Pool closed had to use the pool in the hotel across the parking lot - same with the laundry. Breakfast was not good at all! Did like the underground parking as it rained while there (which made having to use the next door pool and laundry all that more inconvenient!)

The complimentary shuttle from and to the airport is really so useful. The staff were all friendly (from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers). Would definitely return.

The restaurant sucked. The pool had a film on it and was tiny. Only one elevator worked and only 1 ice machine worked. And you had to walk across the parking lot just to have breakfast.

Rooms were great, shuttle service from airport to hotel was not so great, spent an hour waiting for shuttle after long day of flying. Hotel staff compensated us with a free drink for this delay. Recommend booking pick up from airport if possible as shuttle to airport from hotel was great, able to book and shuttle left on time.

Check in I booked a king bed and when we got here apparently there were none left, not quite sure how that happens. The poolwas not clean, there were piles of sand on the bottom and never cleaned while we stayed and the sides of the pool had dirt on the side that I'm sure has been there awhile. The hot tub was closed the whole time of our stay. It is not super close to any parks so not alot to do without drivine. Resteraunt was good

We have stayed at 4 Points Sheridan Airport in the past, the Divine Spa is excellent but the pool/hot tub/sauna was smaller than expected & the steam room was locked. Rooms always good & plus for underground parking.

When our family was about to go to sleep, we discovered dark patches underneath the bedsheet. To our surprise, when we lifted the bedsheet, it turned out to be dried blood. I called the attendant to change a new bedsheets. He said he is the only one on duty and can only change a new sheets when other staff come to work. It's already 2 o'clock in the morning when he finishes changing the sheets. We complained about this to the manager and requested compensation, but we have not received any response up to this point.

Room was not very clean. 2 hairs were found on towels, toothpaste mark was left on the bathroom floor from previous guests for the duration of my stay even after notifying reception. There was no hot water the first night I stayed there. Of course the hot tub was being « fixed » on the dates of our stay. Overall, for a Sheraton, it did not fit the required standard.

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel overall. The hotel was quiet, with lots of amenities, I would stay here again. However, the cleanliness was lacking. I noticed that there were areas in the shower which looked like shaving stubble in soap scum on the tile.

The room was average but the bed and bedding were terrible. Rock hard mattress and pilled sheets. The restaurant was very mediocre and only served dinner. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

Beds not very comfortable make sure there is no hockey tournaments going on as guests were drinking in hallways and kids playing in and out of hallways elevators. Not sure I would stay there again.

Check in was great. The rooms are pretty dated, and you have to use floor thermostat, not the one on the wall. I am a bonvoy member and travel quite frequently for work, but this is my first time at the four points. I usually stay at one of the other hotels in the same parking lot. I forgot to pack toothpaste in my carry on, and requested a dental kit on the app to my room. After an hour I started a chat with the hotel advising I didn’t need the entire kit, just toothpaste and I can come to the lobby if need be. They said, no, they were just busy with other customers and have it up asap. 45 minutes passed and I got a chat asking if I’ve received it. I said no, not yet, and they marked the service as completed. As it was already 10 pm, I took the loss, and went to bed. Never delivered. I have never had an issue using the chat before for services at other bonvoy hotels. Upon check out I mentioned this, and they offered me the toothpaste on the spot which is redundant as I’m checking out. Will likely not stay here again.

I called front desk several times to request water and some other things, nobody never answered the call. We had to visit reception desk every single time for everything. Overall, except for the front desk, rooms were clean and I had great time. Please pick the damn phone at front, someone might have real problem and couldn’t get visit reception every single time.

I’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel. This visit had to be the worse. Customer service is inconsistent between employees. Some being exceptional (few) and others being horrible. Cleanliness has declined as well. They’re doing cut backs on spending and don’t even offer coffee to guests in lobby in any longer. Daytime staff and management are the worst. Evening staff is superior. This trip was extremely noisy with young kids and teenagers. Hard to sleep. There’s a ton of hotels in the area, choose differently than this one.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere…. Which is fine except when they say free airport shuttle and then tell you you can’t take shuttle because the 4 , 5, and 6 o’clock shuttles are full and we are to take a taxi at our own expense. The young lady was so rude and obnoxious. Thankfully our shuttle driver stepped in and talked to manager for us. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to talk to us. This hotel is very lucky to have a shuttle driver that cares. If it wasn’t for him our stay would have been terrible. That front desk lady ( Fresca) had no people skills and was so out to lunch it was scary and frustrating.

Breakfast was included in our package. The buffet was in disarray when we arrived at 9am, it was after 10am. When we asked the wait staff for refills of the egg and hot water for tea she responded but very rudely. There seemed to be only one waitress looking after the whole dining area as well as the buffet area. Definitely overworked. Hotel should have more staff on hand. The experience was very disappointing.

was very disappointed we arrived at 8.25pm and restaurant had already been closed for about 15 minutes we have stayed here a number of times and was our go to as amenities were always run exceptionally The same lady that greeted us last night at 8.25 was still there at 7.45 am she explained that the restaurant has been changing its hours quite often since Jan 2025 we also found it a lot more noisy during the night we let the front desk know in the morning that the blind in the room was broken there was also only 1 waitress on another did not arrive until 7.45am and she was quite busy even for a monday morning

Nice hotel with lots of potential. The room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was well lit however, if you are 6 feet be prepared to crouch low for a shower. The restaurant in the evening il Forno serves amazing pasta dishes. Breakfast buffet is a big let down... food was left out for a while and the options are limited at best! If you are going to have breakfast order from the menu or at least check out the buffet before paying. Gym is pretty good.. nice cardio equipment and a bench with a selection of weights... only 1 bench. Lighting was out to one side of the gym. Parking is free and underground. Overall ok experience... if you can get a good price I would recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable quiet, but the restaurant was terrible overpriced limited menu for breakfast small portions. It was $20 for two eggs, two sausage, uncooked, potato, and coffee that you had to serve yourself.
