We requested early checkin, due to flying in, and getting ready for a concert. We communicated through hotel.com, and the property-on several occasions. We are older- We were left in the lobby over 3 hours, before finally an employee went up to ask the maids if the room was ready. The maids were "no where to be found", he said. The manager never did check on the room or the maids, to see if the room was ready. She walked by us many times, ignoring us. I fell asleep in the lobby once, waiting. Finally the young boy went up and checked and got us into our room. The floors were dark brown, so you couldn't tell they were filthy. We put our sockin feet up onto the yellow vinyl stool, and loads of dirt went onto the footstool, because the floors were so dirty. Hotel nice. Manager needs to be fired, along with the maids . Manager nasty and low quality.
