Stay was good. Hotel is a little off the main drag and directly across from the court building, which I did not realize. Staff was friendly. Had some issues with the key cards and entering the building at one time. They did have two free EV charging stations outside parking garage but could not leave car overnight.

Honestly I cant say enough nice things about this place. The staff were very helpful, nice, and always with a personalized hello and a smile. The property was very nice, the rooms were a perfect landing spot, with enough living space for a couple, nice appliances in the room. The breakfast was good. They have a nice little bar, the pool was small but nice. The gym was good. My only complaint about the gym is that they have a Pelton but no user login, and required cycling shoes.

It was so nice having our own kitchette so we could have snacks and drinks handy. The room was plenty spacious enough for our group of 3. Loved the closet storage. We were very happy with the morning breakfast other than it would have been nice to have some coffee flavorings. The pool area was nice, but the water was so cold my husband and son got out immediately after jumping in even though we would have had the pool to ourselves. That was very disappointing. They offered free bottled water which was much appreciated. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the Slugger Museum, restaurants, and downtown. We didn’t use it because it was so hot, but there was a nice outdoor sitting areas and a couple of grills that were available to use. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

There was no handicap overnight parking. The handicap spots were filled, so this was not convenient for my mother. She has severe heart problems, can only walk short distances and requires assistance. The staff was nice and gave us a room directly next to the elevator, but the offsite parking and lack of handicap spaces was a real problem.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. I like the modern look of the suites, they were a good size units, very clean. Its a rather quiet place, despite being located in downtown Louisville. You may hear sirens every now and then. Staff is also very nice and helpful. The only issue is parking. I thought this property had its own parking, but it turned out somebody else owns it and you have to park on a shared, multi - leveled parking right across.

Great hotel from the cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff. Made us feel very welcome. I’m often uncomfortable in hotels and this place was the exception. Safety was also great as you could access room floors without a key. Lots of amenities! Gorgeous pool and workout facility and cute little outdoor grilling area. Only downside was parking. It was confusing on how to park and we ended up paying double for parking (with the hotel and the parking structure) due to lack of communication from the front desk! Would still recommend this hotel for your Louisville stay!

The bar was closed and they couldn’t sell alcohol from their little store at the front desk. There was no place close to eat a decent meal. The breakfast was not very good at all. Our room was dirty and the beds are uncomfortable. The noise from the street below was incredibly loud all night. We didn’t feel safe in the area at all.

Well our tv didn’t wouldn’t and they stated they were not able to fix it. Then the the day of check out I go to use the blow dryer and in the same drawer the blow dryer is in that they provide there was a used condom with sperm inside. I went to the office and of course nobody was around to help me. I paid 150 dollars and I expect better seriously.

Room was very warm, even after changing the thermostat. Gnats were flying around the room each day. Poor patching on ceiling, really need some updating of paint and shower area. Beds very uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned after first night, no-one told us it gets done every other day. This should have been told to us at check-in.

The staff at this property were very nice. Lobby clean and smelled very good. Greeted by staff daily. The rooms were clean and the beds slept comfortably. Drove from Texas and arrived in Kentucky about 3:00 am that Thursday morning . Check in was supposed to be at 3pm that evening but the staff was nice enough to let us check in at 5am instead. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Great view good food great stay

Good hotel in general. Obviously has been updated recently. The staff is fantastic. It's on the outer edge of downtown, so a bit of a walk to anything. The lobby area is good and the bathrooms are nice. The beds are "meh." Biggest issue is between a fair bit of light coming through the door and assorted things in the room giving off light the room gets, at best, semi-dark at night when you are trying to sleep.

Property was nice upgraded hotel. Very nice helpful accommodating staff. The area of Louisville is very dirty, garbage everywhere. Very loud but that’s what to expect in a city but maybe add some type of noise buffering to the windows next renovation. The room was great except the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Would have liked a more comfortable bed for staying there 8 nights.

The hotel and room were very spacious and clean. Loved the kitchenette! There were three issues (1) the windows are not soundproof; however soft earplugs are provided 2) there is no on-site parking, but on the street is available and parking at a garage diagonal to the property is available for a fee (3) the mattress was not comfortable.

Large room with a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher). Clean with furnishings that look pretty new. The breakfast was good (included cooked food, not just cereal). There was a little noise from the street, but that's pretty unavoidable in a city (they do provide free earplugs). The service was great. I called the day before my stay and asked if there was somewhere nearby that I could get distilled water for my CPAP at 9:30pm when my flight would arrive and they obtained the water and put in the room for me. Something that could have been very stressful (especially since my flight came in 4 hours late) was no problem at all because the staff was so helpful.

