This hotel was decent enough and did everything I needed - clean, quiet and a basic breakfast included. While it worked fine with the access codes etc, the absence of any staff at all on site was slightly odd and made the whole experience feel a little impersonal. I value having someone to speak to in person if I have questions or need anything.

The room was very clean and modern. The shower is very small and spills water out. There is no parking on the property only street parking. I didn’t love the breakfast, I felt like options were limited.

Feels a little weird to check into a hotel with no front desk, but that’s the way of the world now, I guess. Once I got in and upstairs, everything was fine. Room was nice, though this might be the first hotel room I’ve ever been in that didn’t have a clock radio. Breakfast was adequate but unexceptional. Location is relatively convenient, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Harpa.

Low bar run hotel with no staff aside from the rude/non verbal man who runs the free breakfast. The room is very meager (3 small towels, 3 instant coffees for 3 people for 3 days) no way to request replenishments. Room is very small for a triple rooms, bathroom completely inadequate for 3 people. Many non working lights, very clunky radiator. Room was either freezing or roasting.

Booked a “fully refundable” stay and then one hour later realized we had to cancel. This was 2 weeks before stay and less than one hour after booking hotel would not offer any refund. Hotel suggests we contact Expedia, Expedia says contact hotel. All I know is it was not our fault and we gave hotel an opportunity to make it right but they did not.
