The water park is overpriced with only 2 water slides. Slides have height and weight requirement, however these are only visible after you pay to go in. We paid additional £100 for the use of the water park but we could not use it due to the restrictions. The hotel refused to refund us or provide hotel credit. Only the next day they agreed to flex their restrictions and my son was allowed to use the slide. There is no need to pay for the water park The hotel has enough outdoor pools. Overall, the experience was good but we were left with a bad feeling after the issue with the water park. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety to choose from. Japanese toilets in the rooms We stayed at the hotel restaurant for 2 evenings and the food was delicious

5つ星としては少しずつ残念な所が散見される。屋外プールは9時からでナイトプール無し。ゴミが結構浮いてる。屋外プールにタオル置いていない。プールサイドで飲食オーダー出来ない等。折角売りの巨大流れるプールあるのに活かしきれていないのは残念です。今後に期待します。

The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again.

The hotel property is new, clean, and well decorated. Rooms spacious and nicely furnished. We had a Family Room which was perfect for our family of 5. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The waterpark is subpar in terms of amenities offered, and should have a softer ground surface so it doesn't hurt walking on bare feet and in case of falls. The onsen in the waterpark did not feel authentically Japanese. The rooftop infinity pool at the resort was the nicest feature along with two smaller onsen hot tubs with powerful massage jets which our family enjoyed most. The breakfast buffet is edible only because it's included, the overall food quality was rather poor and at a resort premium so we recommend dining in town instead, which was not an easy feat as Mikazuki is about a half hour from Da Nang city center. While we enjoyed our stay overall, we would likely opt for a villa style luxury resort in a similar secluded location on our next visit.

Great place for kids. There is an outdoor water park and and an indoor one with 2 water slides and a wave pool. There are good restaurants. There is nothing within walking distance for eating or to see and it is about 15 mins to the central town. The premium room we had was very spacious. Only down side was the bed which was very hard. We had a room facing the sea and the view was great to look at. There's a bath in the balcony which is cool.

We had a very comfortable stay at Da Nang Mikazuki. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and overall everything met our expectations for a resort of this level. The room was spacious, the amenities were solid, and the facilities—especially the water park and onsen areas—were definitely a highlight. The only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is the service. While it was good and the staff were polite, it felt only slightly better than what I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels in Vietnam. A little more attentiveness and warmth from the team would elevate the experience even further. Still, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy Da Nang, and I may consider coming back.

Our room is very far from the main hotel and it was next to the horse stable so sometimes you can pick up a bit of uncomfortable smell if wind happens to bring them to your direction. The bed was so big and very comfortable. Our drivers were very friendly. I was thankful for cold towels that they prepared when we returned to the car. The staff in the lobby were very friendly and informative. It was a very nice stay.

워터파크와 키즈룸이 딸려있어서 적어도 리조트 내에서 놀거리는 충분함. 조식은 2% 아쉽지만 그럭저럭. 방에 자쿠지가 있는건 좋았고 시내까지 택시로 20분 거리라는것도 괜찮았음. 매일 시내 나가서 마사지 받고 옴. 옥상에 인피니티 풀도 괜찮았고 침구 청결도도 괜찮았음. 다낭을 또 온다면 애들이 10살을 넘기 전에 또 와보고 싶음

Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrive I was taken excellent care of by my personal hostess Ms Ánh Hoa. She checked me in then took me to the room to show me all the features. She was the best hostess I have experienced in many years. Every day she made sure all our expectations were taken care, the room was cleaned and the turn down services was performed. She checked on me regularly to see if I needed any arrangements, reservations or help with anything. The resort pools and Onsen were great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and every meal we had at the resort was great. Roof top pool and bar were always refreshing and the water park was enjoyable. One of the best holidays I have had in a while. I will return again to Mikazuki Resort and will ask for Ms Hoa to be our hostess again. She really made our time there most enjoyable.

Food options at Mikazuki are worse than almost any hotel we've been to across the world, but nothing is as bad, anywhere, as Nami Beach Club across the street. Our last two stays we attempted to order food and drinks here and both times an hour has gone by and we simply had to get up and leave without ever being served. This, with 5 customers and 20 employees. The service at Nami borders on purposely bad. Lazy as best. To apologize the hotel game me a membership card to their rewards club...which i already had.

We booked with 2 kids, I am quite certain we put in the ages but on our reservation information, I can't see the ages. The front desk of the hotel made us feel quite bad on check in and openly blamed us for having the kids ages not listed properly and felt like an accusation of trying to defraud them. At one point we were told the check in was ok and they would contact Expedia to find out and let us know by 6 pm. 5 minutes later we were told the same accusatory thing and berated in front of other guests. I lost my patience after I asked why 6 pm had been changed and she explained it was my fault. I asked is she could contact Expedia but was told directly "IT"S NOT MY PROBLEM and YOU NEED TO CHECK". Our check in was an utter failure of politeness and hospitality. I have owned and manged 3 medium size hotels in my career and never had a staff be so aggressive with a client checking in with 2 small children. I opted to settle the matter quickly with a payment of 500,000 VND. Upon reading the hotel policy, it does not say anything about children ages and additional fees.

