My stay at The Longmont Hotel was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk employee with black hair and a nose ring was arrogant, dismissive, and far from helpful. First impressions matter, and customer service is a critical part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, her attitude made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I believe this employee would benefit from additional customer service training. Someone representing the hotel at the front desk should be professional, courteous, and willing to assist guests. Based on my experience, she did not meet those expectations and should not be the face of The Longmont Hotel upon arrival.

Can't imagine finding a better hotel like this for $150/night. New, clean, nice big fluffy towels and soaps (Ranger Station) . 25 min from Boulder - way cheaper the Boulder hotels during CU back-to-school demand. It would probably be $450+ in Boulder. In walkable downtown Longmont

Desk was a little slow but that’s expected since they are brand new. Great rooms. Nice shower. Great location.
