I had one of the most terrible experiences at my first day out of 7 in this hotel. The staff work very unprofessional, very old fashion computers which delay the service a lot, so you need patience (a lot). There’s no air condition in the lobby, restaurant or anywhere else besides some rooms, and when it’s 40 degrees outside, you do notice. I didn’t get a room with a functioning air-condition. I had to complain a whole day over this and yell before they offered me another room at night. I had to pack all my stuff and repack which took me a couple of hours. The breakfast is so boring cause it’s almost the same you get everyday. There were insects at the coffee machine one day, so disgusting that I couldn’t drink my coffee. No electric kettle at our rooms so one could enjoy coffee or tea at the evenings - so all in all, such a BAD experience and a very lousy service. Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Bel hôtel avec une belle piscine juste les équipements des chambres qui sont un peux viello Clim pas très forte et leur système d’ouverture des porte des chambres souvent en panne sinon personnel très sympathique font tous pour vous aidez attention éloigné du centre ville il faut prendre un taxi