チェックイン、チェックアウト時の待ち時間が凄く長い。スイートて1泊7万円～8万円だったので、格安ではあるが、チェックイン、チェックアウトの際に普通に並ばないといけないのが苦痛だった。優遇が欲しい。フロントスタッフ不足なのか、チェックイン、チェックアウトの時間帯にフロントに人が溢れており座れもしない。改善が必要に感じる。

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. All the restaurants were amazing with wonderful staff and extensive menu for adults and children. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, waterpark, restaurant and spacious and clean room. We would highly recommend this resort. 5/5

We just spent a week at Mikazuki, and it was such a fun and memorable stay! Here’s a quick rundown of our experience: Location The hotel is about 30mins (11km) taxi ride from the city, and there aren't many places to eat or explore nearby. We ended up heading into town every evening for dinner, night markets, and massages. They have Grab services which is similar to Uber and one way trip to the night market would cost around $170,000 D Room We stayed in a villa about 70 meters from the main hotel building. The area is surrounded by trees, so you might see some geckos and bugs around the building. We did run into a few minor issues, like the air conditioning not being strong enough and there was some water leaking in the showers. We reported these to the hotel, and they were quick to fix them - cleaning the aircon filter and replacing the showers seals. The villa opened before the main hotel building which was in operation in June 2022, so we didn’t mind The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. They were kind enough to allow us 2pm as our flight was scheduled at 4.35pm. The housekeeping team even left us a lovely thank-you note along with some special bed arrangements for the minor issues we faced during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re already planning to return next year. If you're looking for a family-friendly holiday in Da Nang, this is definitely the resort you want to check out!

With plenty of restaurants to choose from, everything you need is right within the hotel. お部屋は綺麗で使用しやすく最高でした。プールは色々あり飽きませんが水が冷たかったので長くは入れませんでした。空いていて遊びやすかったです。部屋内へのフード持ち込み不可なのでグラブでテイクアウトはできなかったので、ホテル内で食べる必要があるので、値段は高いと思います。ホテルのレストランはおいしいのですが、オーダーしたものが他のテーブルに先にいってしまい結構待ちました。聞いたので謝罪はありましたが、特にサービスはありませんでした。朝食は混んでいて、離れたところに座りましたが、残飯の匂いが充満していてあまりいい気分で食べられませんでした。

The waterpark and amenities on site were great for our family. The one down side is it is about 20minutes from the city and most cheap eats. While they do have great restaurants on site they are quite pricey for Vietnam standards. You can not being in outside food either so grab is not an option. We did have a few cleanliness hiccups on arrival but the team were lovely about it and promptly assisted.

Food was bad, the blue restaurant was more expensive than local restaurants but tastes horrible. Breakfast was $30 for a family of 4 but not many good options either. Spa was expensive too but it didn’t feel as good as locals. Far away from everything so had to pay for travel. Place is clean though, bidets are nice, they have carts to drive u around.

清掃が行き届いていて安心できます。毎日タイガービールとペプシ、水がフリーで補充されるのが嬉しい。ウォーターパークのスライダーは並ばずにすぐ乗れますし、水着で入れる温泉もあります。ホテル内のレストランも美味しいので市内に出なくても十分楽しめもす。ゆっくりしたい家族連れに向いています。

3박 했습니다. 모든게 만족 스러웠으나, 다만 전체적인 F&B는 개선 필요해 보입니다. 음식의 재료 상태, 음식 수준, 맛 전부 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 특히, 호텔내의 식당들의 음식 수준은 가격에 비해 턱없이 부족합니다. 일본 흉내 내는것은 애교로 봐준다고 하지만, 식재료자체의 퀄러티가 떨어지는건 개선을 해야 겠죠? 암튼 초등생 이하 애들이 있는 가족은 재밌게 보낼수 있을 것 같습니다. 할게 많아요.

Disappointing and inflexible service I’m very disappointed with my experience at Da Nang Mikazuki Resort. The day after checking in, I asked whether I could check out earlier so I could spend a night in Hoi An. This was still many days before my planned departure, so I gave the resort reasonable notice. I was happy to pay for the nights I had already stayed, but simply wanted to shorten my reservation by one night. I was told that I could leave early, but that there would be no refund or adjustment whatsoever for the unused night. I find this extremely disappointing, particularly for a resort charging the prices that Mikazuki does. I understand having cancellation policies, but refusing any flexibility when a guest makes a reasonable change request well in advance feels unnecessarily rigid and completely out of step with modern hospitality standards. Unfortunately, the food also doesn't justify the premium pricing. I found it quite average, particularly when the local food in Da Nang is considerably more delicious and offers much better value. The buffet breakfast also seemed to contain many of the same dishes as the buffet dinner, which made it feel repetitive. I also paid extra for the lobster, only to find that it was overcooked. Food and drinks inside the resort are significantly more expensive than what you can find locally, so I would expect a much higher standard of quality to justify those prices.
