Beautiful entrance and oceanfront. Roomy rooms and Hilton quality beds! The parking fee was ridiculous, no tennis/pickleball racquets for the 4 of us and the fire pits/heaters were not lighting.

Beautiful property that is well maintained. The pool, hot tub, lobby area, sports court, fire tables were all wonderful. The staff very nice and responsive to any need. The rooms could use updated couches as there were some tears but it was comfy. Daily housekeeping! Beds comfy. Pool was warm in December. Towels were abundant and fresh. Beach area in front was incredible and the views wonderful. Improvements needed: 1. Free lobby coffee would go a long way for a small effort from hotel. The room pods were not desirable taste or plastic wise. The coffee trailer was $4.00 for drip- espresso machine broken, dog poo ground into the grass made it undesirable to sit there- seemed the truck wasn't really interested in customers. I really enjoy a nice cup of coffee and I just couldn’t locate it. 2. Parking fees were inexcusably too high- we stayed 8 days and it was still $40/ night. There should be recognition and a sliding scale. 3. Food onsite was very overpriced and there are no kids options even though families were the vast majority of visitors we witnessed. Minimum cost for 3 chicken nuggets was $17.00. The quality of the food did not match the description or price point of the food. Bar drinks start at $18.00. Overall, a few small changes would elevate this place to one of my favourite go to’s! Unfortunately, I dont think I can justify the parking cost to return again for a week.

Amazing experience. Offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price to a presidential suite. Very large and convenient room close to the pool and the beach. The game room off of the pool was a cool addition. The beach was very nice and almost seemed like a private beach. Food was a little pricey but very good. We will be back.

We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are quite large, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is wonderful. Unfortunately the spa was not working during this visit, but the weather was so nice that it didn’t ruin the experience.

Nice warm pool & hot tub. Very easy stroll to the beach. Grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious and amenities like soap & lotion in each bathroom were appreciated. Our room overlooked the pool but we could see the ocean from our patio which was lovely. Underground parking is easy but $45 a night. Overall we would stay here again.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner you have to make a reservation and waiting long to be served. Self parking is $45 per day!!! They do not have showers to clean after visiting beach and so - pool and jacuzzi is mess with sand afternoon. North side landscape is messy. We booked Garden view but got tennis courts view?!

Great location but room was dusty, has ants,dirty old tub, and rooms aren't soundproof at all. We couldn't even enjoy the balcony as neighbor was smoking. Truly unfortunate as it's my son's first experience at a hotel.

Upon arrival, the room keys did not work , shower wasn’t clean and cracked tiles , paper coffee cups had been used , confetti on floor from previous guests . Patio doors (ocean view ) were filthy and the patio furniture on the balcony was full of bird poop on the tables and chairs. There is a big gap at the bottom of the room door. It was very windy and the draft comes through and you get a chill. I had to block the draft with a pillow . the day before we left. We woke up to a swarm of ants and some spiders that took over coffee area and guest bathroom. It was so bad that we weren’t able to use the guest bathroom because the ants were all around up the toilet and shower and wash bowl. This property has exterior doors and is a motel. It is not worth the price or resort fees, especially if you’re not using the amenities we didn’t use any but still had to pay a huge resort fee front desk. Staff was very nice to your face but when you call with a concern, they had a horrible attitude, as if you should not have an opinion or ask questions this was very disappointing for a Hilton property is not well-kept. It’s a rundown property and if you’re expecting any luxury go elsewhere, you will not find any luxury here. The only positive thing I have to say about this property is the location and size of the room, but it is a standard room that you would get at your average motel suite. Save your money and go elsewhere the beach is public with plenty of benches to enjoy the beach

No beach view, only paper cups in the room instead of proper coffee mugs, no tea bags or decaf coffee and a resort fee for “amenities” which are usually included in the price at other “luxury” hotels. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was impeccable. The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms. It is unlikely we would return.

This is my first okay review of our stay here at zachari dunez. Wr have stayed here for many years and have most always had such a fantastic stay.This time was quite different. We were not given room access until 540pm as room had not been cleaned. Very inconvenient when you have a function to attend. The front staff were ok friendly but I would have thought they would try a little harder as we are repeat customers. The bench under the tv was ripped and dirty, the bathtub was dirty with sand and hair, and the towels smelled gross. Lara who is a server at the pool was absolutely exceptional and so friendly! She worked so hard to make sure all guest were attended to and had what they needed. She was patient and kind to everyone even when telling them they needed to follow the rules. She should be a manager as she exudes the personality and dedication.

Upon check in we waited an hour for our room to be ready. Coming back from the pool seemed that house keeping was in our room leaving behind water bottles that were not ours, bed sheets just thrown over the bed and not replenished the towels. The main bathroom the shower just seemed to drip not able to turn it off so the constant water dripping was loud all night long.

