Great hotel.i beleive this is an older one and could use some updates. That does not take away from the fact that it is well maintained, clean with exceptional servicel Spread and variety is great for all 3 meals. We felt no need to explore outside dining options unless there is a craving for street food.. it is safe and accessible for UBER etc. All in all great option if you want to be closer to the airport.

The hotel is very big, with a nice pool. The rooms are good. The cleaning of the rooms was especially the bathroom was not good. We had 2 rooms and the toilets were dirty, that my so had to clean it before using it. The food in the restaurant did't live up to the expectations. Very long waiting time when you order something. The breakfast is just the same. Besides that, the service is terrible. I ordered a Coffee that never came. There are more supervisors then waiters. In this hotel, as a guest, it feels like youre just a number. I think its also al business type hotel. At our last breakfast we complained to a supervisor about the service and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. If i had thought about on time i would have made pictures and shared it. As a Marriott hotel there is a lot of catching up to do. We had another courtyard by Marriott in madurai and that was fantastic in aspect.

The room was indeed spotless. Sachin and Asif from Concierge desk were a tremendous help during our stay. Prathamesh and Tejas from Momo Cafe provided service that was certainly beyond what was required of them. Overall we had a very satisfying stay at the hotel and the extra efforts of those mentioned as well as others was simply amazing!

Good.... But they shpuld change from carpet rooms to more cleaner options of hardwood or vinyl. Also bathrooms need to be more clean, as one can see molds in the bathroom. Toilet flush needs to ne better

Worst experience in a Hotel I ever had in my life. Rooms were so dirty and smelling so bad. My first night, the toilet sink got blocked. The next morning, they move us to another room which was smelling so bad. Badder than the first room. It seemed like someone pissed everywhere in the washrooms and bed. I woke up with red rashes on my back. Our reservation was for 3 nights but we check-out after the 2nd night. We asked for a refund and they said we would get in 24 hours but never got it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed only for 1 night, - room was super clean & spacious. - staff were friendly but professional. My flight landed early AM & had requested an early checkin. They finally arranged one after I arrived and waited for 20-30mins in the lobby, but did charge me extra.

They at first said that the construction is only on the 8th floor, thus the 1st floor which they gave to me was said to be the best one. However on the first night I heard a loud construction noice at 3 AM which woke me up and ruined the rest of the day. When I asked to shift to another room, the receptionist keeps telling me that there is no other room and that the 1st floor is the best one. If they shift me it would be next to an evevator which will be noisy. I trusted them until the last night of my stay, there was a reek of paint or gasoline on the 1st floor and I just could not breathe. Right after I made a fuss in then they showed me 3rd and 4th floor which was quiet and was really nice. I was really upset with the whole service they gave me. This was my second time staying there and I don't think I'll ever comeback. I am really disappointed.

Check in was very smooth and efficient, and had a early check in which was very convenient. All the staff memebers were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Prathamesh. He was very helpfully and courteous. Would recommend.

Service was lacking and when complained they said they were understaffed which was a unbelievable excuse. I was dragging two heavy bags from through the lobby on my way to the airport and the staff was watching me do that but did not bother to help and that too after calling the front desk to have someone get my bags and not getting any response for 45 minutes.

The staff at the reception desk and very courteous and professional. But they take a long time with each guest making the wait extremely long. I asked for help with baggage from the room during checkout. Waited 30 min and then took it all by myself.

The check-in staff were rude and mislead us on room availability after taking payment. Everything after the check-in process was pleasant but we were put off enough by the initial impressions set by the check-in staff to unfortunately not use this hotel again.

Brilliant care and hotel staff is helpful and dedicated to an excellent experience. Have returned to this hotel many years and will continue to do so. Andheri East is in development mode so the hotel surroundings are under continuous construction.

I stayed at the courtyard Marriott whilst on business for 4 days. All the staff have been so well trained from the receptionists to the cleaners. Most impressive were the front of house team and the chefs at the Momo cafe. The food was really good and in particular chef Tej, chef Neha, Amisha and Hardik went over and above to make you feel very welcome and at home.

Was expecting much more from the Marriot! I’m a well seasoned traveller and don’t over expect but: 1. The place needs an update and overhaul 2. We waited on 3 seperate occassions for food to arrive and eventually gave up. Sad to say they were providing food for elderly, nearly 90 year olds! 3. The food was a little disappointing - it just lacked the taste that you would expect - Novotel, Pullman, Aloft were so much better in comparison. Sorry Marriot - you need to raise the standard!
