This hotel is still a building site. Do yourself a favor and read the recent Google reviews before deciding to stay here. I'm sure in 12 months' time, when complete, this will be a fantastic hotel, but right now it should not be open to paying guests.

We booked for 4 nights via Expedia but stayed only 3 nights due to our commitments Check in was smooth and they took £ 100security deposit without any inventory check in As NICI is anew company and still doing construction and tiding up some facilities like pool is under construction Staff is welcoming and polite Check out was not smooth due tech error and some staff lack of experience and training could not do transaction hence we were held up for payment and inventory check out Macdonald resort was pet free but NICI Pet friendly Thankyou

Was not informed hotel was undergoing a renovation in a terrible state and was unable to stay there had to return home completely ruined our planed break very disappointing