Everyone was very nice. Check-in was smooth. We appreciated the ease of dealing with parking payments into the room. The trash under the sink was full, there were no trash bags in any trash can (except the full bag of trash under the sink) and the dark blinds didn't work. The chain was broken off and lying on the window.

A very nice room, well appointed with full size fridge, hot plates, cookware etc as well as a great sized bedroom and bathroom. Just ten minutes from the Kentucky conference centre, it was significantly cheaper and better appointed than the alternatives.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean fit our needs. Only negative was the noise from other rooms. First night there were dogs yelping and barking well into the evening. Subsequent nights had noise from the room above, you could hear every footstep and other noises. Rooms need to be sound proofed better.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Towneplace Suites location! The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We thought it was really nice how you could borrow certain cooking utensils from the hotel in case you planned on cooking a meal in your room. There was a dishwasher, hot plate, and full size fridge. The complimentary breakfast already offered a wide range of options, but I enjoyed how the hot food changed daily. The location is a bit outside of the heart of downtown, but we were able to get around easily either by walking or taking the electric scooters readily available nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would likely select this hotel again.

The service was top notch by the staff and the breakfast offering was stellar. The rooms were the perfect size and offered everything. If I'm ever in Louisville again I will no doubt stay here. Amazing hotel at a great price right in the heart of downtown! Just a note - no valet parking, but they have a parking garage that isn't attached to the hotel. It's not a deal breaker, but making you aware.

When checking in Jake was very helpful about things to do in the area, he took the time to tell us about the area & all hotel accommodations. The hotel looked newly renovated, it smelled good. The breakfast in the morning had different options everyday & was very good. The bartender Stephen was very knowledgeable & crafted specific cocktails that made it fun. The hotel was within walking distance of many attractions.

My wife and I had a trip to Louisville to 4th street live planned for our anniversary. Unfortunately our household caught COVID and e we needed to cancel, dealing with the staff and the general manager were extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend not staying here to avoid any potential confrontation if you had any hiccups in your travel plans.

The room was nice once we got checked in. Check in time is 3 pm. Got there to check in and they didnt have any cleaned rooms so had to wait. Went back at 3:30 and got checked in and got our keys to go to the room. Once we got upstairs to the room, they were still in there cleaning it so we had to wait again...however, the bartender..she was amazing!

Everything was great until we came back to the room and found out that our cards weren’t working. Went to the front desk and they gave us new keys. They still didn’t work, so we had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix the door lock. The manager at the time said they’d make it right. When I checked out, they said there wasn’t anything they could do.

I was there for a business trip and it was also my wife’s birthday. I asked one of the receptionist( Jake, AKA Jake from State Farm) at the front counter to help me out with decorating the room as a surprise for my wife. Of course I supplied the decorations, and gave a few specifics instructions. Jake assured me not to worry and that he would take care of it. While my wife and I attended to our business, He decorated the room exactly the way I requested. When we returned hours later, it was a major success, My wife was completely Surprised. That made our trip and stay very memorable! On top of that the room was very neat and clean.

Expedia messed-up this reservation and i will never use Expedia again but the hotel corrected the issue. The hotel was VERY nice. The downtown area doesn't feel that safe but the property and amenities were top notch. I'll book direct with them next time

We stayed here for a concert. What a lovely hotel! The staff was great and room was really nice! The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a "free hotel breakfast"...plenty of good choices with a nice, clean, spacious, area. I would definitely stay here again. Walking to the venue was fine, just under a mile, i think.

I loved being greeted by an amazingly fresh smell as soon as I entered the property. The gentleman at check in was very nice and accomodating and our room was clean and inviting. The breakfast offered was tasty. My only suggestion would be to have the chef cook the bacon more (no one likes half cooked or rubbery bacon). Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone - really enjoyed my stay!

Had a good time in Louisville. The property wasnt too bad but the parking did suck to have to walk to parking garage. The light fixtures in the place sucked. One light switch to control all the lights in the place. Couldnt turn on one light without having to turn on everyone of them. The bathroom toliet paper holder was broken. The shower head needed cleaning. No extra blankets .tv remote didnt work half the time. Staff was nice. Bartender was amazing . Breakfast was nasty.
