The room has bad smell , we didn’t as for any cleaner for past 4 days then when we ask for water they hesitate. Even we didn’t get any later check out. The spa on the hotel was horrible and we pay alot for strong massage but get more than soft , also the staff was not kind and they look didn’t want to work.

had a free room upgrade from Moonlight Deluxe to Bluemoon Suite. Large room with great view, maybe a bit loud when it is raining heavily because it is on the top floor. Staff is exceptional, very friendly, everything is clean. Breakfast also has some vegan options but not as many as non-vegans and food changes daily ;) Asked for non-dairy milk and they have some almond drink! The gym could use some AC, but at least there is a ventilator. The pool is also awesome and the the location is perfect, only 5min walk to the beach.

Highly recommended.Walking distance to Bangla Rd, beaches and shopping.We stayed here for 6 nights , our room was serviced everyday. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Friendly staff at front reception and behind the scene. The Spa is totally worth a visit (or three for us). Value for money and totally relaxing. This will be our place to stay when coming to Phuket next time.

Very nice layout of the hotel in busy Phuket, in a large but quiet street at walking distance of the beach and shops. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms are large with an exotic design . There is also an incredible breakfast buffet! Altogether a wonderful experience at a great price!

Incredible suite room, walk in wardrobe area, huge balcony and king size bed. Separate air con for bedroom which you could seal off or have opening into living room. Great location, short walk to beach and nightlife, far enough away to be quiet. Hotel had a really helpful tour booking guide who sorted taxis for us too. Iron and ironing board in room, place round the corner can wash and dry same day 50 Baht per kilo. Ideal and way cheaper than hotel.

清潔感のあるホテルで朝食がとても美味しいです。プールは小さいので入りませんでした。パトンの中心部からは少し離れてますが、このくらいの距離離れてる方が多少静かで目の前の通りの渋滞も少ないので良いと思います。泊まった部屋はベランダの目の前が向かいの部屋のベランダがあり、外でくつろぐことが出来なかったです。また部屋が外に面してないので暗い。外側に面した部屋だったらとても快適なホテルだと思います。

We stayed for 5 nights and it was overall very clean and modern place. The pool was comfortable, the buffet was good. The mattresses were firm and somewhat hard. The shower has good pressure but at certain times of day the temperature was inconsistent. Not a big deal but something to consider. Overall the place was very clean but in the shower grout there was a few speckles of mold but that may be due to just the humidity. Overall I still recommend this as a place to stay. It is on a nice street that is walkable to both the beach and bangla road.

I like bathrm. Modern design look. Big walkin shower, upper counter shelf to place accessory stuffs. Our balcony has a walkin share pool. We have 2 full size mattress into 1 . It takes up some walking area. Overall, happy and worth the money.

This was a great place to stay. The only issue I had was the shower temperature was difficult to control. There's a too hot setting, the next setting down is freezing cold. There's no in between. It's not something they are going to fix.

I had a super nice stay at The Nap Patong. The Hotel is located in a quiet street close to the beach, staff is super friendly and warm, and rooms are large and modern. Be aware that the cheapest rooms faces the wall from the opposite building just 3 meters away, so if you want a nice view you need to book a better room. Would I stay here again? Yes - but I would choose a better room categori with a view to the pool.

The desk clerk on duty at midnight was very helpful even though my recently booked Expedia reservation did not yet show in their reservation system. He was able to quickly register me and give me a nice quiet room with a good shower and confortable bed. It was just what I needed after 25 hours airborne!

Best part about the Nap. Was Fern our room cleaner. The only person that gave great customer service friendly every single day. Front staff very disappointed from start to finish. We where there for 16 days. We would never stay there again. We have been going to patong for 12 years now. Very disappointed. Breakfast was awful, we actually thought Breakfast was included, but they said it wasn't. Front staff wanted to charge us more for breakfast than the actual inhouse restaurant was charging. Front staff promised us an upgrade to our room for the last few nights as we were staying there for a time. Never heard from them. We will stay somewhere else next year.

I have stayed at the Nap Hotel twice over the last 3-4 years, and I was reminded this week how much I enjoy both the staff and the hotel. The staff offer outstanding service and really go out of their way to make sure guests are happy with their stay. The location is just a block from the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife, so it is quiet yet very convenient to where you want to spend your days and nights. Their breakfast is one of the few I go out of my way to be sure to enjoy given the large amount of choices that come every day. The pool is beautiful, too, and a relaxing place to spend a few hours. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Upon check in I was told I was getting an upgrade turned out since my room with a pool was sold out they gave me a random room without a pool but they called it an upgrade. When I complained they told me my room wasn’t available and then I asked for a refund of the balance since I paid for a room with a private pool and got a random room. They denied and said I wouldn’t get any money back. Don’t book this hotel while in the lobby I met another customer that the same thing happened to him. Don’t risk it

Good location. just a short walk to beach and plenty eating options nearby. The room is specious and cleaned to a good standard on arrival. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. Check out process was not smooth though, i believe staff at check out desk should be friendly, polite and communicate clearly with the guest. Overall good place to stay in Phuket.

Terrible beds, bad aircondition, hot water was either to warm or ice cold, rude reception not wanting to arrange taxi to airport bcs they was checking in other guests. We ordered a pool villa, and Charles it with neighbour so no privacy To pay 400 euro for this hotel i would not recommend anyone, location was good, the hotel is old and need to be updated to a standard much better than this. We Will not go back, this was not Even worth 150 euro pr night.

Hotel ubicado a 130 metros de la playa y de dos calles con mucha onda de Patong Beach. La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y con todos los servicios necesarios, incluidos un balcón (con sillón, mesa y un tender para secar la ropa) y una buena conexión a Internet. Ofrece un desayuno buffet bastante completo y para todos los gustos. Lo bueno es que comienza el servicio a las 6:30 am, lo que permite desayunar antes de hacer una excursión. Cuenta con una linda piscina, aunque no la utilicé porque preferí ir a la playa. Un tip valioso para los turistas, junto al hotel hay una casa de cambio de moneda (Violet Exchange) que ofrece la mejor cotización de la zona. Loved this stay in Patong. Its right in the heart without being noisy or feeling hectic. The beach is 3 mins down the street. Their pool area is very good. We stayed in the room that had the plunge pool attached, so we preferred that. Be aware, it states private plunge pool.It's a pool access shared with 8 ooms and about 60cm deep. Having said that it was a wonderful inclusion and we only saw someone else once. Breakfast was plentiful and something for everyone.

Everything essentially was terrific, except the breakfast buffet could be worked on. Always a long line to get coffee, not necessary. And the long wait to get eggs when they could just have a pile of scrambled eggs easy for the picking, not necessary.
