Rather underwhelming. Slow check-in. No upgrades, or mention of our "bid" for one (they sent an email earlier in the week saying offer a price for an upgrade) No water in room. Terrible bed, so bouncy was like sleeping on a trampoline. £20 charge for parking. Spa only available if you booked a slot. Good location for visiting Brooklands museum or Mercedes Benz world, but if you're not then there are better hotels in the area.

Very slow bar service, not enough restaurant availability for hotel guests - we had to find a table at a different restaurant. Desk in the room was broken (drawer front hanging off). Parking very expensive at £14 per night. Better value accommodation available nearby for the price

2 x days out of the 3 day stay, they forgot to clean our room and we had to call reception and make a request for cleaners at midnight. They charge an extra £14 per day for parking, when booking your stay through hotels.com, whilst parking is free if you book your room directly with the hotel !! I guess this is a loophole they have to recover the fees they pay hotels.com. Carpets in the room are old and feel dirty.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. However, the spa wasn’t what I expected. For the price of the room and the amount we spent for a three-night stay, I felt that access to the spa should have been complimentary. It was a bit disappointing considering the overall cost and it wasn’t that great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. At bit disappointed that when I used my hotels.com voucher it only gave me the option for room whereas if I had booked with Brooklands Hotel directly I could have booked a package. I therefore had to book for two to use the SPA which was the whole point of me booking. The SPA was very busy and I personally felt they let too many people in at once. We booked from 4-7pm but only managed to get into the hot tub at 6.30pm. There are signs saying do not stay for longer than 20 minutes but I'm sure people stayed longer. Maybe they need to introduce a booking system for the hot tub. Great stay but I feel the SPA should be automatically included and not have to be booked seperately! Staff very attentive and professional.

Stayed here before only as it is convenient to relatives. Very modern hotel hasn’t changed in the past 3 years on first visit. The deluxe room is spacious and modern but is a basic room. No extras. Shower gel , soap etc and in containers. Fluffy towels. No facecloths. 2x bottle of water in fridge. Room is cleaned every 2 days only. Some staff are unfriendly and some are really smiley. Depends who you see. Buffet breakfast which is standard. Lovely crossiants. We stayed 2 nights which is not on the cheap side for what you get. No other hotels in the area near here so they do have the monopoly of being able charge more. Be careful if you come back later in the evening as the gps if you use it can send you to WELLINGTON WAY WHICH IS A GATED LOCKED ROAD . We were struggling on how to get back to the hotel at 10.30pm. Phoned the hotel who gave us a different postcode for the gps. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay at a price. May look elsewhere in the future.

Parking was £14 per night. 3 guests but only enough cups and supples for 2 but was quickly rectified. Floor on terrace worn and peeling so was difficult not to walk the peeling paint into the room.

Hotel was not clean and staff were not friendly, also charged me £28 for parking for to days when arrived. Spa was £40 each even tho we had paid a high price for the room already. Room wasn’t cleaned while there and when we arrived our room had dust everywhere. I would not recommend staying here, plenty of nicer places to stay for cheaper.

Arrived at Brooklands hotel there is one receptionist, on the telephone ignoring customers. If reception is busy I would expect two staff on reception. Car parking is not included in price that’s an extra charge, £14 which I would expect in a busy city centre but not an area with next to no public transport and plenty of land for parking. We arrived a bit earlier as the local roads were clearer than expected, I asked if we could check a little earlier 1.5 hrs if our room is ready, I was told your room is ready but we will be adding an extra charge of £15 if you want to get in early. Now I understand the concept of a charge for prebook early check in as housekeeping staff need to rescheduled etc but if your room is ready why add a charge. What happened to good old customer service? Brooklands need to understand they are in the hospitality industry. The room it’s self was a let down our view should have been on the track we got trees in the way it definitely wasn’t as per what the pictures on line indicated Tea and coffee making in the room, there was one cappuccino one hot chocolate there was two guests in our room so if both wanted a hot chocolate or the cappuccino one was unable. It just felt like penny pinching, the room was clean and decor was nice the bed was comfortable but over all the hotel is a let down I refused to use any other facilities after my awful reception experience. I would not recommend staying here stay in a better local hotel

We stayed in a family room, they are enormous - great to have a second double bed and not a sofa bed. Also proximity to Thorpe Park was handy… Highly recommended!

When we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that was different from what we had booked. I believe this was due to a technical issue rather than human error. After a short while, the hotel resolved the issue and upgraded us to a stunning suite. The lady at the front desk, who I believe was called Niina or something similar, was fantastic and very helpful. This hotel quickly became one of my favorite places to stay, and I have stayed in many hotels. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant with high-quality food. The breakfast had a wide selection of fresh items, unlike other buffet breakfasts where the food can be dried out. The staff were friendly, and the setting was brilliant, overlooking the track. A bonus was the Mercedes village and Brooklands Museum next door, which both offered plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. Overall, we had a fantastic day and highly recommend this hotel.

Great first impressions and service from Nina who checked us in. The room and view were 10/10 - so spacious and lovely and clean with a special little touch for our anniversary which was very much appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located with Mercedes-Benz World and Brooklands Museum just along the road and we also visited Garsons and Smith & Western which are both close by. The staff in the 1907 Restaurant this morning (29/09) were also great and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again!

Very welcoming and great service. Staff all very professional and nothing too much trouble. So well placed to get to London with buses straight to train station right outside. For us a big bonus they take cash. Helps with budgeting. Lots to do on the doorstep too. Would recommend.

The hotel was really lovely and very convenient for Mercedes World and the Brooklands museum. I had a trackside bedroom which was brilliant for a Motorsport fan. It would have been nice to have biscuits in the room with the tea/coffee facilities,but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay . The shower was very powerful and great! I would definitely stay again!

Met and exceeded expectations. Easy check-in, lovely big room, very quiet. Comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Tea and coffee. Nice bar / restaurant, great choice for breakfast. Didn’t use spa so can’t comment on that.

The room was a good size, modern and clean. Hotel is in a decent location, relevant to shops and restaurants etc. Comfy bed with a good shower, so ticks the main boxes for me. Is good fun having the race Mercedes test track out the front as well. Unfortunately the food here was a massive let down though, extortionately priced, and the burger I had was cold, bland and soggy with a charcoal bun. Found the staff to be a bit disorganised as well. Thought having to pay to park is a bit cheeky when the hotel has it's own car park which is not exactly in the middle of town. Not sure if I would return to be honest, now I know there is a Premier Inn up the road.

Excellent hotel right next door to Mercedes World . Every member of staff were friendly and helpful . Restaurant was a bit pricey but breakfast was very good . Was impressed with the gluten free station outside of the main breakfast food area . Good selection of food , well cooked and presented . Room was spacious and clean . Very comfortable apart from being very warm but well inpressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Mercedes World

First time stay at this hotel, definitely would like to stay again sometime soon. Everything done to a high standard, room was great and very spacious with clean and modern bathrooms. Food was very good although a little pricey for some items.

Enjoying the stay BUT at dinner the starter plates was being picked up as main meal was delivered . Not good The waitress ( on table ) was wonderful in sorting out the issues Also the obsession telling people how long they have the table for is not inviting and would put some off returning . Breakfast was the same but I highlite the service of the staff
