The pool was closed, the hot tub looked gross and was also closed. Breakfast was OK but everything done with plastic and Styrofoam. The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The outside of the building seemed neglected and trash, blew in around the doors. For $200 a night I expected more. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Pool and hot tub out of service, staff assured us it would be functioning when checking in. Bed was dented in on one of the sides. Breakfast was not set up , my husband overheard staff saying food for breakfast has not been ordered in weeks the coffee creamer was expired and curdled.

I was disappointed in the state of the facility. I have stayed there but not for several years. The property seemed to have been allowed to deteriorate and the cleanliness was not up to standards. The toilet bowl had fecal residue in it and the shower stall had spots on the floor. The wall behind the baseboard had plainly been flooded and poorly repaired.

The hotel was not clean, staff on their phones not attentive to hotel guests. Hot tub was empty and looked disgusting. Pool was close by the health dept. Rotten bananas on the breakfast counter. Juice machine was just water. Very run down, stains on carpet in lobby.

Very musty smelling throughout building.Hot tub was drained and stained.(closed-thank goodness) Our room was uncomfortably stuffy and musty and the air was set at lowest temp on the highest fan. We had to open the window for fresh and cool air. The ceilings sheetrock needed patching. The towel bar by the sink needed tightening...it would fall down. Quite gross. On a lighter note, the location was walking distance to our venue and their breakfast offered a lot of choices.

We had a single king size bed on the first floor just down from the swimming pool. The hot tub in the room with the pool was not working , had scrap wood around it and mud in bottom of hot tub. In our room the curtains with the pull rods were sheer lace. The heavy curtains on top of that would not even move. The rod they were on had screws in them to keep them from moving and even if they could move the rod channels were not even all the way across the window so anyone could look in the room. Went to front desk to complain and was given a bed sheet and some safety pins to put it up across the opening. Would not even gove me a blanket to use instead of the sheet. Will not stay there again.

The property is pretty basic with limited amenities, but no problem. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not available at the time of my stay. The girl at the front desk when I checked in was efficient, but a bit matter-of-fact. She could have been a bit friendlier. The guy running the desk in the morning and operating the shuttle was gregarious and friendly. He was ready and waiting at the time I requested to be taken to the airport and got me there within minutes. I have two main issues with this property, both in my opinion, ways to make sure you do not overstay your welcome. - There are no drapes! There is a shear of sorts and some curtains that frame the window, but they do not close. Really? Nope, you have to endure the lighting from the parking lot and the noise from the nearby street. I literally slept with a towel over my head. I suspect too, when there is a light on in the room at night, people from outside can see in. Better do your changing in the bathroom. - There is no, "Do Not Disturb" card for the door to let housekeeping know you are sleeping in a bit and to come back later. Oh! The shower curtain only covers 3/4ths of the opening. It seems there may be a fabric shortage affecting this place. For the price and being near the airport, it's not bad, but next time I'll look at one of the other properties in the same area.

This was a disappointing stay for me. The person at the counter was very nice. I paid for queen size bed and ended up with full size. Rooms are outdated. Swimming pool and hot tub closed for no reason. My room was on the second floor. I am disabled and the hotel info said accessible and the bathroom is, but it did not say NO Elevator, so trying to go up 2 flights of steps with no right hip is extremely hard and painful. If you are mobile disabled, please keep this in mind. The breakfast was very minimal compared to other hotels. And I am not trying to be mean, but the manager had her kids eating breakfast as well, so food was limited. This place was not worth the money I paid for a one night stay. I way overpaid.

This is a VERY tired and old Days Inn. It is two stories but there is no elevator. We really booked it for the shuttle from the airport, but when we needed to get to the hotel, no one answered the phone (we had already checked in and dropped off bags and told them we would be needing the shuttle after we dropped off our rental). We called and the phone just rang and rang. I had two small, tired kids with me, so we just ended up taking a cab the 1.5 miles! At one point, another guest was told there weren't any more electronic key cards and the poor front desk clerk had no way to get in touch with management. They also didn't give a good feeling about having the shuttle confirmed for our very early morning flight -- it ended up being fine, but I was incredibly stressed and hardly slept being worried about it. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but it seems like there is only one employee there at any given time, and they are not supported by ownership. The shuttle drivers are the check-in people and it just...doesn't seem like a great system.

The staff guy was rude. Only chair in the room was broken and unsafe and I took it to the desk guy and he was RUDE. Toilet seat was broken and off, trim around the tissue box was off, the right hand safety rail for toilet is loose, handrail in shower also loose. This is an ADA room suppose to be one of the safest rooms in the house and it was a not.

Poor service. Arrived at 2pm on a Sunday and was informed by an employee watching TV in the lobby that check in wasn't allowed until after 3PM. Returned about 5 pm and there was a sign at the desk stating employee had gone to the airport. The same employee that had told me that check in wasn't until 3, said i would have to wait until the other employee returned. When I asked why the employee there couldn't help, she stated it wasn't her job and I should complain to the owner if i wasnt happy. The employee did finally check me in after a few minutes waiting for the return of desk agent from the airport. I still am not sure why the first employee wasn't able to complete check-in process right away.

Hotel was on the low side of average. Was not as clean as previous reviews indicated. The hotel shuttle to the airport was not as advertised. Signed up for an early morning airport drop off and the clerk was asleep in the lobby. Tried to wake her up, but was unsuccessful. Had to take a Lyft.

I had to call 5 times for the airport shuttle and it took one hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to show up. Both coffee pots were empty in am. No hot breakfast items were provided. I scheduled a shuttle for am ride, and they had no record. I nearly missed my flight. Overall terrible experience

The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds comfortable, all to our satisfaction. The breakfast items were depleted early and the pool, sauna and hot tub were closed all to our disappointment. The rates were high due to a state basketball tournament which was unfortunate.

Rarely give negative reviews but here we go. Stayed at the hotel 6/6/25 1. Check in was fast and efficient. No issues. Used the link from my cell phone. 2. Room was a "suite" on line and had no pictures of room on the website. Turned out to be two queens with a "hot tub". Not worth the cost. The bathroom was just big enough to change your mind in it. No bigger. 3. Beds were fine. Best part of the room. 4. Breakfast was already gone by the time we went down stairs (7:30 am). Didn't wait around for the staff to replenish it since they were watching tv. Ate at Taco Bell instead.... 5. Best part of the stay is when we checked out at 8:50 am, a guest was arguing with a staff member about why there wasn't any breakfast out and staff member stated, "breakfast was over at 9:00 am.. The guest then pointed out that it was still 8:50 and she still had ten minutes left. A part of me wanted to stay and watch who was going to win the battle but my wife was embarrassed so off we went. 6. My mistake for booking the room. Better options with comparable costs all over Fargo. Never again.
