The hotel was nice overall but it could use some upgrades. We had issues closing our sliding patio door and the shower knob leaked. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Nice beach during high tide, pool and hot tub area. Just need to supervise guests with children to not use hot tub as a kiddie pool. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The price is cheap, but the facilities are old and broken. The bath was broken, so I asked them to repair it, but they didn't. The sea is not swimmable, and the beach is small just by looking at it.

If you want to go here for the beach, go somewhere else . They say that they have a private beach which is true but there are cement walls going out to the ocean to make it private . Private beach felt like a jail.

Great resort! Main pool is humongous with shade provided in most of the seating areas. Beach access was less than a minute walk from my room. Smaller pool was closed during my stay but looked nice as well. Koi pond was really nice with big fish very relaxing. Definitely will stay here again.

The Staff was excellent! Very welcoming and attentive. But the resort was old and dated for the price. The pool was clean except for the steps that were black from moss? Mold? And light fixtures in the pool were coming apart. Also the beach is not as pictured. Water area was filled with boats, did not feel like I could swim safely in the ocean. They have 3 restaurant areas, but not a single one was enclosed with AC. The rooftop restaurant only had small area of covered roof which was an issue when it rains

Only 1 night stay before we travel back to UK, so I believe they gave us one if the oldest rooms at the back. Although the hotel seemed practically empty. Overal it was ok, but room was a bit dirty and old dated and buffet was also average, no fresh juices or coffee. We didnt swim in the sea as it seemed more like a port than a beach. In general it was a good stay, staff was friendly but didnt go the extra mile, only did their job nicely. In other hotels we have been offered complementary upgrades during quiet times.

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was clean, tidy, fresh and maintained. Nowadays it’s under some repair, pools not kept immaculate like before, training staff so people standing around, rooms look like they haven’t had much work done on them in 6 years and some men ( I think run boat tours or jet skis) sitting around smoking in corners looking unkept and not what I expect seeing at a resort. The grounds could use a good tidy up as one pond is filled with slime and just needs a couple of days to bring it back to scratch. Although this is the downside of the resort there are plenty of upsides. You are in walking distance to shops restaurants and small supermarkets. The rooms are still in good enough condition without being super and the meals were lovely. I will stay here again if I get a chance.

台風直後でしたが館内、プールは掃除がしっかりされており清潔でした。スタッフの対応も凄く良かったです。一点残念だったのはシャワーの水圧が弱かった事です。台風直後でインフラにも被害が出ていたかもしれないです。立地は歩いて3〜4分でスーパーのSavemoreで日用品、お土産が購入出来ます。両替も非常に良いレートでした。マリバゴグリルの様な良いレストランも歩いて数分のところに沢山ありとても良かったです。

まず「良いところ」 ・スタッフの対応は一流、これが一番でしょう。 下記に「気になるところ」もありますが、 対応が素早いし、丁寧なので、総合的には それをカバーするくらいだと思います。 ・泳ぐのが好きなのだが、水泳に向くプールはなかなかない。見かけはレジャー用みたいだがそれなりに泳げるのは良かった。 ・ホテルの雰囲気がいい。白砂、リゾート、スパってホテルの名前そのままなのだが、そういうこと。 これはスタッフの対応でもカバーできないだろうという、「気になったところ」は ・実用的には問題ないのだが、設備は古い。浴槽が汚かった。私はシャワーだけでいいのだが、これも人によってはダメだろう。 ・フィリピンだからホテルの外に出た途端に寄ってくるのは仕方ないとしても、ホテルのプライベートビーチでさえポン引きが寄ってきて煩わしい。何人かの人がすでに指摘してるが、これが最悪のポイント。せめてホテル内は規制するか、ツアーの相談窓口でも作ればいいのに。いい感じで風景を眺めていても、遠くから「オーイオーイ」とかでかい下品な声で呼びかけてきて、本当にホテルの雰囲気を壊している。 ・テレビに「ケーブルがつながっていない」と見れなかった。方法があるのかもしれないが説明はない。私はYouTubeあればいいので電源を切ったままにした。 ・動画を見るのにインターネットの接続は、問題は感じなかった。ときどき途切れることを除けば。

スタッフの方々が全員とても感じ良く、対応も丁寧でした。周囲の治安は良いとは言えませんが、24時間体制で守衛の方が監視しているのでとても安心できました。プールは屋外と思えないくらい掃除が行き届き、庭も絶えず掃除され落ち葉などがほとんどなく芝も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機がないのですが、ホテルから200mほど先のsave more近くにランドリーサービスがあり、1時間買い物している間に仕上げてくれて脱水と乾燥で105PHPとリーズナブルでした。

レストランが3軒紹介されたが、屋上の1軒だけ営業していた。大音響のBGM で食欲を無くし、出てきたメニューは違うメニュー、4品注文したうち2品が違うメニュー出てきた。作り直して提供してくださいましたが、残念ながらパスタはレンジで温めるもので、しかも、急いだせいか、温まる前に出したようで、ぬるいパスタが出てきて、さすがに驚いた。ホテルの朝食も毎日ほぼ同じで、ビュッフェで並べられた料理はハエがたかっていて、見なかったことにしようと心に決めて食べました。食事を改善していただきたい。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。お庭も良い感じでした。

