Very pleased with my 2 night stay here. Check in staff was friendly . They have free parking on premises which is a big plus. Bike rentals are also offered at this hotel. The location is less than a mile from Duval street and many local shops and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient (admittedly, weekdays, shoulder season).The check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and responsive. They left a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for us! It was still there when we left, we don't drink, but it was a nice thought. I would definitely stay here again!

Initially booked a 3 night stay but added on 2 more days (booked cheaper room). The manager let us stay in the bigger room at no charge. The room was really nice and spacious, outdoor patio is beautiful and the breakfast was just right. We spent a few nights on the patio enjoying wine, Jamon and cheese. Very relaxing environment. My favorite part was the free parking. Only downfall they have 6 spots in front of the hotel and 10 units so if they get taken they have more parking spots a half block away. One of my favorite restaurants, El Siboney is a block away so we enjoyed dinner there a few nights. Also if you take Grinnel street south you’ll run into tennis courts, nice public beach and a pier that has stairs that go into the water for people wanting to swim. Only downfall is the property next door is getting remodeled so around 0800 in the morning it can get loud. Overall pleased with the Grand Guesthouse and will be back.

Very nice small boutique Hotel. Very close to activities, a nice bike ride to most places to eat and beaches. One of the few hotels left in Key West without resort fees and parking costs.

3 night stay. Deluxe suite. Spacious room with living area, fridge, microwave, couch and 2 person table. Clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient and friendly. An emphasis was placed on a completely clean facility!! The place was spotless! Complimentary breakfast included a nice assortment of items. Very quaint seating area in "courtyard" where breakfast was served. Parking is very limited, but we had no problems. Water pressure was a bit light in the shower. But, overall an awesome stay!!

Cute boutique guesthouse with bikes for rent. The owner was so nice and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Loved our private patio area and very nice continental breakfast. Convenient location with parking included.

Walking distance (15 min) from beaches, night live and restaurants... I spent two nights at the grand, and both nights walked back and forward without any issue. Place was clean and the room spacious, Grand may need to consider to update the mattress in the room. In front of the building are only 6 parking spot available but there’s free parking available in the surrounding area. There’s like a little terrace with sitting and tables, you could dinne and chill before going back to the room. Breakfast is serve between 8:30 and 10, if yours is a working trip like mine you won’t get the opportunity to try it. The staff is friendly and courteous, they are always at the property until 6pm… any suggestions, doubts, they will be able to help you. Taking into consideration how ridiculous high price is the cost of sleeping at the keys, I think that the Grand is a fair option… is also the lowest “resort fee” that you wil be charge per night. If I need to go down to the keys again, I would repeat my stay at the Grand.

Unfortunately I woke up to a huge cockroach on my neck.. I killed it .. told the front desk.. I was told it’s because it’s an island.. smh .. I lived in Newark for many years and they exist there too.. and that’s not an island..

Everything was absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable and the suite was large enough for all my luggage and coolers. The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs and flowers. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Key West!

Horrible would not recommend very noisey and dirty, dust everywhere and Black mold in the bathroom cause me to have an asthma attack, im quite fairly shocked at the state of the room, however friendly the staff was the room was not up to par and made me sick and had allergies and a asthma attack the entire trip.breakfast was ok and did the job but also don’t expect a good night sleep quiet hours were not observed and when brought to the attention of the staff nothing was done. Looked forward to going home, its a shame it could be a nice place to stay.

Very cute property, easy to find, and a quick check-in with friendly staff. The location is off the beaten path a little bit so it is quiet at night. Our room was very clean, but the cleaning products they use are very strong smelling and were a bit overwhelming for us. Our air conditioner died on the first night and they went right out and bought a new unit so we were able to stay cool which I'm sure was a hassle for them but we really appreciated it!

