I wasn’t able to change my booking so didn’t get to go due to the violence I saw in the area on the news from the cartels so the property made it difficult for me to re book at a later date…. A loss of money and waste of opportunity…. No more non refundable vacation trips for me….

Nice place, but I would not go back. The food was not very good and not worth going all inclusive. There are no other food options within walking distance so if you want to go a restaurant just know you’ll need to uber or taxi to and from.. Also, there were a few things wrong with our room. The phone didn’t work which was a bit inconvenient. The TV didn’t work, the shower had issues, and on the last day there was no water coming out of the sink, though that was brief, it was still a bit inconvenient. Also, our room key had technical issues twice and having to go down from the ninth floor each time something happened made are our stay unpleasant.

The hotel had beautiful views but the rooms weren’t maintained, the whole week that we stayed the room phone didn’t work, the lights never turned off so we had to sleep with them on, and no covers on your bed just a fitted sheet. We told the front desk and nothing was done about it the whole week. They just said they would send maintenance.

Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT COMING BACK.THANK YOU BRENDA. They never fixed anything.

Food was good. Cleaning crew rush to clean room therefore they don't clean well. We saw a roach in the closet. I also think the really need to implement the rule of no food in the pool. Family pool is durty.
