The Signature Suites

We stayed there this past weekend and it wasn't bad their AC went out and our room was literally 80 degrees and they did nothing to help with that. Only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast But allowing your guests to stay in 80 degree rooms is not ok

When I showed up there was an issue with the booking saying I didn't pay but I did and had a receipt. Still made me wait 45 mins calling hotels.com to clear it up. The A/c was broken im my room but at that point I was so tired I just went to bed. It was 78 degrees all night. In the morning there was water pouring from the shower light fixture. The hotel looks really nice and is very cool atmosphere. I feel if I had stayed longer these issues would have been solved but this was an one night stay after landing from the airport at 12 am so I can rest be for driving home 3 hours away. It didnt do the trick. I specifically picked a more expensive place (140 after tax) to not have these type of issues.

We arrived and there was only one clerk working. There was a line of people trying to check in. They had no manager on staff all weekend. The entire building had no air conditioner. The staff didn’t notify anyone prior to check in about the AC issue. When asked about an ETA to fix it the staff was rude and stand offish. They said if we had a problem we could call a number but there would be no refunds and no information about fixing the AC. It was 108 degrees outside and the rooms were 85 degrees. She offered a fan but said only one because the power would go out in the room. Around 11 the front office staff stated that the AC was fixed and the rooms would start cooling in an hour. We spent all night sweating in the rooms. In the morning the front office staff, which were different than the night before said they didn’t understand why we were lied to about the AC and that if we wanted we could call a number to get help. Ridiculous, to think people would spend so much money on a room and sleep under those conditions. My children, my husband and I were exhausted. This was the most horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

El hotel cuenta con instalaciones antiguas, pero bien cuidadas, y el personal en general es atento\. El desayuno también fue bueno, destacando especialmente el personal del desayuno, que fue de lo mejor en amabilidad y servicio\. Sin embargo, la experiencia se vio muy afectada por la falta de atención para resolver los problemas durante nuestra estancia\. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tampoco había agua caliente\. Lo peor fue que, a pesar de reportarlo, nadie pudo darnos una solución ni mostraron interés en resolver la situación\. Mucho menos recibimos una disculpa por las molestias ocasionadas\. Es una lástima, porque el hotel tiene aspectos positivos, pero una buena atención al cliente también implica hacerse responsable y buscar soluciones cuando algo no funciona\.