The house was a perfect little dream place. The neighborhood was picturesque of a beach town, walking distance to Duval St. and neighborhood restaurants and bars. They provided coffee and cold water throughout the day which was nice when sitting on the patio. The only draw back was the construction next door, woke you up early in the morning. Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay.

VERY NOISY AND NOT COSY AT ALL due to house being build next door. Breakfast was uber basic and essentially just plastic wrapped bagels and cakes. Rooms were fine but again it was impossible to stay there between 7am and 4pm. So be aware of the noise!! Furthermore we paid over 300usd for a room per night which is imo out of this world expensive for a very basic b&b. Only good thing is that we got free bikes from the sweet staff as an apology for the extreme noise. We were told that the noise is expected to stop in July but let’s see.. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

We stayed for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was wonderful. The location was great, close enough to everything but without the additional crowd from Duval. The room was spotless and super cute. Only one observation, the water pressure in our room was bad. Overall, exceptionally good!

When we arrived Stephen gave us a warm and enthusiastic welcome. He gave us a couple of waters and then proceeded to orient us with a map of Key West. Turns out the hotel was in a perfect position so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was clean and comfortable, and included a mini fridge. The shower was hot and there were big fluffy towels to dry off. Each morning the hotel provided a free breakfast in a beautiful courtyard. The breakfast had everything you could want except bacon and eggs :). The staff continuously asked us if there was anything we needed. They were extremely friendly and courteous.

They would not answer phone for Expedia, charged me full price when everything got canceled for the Microsoft global problem all flights were canceled to Florida keys from San Diego, they would not get back to me when I left a message. Charged me full price no exceptions, even though I wasn’t able to get there due to the Microsoft issue with all the flights. When I finally did get somebody, They were nasty and not understanding of the issue at all , would not change dates ,so I could get there would not give any credit. I understand in different circumstances if I tried to cancel, but I couldn’t get there because all flights were canceled from San Diego.

This is sooo cute, clean and convenient. Was able to bike to Mallory square at sunset. Then able to hit Duvall Street on the way home. Manager is so nice and incredibly helpful. Definitely will stay here again

The place appeared very nice but had bed bugs. Yes bed bugs. We saw small brown bugs crawling on the sheets after we got into bed. After close examination we saw them on the boxspring and curtains. The bed was loaded no way the cleaning staff didnt see the bugs. Phoned the night clerk and was told they were out of rooms. When asked if they would find us a room at 2am they said no. Our stay was ruined we packed our travel bags in plastic garbage bags so we could later scan for bugs and to keep strays from investing our car. Instead of immediately refunding our fees hotels.com informed us that it was up to the Grand Guest to release the funds. Luckily they did a day later. Once packed we left Key West for the mainland.

After getting scammed from Airbnb, we booked this place at the last minute for two nights on a weekend and it ended up being the best decision we made our whole trip! Extremely well done property, free parking, no weird resort fees, lots of free things like umbrellas that you can borrow and they have great recommendations for restaurants and local places!!! Super central location to all the things on Duval Street! But the people there are the best and they really truly care and they’re cool!!! Absolutely don’t book anywhere else! These people are awesome. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Cathy was a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us a great introduction to the Guesthouse and showed us where everything was and how to use it. Gave very informative information about Key West. The room was very comfortable and a lot of extras, such as providing beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella and regular umbrella, flashlight, kitchen area and dishes. We will not stay anywhere else when we travel to Key West!

We had a wonderful stay. We interrupted Candis having lunch and she let us check in early and gave us an upgrade. Her lunch recommendations were great. There was a gentleman who worked the next few days and he was also very friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities to do during the day. We had a great stay.

This is my second stay here. It’s a quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast is simple, but satisfying, including bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. The staff is very nice. It’s a 15 minute walk to Duval Street, although we took an Uber on some days for ease. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and hospitable host. Loved being able to rent bikes which made travel around Key West easy. A minor thing but they need better toilet paper! Breakfast was fine but nothing over the top. Coffee was readily available.
