The hotel is clean, near to the the seafront while also close to the main streets of Itea. Overall a good stay with partial seaview from our balcony. However the property itself does show sign of dating back to 60s. there are the old ventilator/aircond no longer in usage and the decor/lighting is also felt old school. But clean and comfortable overall.

Nico and his folks make you feel like family! Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great… I would absolutely stay here again. The Lord Hastings celebrations were an added bonus. Itia is a lovely town.
