Downside was the elevator button to go on 5th floor was not working during my stay. I ask for a room close to elevator because of the inability to walk so far and carry the items I plan to purchase and carry to my room instead of leaving in car. But the agent books my room right to the elevator on 5th floor that did not go up there. So two days straight I had to walk from the one down the hall dragging my items ☹️☹️☹️they fix it on the last day I was checking out but I still love this hotel.

I gotta say it’s the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in a while. I have pictures of the shower. We weren’t able to shower at all we stayed here after our cruise. We were very tired and really needed a shower. There was no way we’re gonna take a shower in this dirty moldy shower I demand a refund

Our room was not cleaned very well. The smell was awfu, the food debris on the counter and sink. You can tell it was cleaned some but it appeared to be a rushed cleaning job missing several areas. It’s been a longtime since I stayed in a hotel feeling like I’m Staying in someone else’s dirt. We’ve stayed here before but this time it was an icky feeling Likely will not rebook this hotel again.

We really loved this place, it was much more than expected. Our room was clean and modern. I thought we "might" have a mini fridge, but was surprised when I opened the door to a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator with ice maker! There was even a desk area. We were only booked for one night before a cruise but wishing we were staying longer to enjoy this awesome room set up! The shower was huge, good pressure, hot water with a sitting shelf. The bed was nice but could use some firmer pillows. The temp control was easy to use and worked well. We loved how the TV area and bedroom had a partition between them and you could swivel the TV towards whichever area you were in. The staff was very pleasant and nice. We had to ask for TP and shower gel and they were in our room stocked before we even got back from dinner. The bar downstairs makes awesome drinks...a little pricey, but he was not shy on the pour. The free breakfast was yummy too! I would definitely stay here again some time!

I booked a suite expecting a comfortable and spacious stay, but the room was very small and disappointing. There was no private separation or wall between the bedrooms, which took away from the sense of privacy a suite should offer. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my stay, the parking was expensive, and the breakfast was very poor — the same limited options every day with no variety. Overall, not worth the price paid.

The location is great and the staff is fantastic. My only observation is related to the bed. The mattress seemed old and we were sinking and woke up with a really bad back pain. We had to sleep in the sofa that was in the room (not sofa bed) with sheets on top and it was very comfortable and firm (and definitely better for our backs).

I enjoyed my stay overall. Two things that could have made my stay better. The a/c is very loud and blows right on your face while in bed. Unfortunately, it left me feeling stuffy in the morning.Also, I did get good quality sleep. Also, it would be nice to have healthier breakfast options. I had to go out to get food. Thanks for at least trying to provide some options.

The hotel is in a fantastic area. Staff was super awesome and ready to assist. They also held our bags and allowed us to check in early, as our cruise ported early in the day. We would not recommend being on the main floor as it is very loud. We were in room 116 and could hear everything from the front lobby. Also, the breakfast was a bit chaotic, with no plates, cutlery available and running out of coffee/food.

We are returning guests because we were so impressed with our stay last year. We used the airport shuttle, which you need to call on arrival for. The apartment style rooms are convienent with our family ,the location has so many walkable restuarants and stores. Last year we used the shuttle to the cruise ship which was so smooth and flawless. Definitely will return on our next trip for fort lauderdale.

I showed up at the check in desk to be told “your reservation was canceled”!! She went and got someone else after I showed her my confirmation email. Someone else comes up and says “we tried to call you, but we’re overbooked & we’re sending you to a different hotel”. Problem 1. The new room had no couch bed which we needed 2. New room was 15 minutes FURTHER away! 3. Parking was $40 instead of $15!!!! 4. The nightly rate at the new place (told at the desk when I checked in) was $240 & this hotel charged me $330/night so this hotel OWED me $80 if ANYTHING. they refused after discussing with hotels.com Rep to refund me any money. They also refused to cover the drastically increased charge to park my vehicle. Total ‘don’t care’ attitude from this hotel. Very short, rude staff when they’re the ones that were screwing me over!!!

The hotel was fantastic! Clean and the staff were amazing. I called early in the morning to get on the waitlist for early check in as I was getting off a cruise early in the day! We arrived much earlier than expected and told we couldn’t get in until noon, which was not a surprise. I sat in the gorgeous foyer restaurant area and was able to read and charge my phone. I then got a call just after 11 that my room was ready. The staff also kept my suitcases safe and locked away so I don’t have to worry or keep them nearby at all times I also used the airport shuttle at 5 am and the driver was kind and lifted my bags for me. I will be staying here every time I am in Fort Lauderdale.

The stay here was AMAZING! Emily was awesome and made our checking in process smooth sailing, ask for her whenever you visit! Also, Alondra made checking out a easy going flow! There was not any questions asked that these ladies could not provide an answer for! I will definitely be back!

We were upgraded without being told we were and we were experiencing problems with the toilet flushing multiple times and we told housekeeping about the sink being clogged and it wasn't fixed and finally the toilet became clogged and we were forced to either stay in an unusable room to a regular room we initially booked at midnight and not be compensated for the inconvenience of having to move our belongings to another to the fourth floor from the first floor
