Our stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, helpfulness of staff and facilities could not be faulted. The pool, beach, spa and gym facilities was always kept in perfect condition and were the highlights of our stay. We were looking for resort with tennis court, so pullman became our choice during our trip. Swimming pool was large enough with calm beach side with enough sun bed. I enjoyed dry and wet sauna located in spa. Staffs were kind and breakfast was good enough. Was free yoga class but too early for me. So couldn't join. Would be great to reconsider yoga class time from 6am to 7am...During holiday, waking up before 6am is too much.... Tennis court was well managed, so we enjoyed our stay!

Wanted a glass of wine in the bar, but it closed at 10 pm. They use trolleys when they have room service, and with tiles in the hallway, metal wagons with hard wheels.... well, you will for sure wake up when that trolley passes your room door. The hotel is nice and service is friendly.

Our room was modern, spacious, and absolutely great. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options, there was even Tequila! The resort itself was beautiful and set in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return, but in the dry season next time :-)

We were put into a room with a road out side were the traffic noise started at 5am (shortened sleep) and the building has little sound proofing so the noise from the shower in adjacent rooms is loud enough to wake you. When we pointed out the problem to staff the only response we got initially was 'sorry' .... After two sleep interrupted nights they moved us to a room higher up on the 4th floor where we had a queen mattress on a king wooden base so it was easy to knock our shins getting in and out of bed. The manager took pity and offered us a complimentary cocktail and when we went to pay our bill after 6 sleep interrupted night the checkout staff decided to argue with us about the complimentary drinks and would not take them off the bill. Our airport ride turned up so we left. Emails back amd forth about the bill now. Most unsatisfactory.

Staff are not helpful at all. I usually stay at the Vin Pearl which is wonderful but decided to try something new. BIG mistake. I had to leave early for a work emergency and staff would not provide a credit or refund. Total waste of money.

Our stay at the Pullmans Da Nang Beach Resort was very good. We enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel from the restaurants, the bars and the pool. There were some problems with a number of the staff who did not speak English, especially at breakfast where it was difficult to order a pot of tea and this happened on most days during our 7 night stay. The bar closed at 10pm and nothing local to go to so it was not good. The room was very nice, our room had a great view of the pools and the beach. Overall a good stay and will probably come back.

アントゥンエリアにも近く、川を渡った市街地にもgrabタクシーで10分以内に着く好立地。その割にホテル敷地内は、喧騒も嘘のように静かです。ビーチも庭園もプールも大変綺麗で、とても過ごしやすいホテルです。朝食ビュッフェは3日間毎日利用しましたが、品数豊富で全く飽きませんでした。スタッフの皆さんのサービスレベルも高いので、とても心地よく過ごせました。ダナンの旅がとても良い旅だと感じることができたのは、こちらのホテルあってこそだと改めて感じます。

2度目の訪問。コテージ利用。悪天候だったが部屋、リビングでゆったりと過ごす事ができ、気温が低めだったのでバスタブも利用できてよかった。外付けのシャワーもリビングも雨風の影響を受けずに利用できるように設計されている！？洗面台は２つあり便利。日本の各TV局見れます。朝食は多彩なメニューが素晴らしい。 Special Vietnamese Macchiatoは是非注文してみて！ホテル前の横断歩道渡った所にスーパーあり。プールサイドに広々シャワールーム、ロッカーがあり、チェックアウト後にもプール利用できます。

ここは朝食の充実度が高く、ベトナム料理、中華お粥、そば、南国フルーツたっぷり、パンも何種類も、アイスクリームまでありました。毎朝楽しみ。そして特筆すべきは帰り飛行機夜便の人にはチェックアウト後もプール、シャワー、エステ内のサウナ、シャワー（ロッカー付き）、無料で使えておまけに冷房きいたウェイティングルームまであります。とても助かりました。チェックアウト時間も基本は12時ですが、交渉したら13時までOKとなりました。次に予約入ってなければもう少しゆっくりでもOKだったのかも。お向かいに広めのKマートあってビールやお菓子や買えてそれも便利です。周辺にレストランがあるにはあるけど、ミーケビーチほど選択肢はない。マッサージ屋はたくさんありました。総合的にスタッフに色々聞けば気持ちよくサービスしてくれるし、良いホテルで満足です。