DO NOT STAY HERE OR YOU WILL END UP SICK LIKE US!! Definitely not 4 star! A VERY MOULDY PROPERTY THROUGHOUT! Broken toilet seat, very dirty vent in bathroom, check in procedure makes you feel like a prisoner- ‘ passports and confirmation number’ then to be told absolutely no food or drink from outside plus no guests allowed in rooms and if you’re a smoker it’s a long walk to the smoking area, 1 pool was closed ! We have stayed in better and cheaper 3 star hotels, terrible communication from management as I emailed the property Monday kindly requesting a refund for 1 of the 2 nights we could not stay and I’m still waiting for a reply!! $AUD215 per night is far too expensive for this 3 star property, we had to leave early due to breathing in mould all night and when I spoke to other guests they also said there rooms smell of mould so changing rooms was not an option, also loud construction noise throughout the day with jackhammers very loud! We were checked into a room with no balcony even though my booking confirmed a balcony!! A terrible experience from start to finish- don’t stay here

ホテル自体は綺麗でした。スタッフも親切でにこやかでした。部屋のバルコニーに出るドアが立て付けが悪く開くのに力がいる。そのバルコニーのドアの鍵が壊れてて閉まらない。 朝食はビュッフェだけど選ぶほどない。オムレツを作ってくれるので、それに救われた。 お惣菜みたいのが他にあると嬉しい。

The staff and facilities are great. Unfortunately the rooms although clean the linen, mattresses, tiling and patio doors are old with considerable damage - really need updating and renewing.

部屋は広くベッドも快適ではあるものの、 シャワーのお湯の出が悪かったのは、残念でした。 ホテルの周辺に何もなかったのと治安面に、若干の不安があった為、ホテル内にレストランがもう少しあるとよかったです。 スタッフの対応や雰囲気はとても良かったです。

A good stay for what we wanted. Pools were nice and restaurant / bars good. Some shortages at breakfast but still ok. Courtyard rooms were needing some updates with some facilities not working and showers leaking and needing a proper clean. Other facilities were closed. Decent value for money be it lacking in some areas but still good.

My wife slipped in the shower our first day. We got stuck in the room the whole vacation. The management didn’t bother to check on us. My wife’s right leg is so swollen they didn’t take her to hospital till our last day. No empathy. Only one employee was kind enough to take care of her. The nurse name Archie. He told the management I needed to be seen by a doctor but they didn’t do anything at all. Will never stay here and make sure to let everyone know the treatment we got. We paid a lot and got stuck in the room. Never again in this place.

Hotel was incredible. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They organized day trips for us and booked restaurants for dinners. The room was cleaned every day and the facilities were luxurious. We particularly loved the bar upstairs called 801 which had 2 for 1 happy hr drinks. Thank you so much for having us!

Our experience was quick but good one night. Cathy on Reception was excellent. Looked after us very well. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of selection for everyone. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a hotel while waiting for their flight. Thank you

This is a beautiful well keep and well maintained resort . I would have given it 5 stars but it lack in customer sevice. Do get me wrong the staff were super nice and respectful everywhere from room service to the pool maintenance,gardeners,room9, breakfast staff, i cant say enough about them. So what was wrong, no follow up asking if you would like another drink or dessert etc etc. Sat at the beach area an ordered a cold one and that was it never heard from anyone untill i had to walk back up to the restaurant area to get another or they would come down much later with room charge bill to sign, not to ask if the can get you anything else first before closing off. Same thing happens up stairs at 801 . Fantastic place good food . Seems like they bring first drink out and then you have to wave your hands in the air to flag them down for another while 5 of them are standing around. Dont blame them, probably what they have been told to do ,again they were all so nice but your restaurant and bars would make so much more money if just up sell a little. I saw a few guests saying the same thing they felt abandoned. Beautiful resort would i go back absolutely.

Check in was horrible at first as the first person to check me in did not understand the room that I booked. My room allowed 4 people per the room description where as the desk person wanted me to get an extra room. Seems after a few phone calls on their part it turned out I was correct. Manager gave me gave me free breakfast for the fourth person for my troubles. Food and service was good from then on.

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was clean, tidy, fresh and maintained. Nowadays it’s under some repair, pools not kept immaculate like before, training staff so people standing around, rooms look like they haven’t had much work done on them in 6 years and some men ( I think run boat tours or jet skis) sitting around smoking in corners looking unkept and not what I expect seeing at a resort. The grounds could use a good tidy up as one pond is filled with slime and just needs a couple of days to bring it back to scratch. Although this is the downside of the resort there are plenty of upsides. You are in walking distance to shops restaurants and small supermarkets. The rooms are still in good enough condition without being super and the meals were lovely. I will stay here again if I get a chance.

台風直後でしたが館内、プールは掃除がしっかりされており清潔でした。スタッフの対応も凄く良かったです。一点残念だったのはシャワーの水圧が弱かった事です。台風直後でインフラにも被害が出ていたかもしれないです。立地は歩いて3〜4分でスーパーのSavemoreで日用品、お土産が購入出来ます。両替も非常に良いレートでした。マリバゴグリルの様な良いレストランも歩いて数分のところに沢山ありとても良かったです。

Quiet and nice hotel. Make you forget about the busy streets behind the walls. Stayed only 1 night but quite enjoy it. Only thing that could definitely be improved is the breakfast. no much enjoyable options and extra charge for coffee. Nothing special outside the hotel except massage place and Korean restaurants.

Only 1 night stay before we travel back to UK, so I believe they gave us one if the oldest rooms at the back. Although the hotel seemed practically empty. Overal it was ok, but room was a bit dirty and old dated and buffet was also average, no fresh juices or coffee. We didnt swim in the sea as it seemed more like a port than a beach. In general it was a good stay, staff was friendly but didnt go the extra mile, only did their job nicely. In other hotels we have been offered complementary upgrades during quiet times.

We had a good stay overall. Dining option was great, food and service too is great Beach access is available but not ideal for swimming . Water appears polluted with a lot of debris and is not an option.as far as we are concerned. Big and clean swimming pool made a great substitute.
