The rooms, staff and bar were impeccable and well stocked. The location was a little outside of the main touristy areas so you would need a vehicle to traverse anywhere and the restaurant menu was a little lacking in choice, but there were a multitude of restaurants within a 5 minute cab journey from the hotel.

Too dark throughout hotel. The bathroom door was all glass and didn’t provide any seal for privacy or noise. Far too few electrical outlets (2 in room area, zero in bathroom). No USBs anywhere. No ice machine accessible to guests, so staff had to fetch ice if needed. Toilet brush missing or not provided. Glass sink was stylish but not really practical. Tilted windows work better, and there was no window screen to prevent mosquitoes.
