くにあるし、パンの自販機もある。ただ駅からは少し離れていたので(徒歩10分)、ユニバーサルで遊んで大きな荷物を持っての移動はキツかった。スタッフも優しい笑顔で質問しやすいし、利用しやすい価格設定に次も利用したいと思わせてくれる。とても楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとう。

Located in a very stylish part of Osaka. 5-10 minute walk to Sinsaibashi metro station, and Dotonbori. Room was above average size for our stay in Japan. The services in the room were plenty and the bed very comfortable. The washroom was well stocked with enough space and a decent powerful shower. Reception was well stocked with toiletry items. Good range of vending options available on 4th floor.

The room is decent in size. It's quite clean. The location is fantastic. It's close to all of the main attractions. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood. There's also a public hot bath in the hotel which is definitely the highlight. The staff are super friendly.
