Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center

We found this place last minute when the property we booked was not acceptable. The staff was helpful, welcoming, great location, restaurant, amenities.

Due to an “overload”, housekeeping service was not provided for our one night stay. That’s no big deal, but we were not informed until I asked the front desk. They should have told us ahead of time. The remote control for the TV didn’t work and when I called the front desk, they sent a person with a replacement within five minutes, which was very nice.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays so we missed out on that. It appear that them housekeeping was using mattress cover as bed spreads. I thought that strange but I would stay again. I felt safe in the area and the rooms were nice

I was upset at first the bed was lumpy and hard to sleep in and the toilet was impossable to flush. The handle was too hard to use. I was unaware they only clean the rooms every 2 days so was very upset when I didn't have clean towels the next day, however, I was there on business for the hospital next door and so I extended my three day stay to four with the help of Jerri, She was very very polite and helpful and made that transaction perfect. She is a great asset to the company. I really appreciated her efforts.
