Abraham at the front desk was the most wonderful welcoming person. He was so friendly and helpful! The rooms are also really big and had plenty of amenities. Breakfast also had plenty of choice.

The staff was the best!! Anthony and Justine and Benji and others went above and beyond for my mom and I! Really helped with recommendations for things to do and just really kind. The location is an industrial part of town, so having a car is a must, but other than that, great place! Rooms were so clean and we would definitely come back and recommend to others! The breakfast area was very well maintained and a variety of options 💗

I will no longer stay at this hotel. It was my hotel of choice when I had a business trip in Oxnard. But I made an honest mistake and booked for the wrong week, and they refused to give me a refund and/or credit. I have also advised my colleagues to no longer stay there.
