The pool is the best we’ve had at a hotel. Perfect temperature, really cool fountain and the spa is perfect temp as well not too hot. Very clean looking too

We have stayed at SpringHill in Wenatchee, WA, several times while visiting family there. We are most appreciative of the warmth and friendliness of the staff as well as the amenities offered there, especially the pool and good breakfasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well-designed.

The staff was absolutely welcoming. The hotel property was well kept and safe feeling. The pool hours are nice especially with an adult only hours.

Manager's Taco Party - free chicken tacos, complimentary pop followed by freshly baked cookies. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. New, well maintained property. Two bathrooms in our double queen room! Overall excellent value.

Location was great! Free manager's reception with wine is perfect. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Only issue was the chlorine was way too much in the pool

The property was clean and well-maintained, but parking was somewhat limited. When the hotel is at near capacity you may have to park in overflow parking next door at a car wash.

This was our first trip/stay and it was very nice. Everyone was Pleasant and helpful. The only issues we had that really are not at fault of the hotel was the chlorine was overkill for the pool to where several in our party (we had 4 rooms reserved) could not partake all weekend. You could smell it out by the elevators and it was burning our eyes horribly. The only other issue was the chaos trying to get breakfast. I get it, it was their busiest time of year but they ran out main items, like sausage.. so it would be helpful to have someone managing the area so people aren’t taking advantage and or making sure they are providing enough for their guests who have paid for said complimentary breakfast. Hands were everywhere, including children who were not being supervised AT ALL. Our room was great and there was everything you needed within walking distance.

Very enjoyable staff and location is great. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and workout facilities. Our room is wonderful as well… however, I think it would be beneficial to have carpets and curtains along with upholstery deep cleaned on a regular basis. There are areas that are very gross on the floor, curtains and upholstery that I don’t want to touch.

The property was very clean, the room was great, we faced the main road and it was still fairly quiet. The staff and the services provided were excellent.

There was an employee staring at two young teens swimming for at least 10 minutes. He was peeping at them through a window looking into the pool room, and whenever he thought he was spotted, he would hide just out of sight and stare again. He proceeded to enter the pool room and pretended to fix the handicap chair lift… then left the room after the boys stopped playing in the pool. It was extremely disturbing and I kept my kids close to me with him around. The hotel is pretty dirty. The couch in the room was stained to heck and sagging, the shower had pubic hair in it, the mirrors were scratched, the carpets old and stained and sticky. The rest of the furniture was chipped and old. The hotel is overpriced and again, dirty. The pool creeping staff member weirded me out. I don’t plan on staying here again.

Really clean and safe

Our room was filthy. Stains, food, urine and hair on toilet. Had to change to 3 different rooms to get a hopefully clean room. Staff was unapologetic, only thing they did do was take pictures of the filth.

Dirty carpets and dirty sofas, rooms and hallways stinks. Layout of each room is B.S. toilet is in front of bed with sliding door. Bad breakfast service. Staff were friendly but Overall it’s a 2 star hotel.

We stayed overnight while in town for a wedding. I'm really picky about cleanliness and the things I didn't like are hair in the bathroom, and pink mold in the shower. Other than that the property seemed updated and well cared for. We were there on a busy weekend, so when we went down to the breakfast bar, the staff was trying their best to keep up, but it was messy and they just couldn't. The trash was overflowing and the floor was super dirty. Like when you drop something sticky and dirt sticks on it. The beds, pillows and linens were comfy. I'd probably attempt to try another hotel in town if I needed to stay again. This one is right off the main road which is convenient, but it was literally packed.

Overall, satisfied with our 1 night stay for a family of 4. Spacious room, good Queen sized beds & the sofa bed was a queen as well. Renovations nice. It was convenient that the bathtub was separate from the toilet & both had sinks. Complementary welcome cookies every evening in the lobby a nice touch.

Probably wouldn't stay here again. Staff was great. Hotel was clean but the bathroom wasn't private at all. You could literally see inside the bathroom from the outside wit with the door shut. They had rolling barn doors that were not flush to the wall. That combined with a glass shower door and you could literally see someone showering from outside the bathroom. The reason for this was the room was so narrow that they could't use typical doors that swing or you wouldn't be able to walk through the room. Room was designed to sleep at 6 but there wasn't room for that many people because of the poor layout. Made for a very frustrating stay for my family.

