The hotel is beautiful and full of charm and character. Service is amazing, friendly accommodating staff. The pool area is beautiful, the pool was very clean and a great temperature. The spa was very professional and massage was great. The Buffet breakfast Rea is really spacious with a variety of hot and cold dishes. Afternoon tea was very cute with drinks and pastries. Overall, a very awesome place to stay. We would come again!

The Sanouva is lovely hotel in a good location within Da Nang. The staff were very attentive however there were a couple of disappointing aspects. The showers in the rooms only reach around 4ft height. Neither my wife nor I could stand up in the shower so had to sit in the bath and and wash.....I did ask if all rooms were the same and they said yes. Also, the gym is not a gym, it's a small cupboard with 2 machines. Aside from that, the rooms were lovely, well cleaned and maintained. Breakfast was good and the rooftop area was nice.

The room was fabulous! It was a suite, with a separate living room, incredibly big bathroom, and closet, and the bed was very, very comfortable! Plenty of places to sit, other than the bed, as well. Also the breakfast offered so many choices, the spa was great, and the pool area was gorgeous! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

Stayed here for 9 night's. Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. G9t sone great perks because we were staying for quiet a few nights. Gym was disappointing. Pool area is on the small side I think there could be more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast and afternoon tea.

I stayed for two days at the Sanouva. It's a well kept property. The staff are very welcoming. My room had a big, comfy king bed. The pillows were a bit firm for my liking, but not enough to bother my sleep. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of both western and Vietnamese items. The pool is rooftop and VERY small, probably less than 30' by 30' in size. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with kids. The gym is more of a check box than functional. It has three pieces of aerobic equipment and a bench with a handful of dumbbells. It could be quite functional if they just put a fan in the room, and offered water and towels. As it is, it's too hot to work out in. I didn't book the hotel for the pool or the gym though, so neither issue was a concern for me. I did use the spa and enjoyed the experience. The massages were good and the ladies at the spa desk were very welcoming. I liked the location as it was about 5-6 short blocks to the river with lots of dining options around. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Overall a beautiful resort. Breakfast buffet was lacking especially compared to the other chain hotels we stayed at, everything is self serve including water or napkins. Water pressure was low or unusable. Either super cold, and then 15 minutes later it was scalding hot. No in between. No drinks by the pool. We checked out earlier 3 days but had already paid and could not receive a refund.

水回りが悪く、初日からお湯が出なく苦労しました。お湯の温度が定まらず、シャワーを浴びていると火傷するほど熱くなったり冷たくなったりで適温に調整ができないです。また、排水も悪いです。その他は居心地が良く、特にスタッフはフレンドリーで非常に親切に対応してもらえました。

The photos on website need update . The washroom door not able to close and was told it’s old so it’s not gliding . We can only squeezed through when using washroom. Water not draining , we were told it’s slow draining. Since they were fully booked so other rooms available . Staffs friendly .

새벽도착이라 주변이 조용하고 이곳 특성상 일방통행이 많아서 돌아가는 느낌도조금 들지만, ㅋ 직원들 친절한데 한화 8만원정도로 더블 침대 2개숙박치곤 괜찮은듯하지만, 룸컨디션이 너무 별로. 청결하지않고, 담배 안된다면서 담배냄새 엄청 나는 방으로 줘서 진짜 별로였구, 침대는 상당히 편했어요 도착하기전에 에어컨을 켜주셨더라면 상당히 서비스가 좋다고 느꼈을법~~~

It’s a nice, beautiful decorated boutique hotel in a local resident area with many local food options. The staffs are super nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffets are great. There should be a few maintenance/ adjustments throughout the hotel. We were not able to use the safe box cause it’s confusing and the our room on the 16th floor is not noise insulated well. Other than that is a great stay.

The room was lovely and we had a nice view of the city and dragon bridge. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We appreciated the replenishment of the free water each day when the room was cleaned. The free breakfast had good variety and we enjoyed the fresh egg/omelet station. We had one opportunity to utilize the rooftop pool in the afternoon and it was a relaxing way to cool down from the heat. It was constructed of all tile though, so need to be careful of your footing so you don't slip. Location was very conveniently located and usually pretty quiet.

Overall good. I had a comfortable stay. It’s not perfect but decent. Great staff, nice design, big room, good water pressure, good AC, good wifi. Bad:Breakfast was consistently over cooked. Some wear and tear with the furniture. Recommend having a motorbike to get around in Da nang in general.

The reception area is really welcoming and promising, so is the little pool on the 17th floor. My daughter and I were fortunate to share the pool by ourselves on the last night and cool down after a busy day. However, due to delays we did not get a taxi service from the airport. I went round twice, checking for our name at the driver's noticeboards. We had to get a taxi ourselves which was easy enough but still not what was promised. The room was spacious and clean; the beds really comfortable but a bit noisy. The view was a partial bay view, but we couldn't see the Dragon Bridge from it as we were facing the other way. We had free vouchers for 30 minutes massage which only one of us could use, due to pre-booked trips etc.

Wonderful stay. Top notch staff from security, greeters, cleaners, front desk, and dining staff. Clean rooms, no issues, free spas, and included breakfast. Could not ask for more. So wonderful, we decided to extend our stay and they were helpful with that as well. The holiday party was a treat. Very courteous and responsive staff. Excellent price for the amenities. Will definately stay on our next visit.

We had really great stay for 4 nights in Sanouva Danang. Manager Huu Duc and staff were extremely helpful. We got free 30min spa vouchers for all the members which had foot reflexology or head, back shoulder massage. Service was really superb for the spa. Wang and Hyuyen did really great job. Ambience and amenities of the hotel are very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel at a great location close to good restaurants and shopping, site seeing and exploring Da Nang…the hotel is close to the beach ( just a short drive). The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable, the staffs are friendly and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing they even have egg station cook to order for you, and there’s daily noodles soup (chicken Pho, clear noodles with chicken broth, mi quan style noodles…was amazing). Highly recommend this hotel for people who come to Da Nang for the first time and the location, food, amenities you get for the price is even better!
