Hotel is abandoned. Completely shutdown. Yet, hotels.com charged me for the room. I had to scour the area for an available room. Ended up 30 minutes south at a motel/traphouse for the night. Hotel.com sucks.

That hotel was closed & had been for a year. I had reserved a room & they took my money or someone did. We had to find another hotel & it cost me triple. I would like a refund of my $300. And there is a good chance I will not use Hotels. com again since you don’t update your website Darlene Cromer

The hotel was closed. One of the neighbor hotels said it was for construction. Nobody bothered notifying me. I had to go find another hotel.