This has been my go-to hotel for some time when I'm in Wenatchee for events. I like the layout of the rooms and appreciate their comfort.

Shower door did not work properly. Lots of noise from above all night.

The sofa was ripped in several places and very worn.

1) Asked ahead of time if late check-out was available. I was told no. I confirmed I was OK with paying a fee, but hoping for a checkout around 1p if possible due to our plans. I was told "our late check out availability is reserved for Gold Elite and above Marriott members only. I apologize we could not accommodate your request." 2) Upon arrival, saw several people standing around waiting. The two people (one I confirmed later was a manager) working declined to greet us or let us know what was happening. Apparently their system was down and they couldn't check anyone in. I found this out by asking the other people standing around. Despite my attempts to make eye contact with the two employees, I was completely ignored for at least 20 minutes. When we finally were addressed and checked into our room, there was no apology for the wait or lack of greeting. 3) One of the beds had this bright yellow stain on both the fitted and flat sheet. Surely housekeeping noticed this when they made the bed? We didn't see it until we pulled the comforter down and then the first thing we did was smell it. It was a dry stain - so had been washed and then put on the bed like this! We asked about it at the front desk to make sure they knew it was already there. The woman said she'd be happy to "take care" of us but sadly could not because we weren't Marriott members! I'm sorry, what? 4) Last straw was leaving. I was on a work call right until our check out time and the WIFI TURNED OFF at noon

Excellent love it. The rooms were very clean. Very good customer service David on the front desk. He was very nice and help us a lot. I really recommend this place 100%.

They messed up our reservation for a family birthday vacation. Provided us with a wrong room with not enough beds and stuff said that there'll nothing that they can do on their end. Ruined our trip.

Dave and Aiden at the front desk were all smiles as I walked in...Dave efficiently checked me in....and both of them were very emphatic because of my foot injury....I bought a bottle of water and found out that they credited it ...such exemplary customer service! The jacuzzi was hot and relaxing...my room was super clean and had a nice view of the mountains...this is my go to place whenever I am visiting Wenatchee....keep up the good work!

Excellent service, the place is very clean, very large, and has plenty of space. I really recommend it. It's a very safe, very clean place, and the managers are very friendly. I will recommend it to others. Excellent service

Worse Management, I stayed here every year for slide water park. I will never stay here again. Management don’t have common sense of customer service. I understand why the hotel is understaff.

I’d like to start off by saying the price is good, room was pretty clean, staff was nice too. The cons, when booking it says 24/7 front desk. I get no one will sit up there 24/7 but I went downstairs to buy some snacks and had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to check me out and had to stand in the middle to make eye contact with someone who was sitting in the back room. Should I just walk off with the drinks next time…? #2, it stated dinner would be available, we called the day before and were told it’d be available. Come the day of and are told dinner isn’t available?? #3 short on towels, I understand short on staff but then maybe stop booking it to FULL CAPACITY when you’re limited on staff?

Fast, friendly check in with notice of room being ready. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. The Manager's dinners and cookies are a great extra.and the breakfast was good.

This will be my to go when in town. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to everything.

Great alternate option compared to hotels in Leavenworth area when visiting for Christmas lights. Wonder place to stay with amenities and breakfast available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if visiting this area

Loves the room layout, and the separate toilet room. Night time cookies were a bonus! Very friendly staff. The street noise was very loud at night, like drag racing both nights. The pull out couch bed was rock hard and had dried rice and popcorn kernals in it when opened...we ended up not using it as a bed, and thats the reason we got the 3 bed option room... so that was not ideal since it cost more than a 2 queen room.

We stayed here during Christmas to go to Leavenwoth town and it was an amazing choice. The room was clean and service was amazing. They have a lot of option for free breakfast. The swimming pool and hot tub are a great plus. There are a bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you straight to Levenworth so you dont have to woreh about parking . I cant recommend this hotel enough. I will certainly come back again.

Great stay, good swimming pool. It gets crowded in the breakfast area, hard to find seats. Nice and clean rooms.

The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I recommend staying at the Spring Hill to anyone visiting Wenatchee.

The room was very nice but the ac wasn’t working properly so they moved us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is not set up well. It’s in a cramped area with terrible traffic flow, the food and selection wasn’t great, and the staff couldn’t keep up.

Everything was modern and clean. I like that it had a full breakfast. It even had toppings for the eggs and other breakfast options. The staff was really friendly.
