This is like visiting a Country estate. The staff and service are fantastic. They do have room service and two dining options. The food was to a very high standard. The en-suite bath was great and the towels and amenities were to a five star standard.

Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a special experience and not like many other hotel stays. The staff make it feel like you’ve arrived home. The restoration of the hall is simply first class. Our dinner and breakfast were freshly cooked and full of flavour. We enjoyed the well maintained grounds and were grateful for the EV charger. We can’t wait until we get a chance to return.

What an exquisite surprise to find this hotel on our road trip. As we pulled up to reception, multiple friendly staff came out to welcome us, and before we knew it, they had brought up all our things to the room and parked our car. I believe they upgraded our room which was lovely and comfortable with an incredible ensuite bathroom. All meals were fantastic and service exceptional. The grounds are gorgeous. While I've stayed in grander and more expensive hotels, this will remain our favorite on our five week sojourn in the U.K.

This is a uniquely beautiful property surrounded by incredible grounds. Not near any village which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff was incredible and the dining was fantastic.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at this exceptional property. Simply it is about the staff. From the moment you arrive they make every effort to make you feel at home. Pale delivers a sophisticated experience without being pretentious. Had the pleasure of the fine dining experience on both evenings and the food was simply sublime. The interiors of the building are beautifully restored and decorated and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Will be first of many future visits

Hotel building and grounds are beautiful. The staff very nice cant do enough for you. However the food and drinks are way overpriced I had fish and chips the fish its not home battered like in a pub but like you would buy from Iceland and a few thick cut chips did it justify £45 certainly not.My husband had steak in peppercorn sauce with french fries and ended up with food poisoning (I assume it was the cream in the sauce) again £45. however the manageress removed my husbands meal from our bill which was very kind. our room was lovely but we could not get it warm despite having extra electric heaters put in there. would we stay there NO.

I booked this hotel for my parents as a belated Christmas present. I'd asked Palé Hall if they could make their stay extra special and they'd kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade. My parents had a wonderful time and found the service exceptional. They had the eight course tasting menu and wine pairing which they said was the best food they've had. Would highly recommend! Thank you to Palé Hall for making this a truly memorable experience for them.

Impeccable service here at Palé. Staff can’t do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and that your every need is attended to. Luxury feel throughout and the food is top notch. Our second time here and certainly won’t be our last. A second home in the UK.
