I like that it’s walking distance to children’s museum. The living room and kitchen area is spacious like a regular condo. The sofa bed was comfortable. The nightshirt concierge staff was not the most helpful. Parking sucks though, when we got to the hotel at around 9pm, we were able to secure the two last parking spots (very tight) right by the building. But were then told those were actually taken and needed to move our cars to another parking lot down the street and that space seemed sketchy, bordered up building and graffiti on the walls.

Le secteur ou l'hôtel se situe ne semble pas sécuritaire du tout. Ils y mentionnent une salle d'entraînement alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Des frais de stationnement de 15$ par jour et un dépôt de 200$ sont exigés et aucune mention de ceci lors de la réservation en ligne.

Parking was more expensive than advertised on Expedia, and was in an outdoor, unsecured lot a small walk from the property. Not what we were expecting at all. Also the front desk didn’t tell us that street parking (literally across from the lot, closer to the property) was free. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful otherwise. Rooms were fairly clean. Soundproofing was non existent. On our first night, we could hear a loud group until late in the night. The price is right, but we likely wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved the suite. Spacious, clean and feela like a condo. Great proximity to downtown ottawa. My only complaints are the listing of a gym that doesnt exist, and that parking is $15/night. If i knew i would have booked elsewhere but w/e. Still a nice place.

Le personnel à la réception très gentils. Le stationnement au sous-sol de l’établissement, bien que peu d’espace de stationnement, convient à merveille. La suite très propre et spacieuse. Les commodités de la cuisinette avec l’îlot très apprécié. Quand j’aurai à retourner dans la région je n’hésiterai pas du tout de séjourner à cet établissement. Avons été très ravis.

L homme de jour tres froid et peu de sympathie. La chambre tres confortable et proche du congres de Gatineau. Moisissures dans la douche mais la suite pour le prix vaut la peine pour séjourner 1 ou 2 journées.

Super small bathrooms, very inconveniently designed. extremely dirty and stinky dishwasher, we had to rewash the dishes and clean the dishwasher first. Dirty kitchen counter upon checkin. individual rooms have AC but they do not work. No air circulation in the rooms. Tight walking space by the bed. Not at all comfortable. Breakfast had no gluten free options. Housekeeping staff did not speak English, and were very rude. You can stay for however many days- you will get two 500ml bottles of water upon checkin. No daily refill. Not worth the $$

It's conveniently located within 10 mins walk to the Canada History Museum, and the Richmond Landing water taxing stop. The facilities is nice and clean. Staff are overal friendly and accommodating especially the chef at the Cafe, and the PM male reception we encountered on the first day. The one star they lost is the cleaning. My young child dropped a piece of icecream on the bedsheet and smugged it - we stay for 3 nights. They didn't change the dirty bedsheet, although they folded the bed and cleaned up the entire room. It was quiet obvious IMO as it was the spot below the pillow. On 2nd day, I wrote a note to request for change of bedsheet, it was done accordingly. Beside this little hiccup, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel, friendly staff and the reasonable price point for a condo style hotel.

We were pleased with the rooms we had full fridge w/freezer, stove top, dishwasher! The floors are vinyl which are cleaner than carpet. The rooms were clean. We stayed in an Efficiency and it was perfect for our friends to come in and have a visit before we went out. We paid for parking but you can park on the road too. Thank you to the staff for amazing job.

Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable - clean and tidy, modern finishes, full fridge was a bonus, temperature was easy to control and manage. Lots of sunlight during the day (heavy curtains blocked it out when needed though). The cafe attached to the hotel was nice, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Walkable to a good variety of restaurants and parks. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown, lots of condemned buildings, but did not feel unsafe - was quiet at night and peaceful during the day. Logememt propre et appartement de grande dimension. Les lits sont confortables Les bemols: Personne a l'accueil peu accueillante. Faible insonorisarion: j'entendais les enfants courir a l'étage supérieur et les vibrations. Aussi, un rassemblement dans la rue d'une communauté avait lieu, aucune insonorisation ici non plus. Le stationnement est 20,00$ + taxes mais il y a beaucoup de places disponibles dans la rue. Tout dépend de l'heure de depart.

Check-in staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped with a full size fridge and small appliances. Only complaint is that the alarm in our room was set for 6am which was a fun surprise. Maybe get the cleaning staff to turn off the alarms.

Nice well-maintained room. I picked this location because I was visiting family in Gatineau so wanted to be close - if I was travelling to visit Ottawa, I would have stayed on the Ottawa side of the river, because there is not much in the area around the hotel.

The hotel is good, suites are completely new and clean! The staff is ok, the reception was amazing but the the restaurant leaves more to be desired. The location is horrible so make sure you’re driving.

Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable - clean and tidy, modern finishes, full fridge was a bonus, temperature was easy to control and manage. Lots of sunlight during the day (heavy curtains blocked it out when needed though). The cafe attached to the hotel was nice, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Walkable to a good variety of restaurants and parks. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown, lots of condemned buildings, but did not feel unsafe - was quiet at night and peaceful during the day. Hotel building itself is well kept and secure.

This is my 2nd time stay. Very clean hotel with roomy kitchen area and comfortable bed. Quiet area but convenient to go to Ottawa . Staff at the front desk are always friendly. Will definitely come back!

Great location, walking distance to Parliament Hill,the War museum, Canadian Museum of History and the National Gallery. A bedroom with 2 doubles in it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and tools and was very clean. The bathroom was also well appointed and clean with ample good quality towels and lots of counter space. Lots of closet and storage space was a plus too.

It's conveniently located within 10 mins walk to the Canada History Museum, and the Richmond Landing water taxing stop. The facilities is nice and clean. Staff are overal friendly and accommodating especially the chef at the Cafe, and the PM male reception we encountered on the first day. The one star they lost is the cleaning. My young child dropped a piece of icecream on the bedsheet and smugged it - we stay for 3 nights. They didn't change the dirty bedsheet, although they folded the bed and cleaned up the entire room. It was quiet obvious IMO as it was the spot below the pillow. On 2nd day, I wrote a note to request for change of bedsheet, it was done accordingly. Beside this little hiccup, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel, friendly staff and the reasonable price point for a condo style hotel.

Great stay! Clean room and staff were helpful and friendly! Only complaint was the restaurant and bar was not open and I don’t recall being told that and the parking garage was small and had to climb stairs to get to the elevator but other than that, had a fabulous time with my girlfriends and enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants near bye and Cazza Pizza on the corner has delicious pizza, wings and poutine and friendly staff! Perfect for us after a day at a spa and just wanting to watch the leafs game (win!) and order some good food in.

Super small bathrooms, very inconveniently designed. extremely dirty and stinky dishwasher, we had to rewash the dishes and clean the dishwasher first. Dirty kitchen counter upon checkin. individual rooms have AC but they do not work. No air circulation in the rooms. Tight walking space by the bed. Not at all comfortable. Breakfast had no gluten free options. Housekeeping staff did not speak English, and were very rude. You can stay for however many days- you will get two 500ml bottles of water upon checkin. No daily refill. Not worth the $$

We had a king suite - literally felt like we had our own apartment! It is very well designed, spacious and has all kitchen amenities (minus a coffee maker). The hotel even provided us with a $5 breakfast voucher per guest to use on our checkout date. There is a small restaurant in the hotel; it was okay but does not offer any breakfast plates (eggs, meat, potatoes, etc). Also, the check-in and checkout times indicated on Expedia (4pm and 12pm) are incorrect; the true check-in and checkout times are 3pm and 11am). All in all, loved this hotel and would definitely come back.