We loved our room with nice size balcony partial view of the ocean. We had the two queen bed suite...nice surprise the room had two bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful, loved the heated pool. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant "Ox and Ocean" very nice. We had a cocktail at the open air bar by the pool in the late evening hour. The kids were in the pool having a blast playing and watching a Disney Movie on the Big Screen set up right next to the Pool. Plenty of cemented walking paths next to the ocean. We will be returning and I can't wait.

I’ve read others reviews and can see what they are saying. The place can do better and the hotel needs to be updated in areas but overall it is a great place. The staff I met with all were nice. The location is amazing. It’s like having your own private beach. The pool and surrounding grounds are worth the price. We did encounter no pool towels but had read reviews and brought our own. The room was great. Bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that ocean view suite had two bathrooms and a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. The outside deck was huge with loungers and a table. The TVs are not smart TV but cable was good enough since we were rarely in our room. We did enjoy the fire pit and had a great time just relaxing.

We stayed in the suite with 2 queen beds with the ocean view. The view was spectacular and my kids loved watching the sunset over the ocean. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The pull-out full size bed in the sofa was perfect for my teen daughter. It was a very enjoyable stay. It was very quiet. The only complaint that has nothing to do with the hotel itself was that a guest was smoking marijuana and cigarettes somewhere near our room and the smell was terrible for a short while.

We love this hotel but this time my husband had numerous occasions of rude staff including a bartender who couldn't be bothered, trying to get a couple coffee's in the morning and no one is helpful even another guest complaining she waited 10 minutes for help. The dront desk tells tou to text or call a number for any help but when we did they just told us to call the restaurant directly. Honestly customer service was much better when it was Embassy Suites. Not too mention you had evening happy hour and breakfast before. The best thing this hotel has going for them is it's location and the property itself.

Very nice hotel. Just the front desk staff let people cut me at the check in line till the second time another family tried to get ahead of me, I spoke up and asked if it was the check-in line. Then I asked the front desk staff if it’s ok to be near my sis-in-law’s room as we were checking in same day. I was told they’re fully booked but later on (less than an hour aftee) when my sis-in/ law checked in, she was asked to choose between 2 rooms that were close to each other. Anyway, thay was fine. The next day we were due to check out coz we only booked for one night but since my son was saying it was such a short stay, if we could extend so I askes “Henry” how much it would cost to extend, I got a reply with $191 government rate, so I was saying this is a good deal. So turned out it was too good to be true coz when I walked up to the front desk and the same front desk person saw me and I told him I got a reply and that I’d like to extend at that rate, I was then told an apology coz it was a mistake, it was not the rate for me coz that was for government employees only. That’s fine. People make mistakes but you know for my child to get excited about the additional night stay to enjoy the trip more but ended up in disappointment was also a big disappointment for me. Of course, I did not insist and just said we’ll come back next time.

1. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. They sent a tech to fix it but then the heater wouldn’t shut off. 2. The customer service at the front desk was AWFUL! I went to the front desk to have a key handed to my husband when she came back from a wedding. The front desk person’s name was Moon. I gave him my husband’s full name and added his name to the room reservation. You saw Moon make my husband a key and he told me all my husband needed was his ID. When my husband got back to the hotel, he went to the front desk and asked Moon for the key. Moon told him he didn’t have a key for him and he wasn’t on the reservation. I came back to the hotel because our toddler needed to go to sleep but the front desk didn’t care. They gave us a valet credit and resort fee removal but the front desk was rude and completely unhelpful. The property is nice but will not stay there again!

Excellent resort. Literally right on the beach. Plenty of safe and well kept walking paths along the beach and a huge park next to the resort for kids. The absolute best experience of our stay, you ask? The food. Ox and Ocean was superb. As was Sugarbeats. So much so that we stayed and dined at the resort. No need to go anywhere else to eat. And it was reasonably priced too! The worst part of the stay? The parking cost. $42 per night for valet or $38 per night for self park. That is excessive.

This property is large and is walking distance to the beach. As soon as you step outside the back part you can see the sand but it is a walk to actually get to the water. The pool is large and heated and there’s always music playing that’s not too loud but enough to hear it. The hot tub is also large compared to most hot tubs that can normally fit about 5-6 people comfortably. This hot tub is large enough to fit around 15 people. If you do not wish to dine at their restaurant there are options about a 5 minute drive away. The place is nice and clean with friendly staff that seem to want us to enjoy our stay. We stayed 3 nights and we had a great time. Other than the beach there isn’t anything around that’s within walking distance to do so be aware of that. Overall we loved the place and actually asked about an upgrade when I checked in. The gentleman checking me in was nice enough to offer an upgrade at a discounted price so thank you to him. Highly recommend if you are thinking of staying in the area.

I have loved this location for years. I love that I can walk directly from my room onto the beach. More people have moved into the area in expensive homes and townhomes but the new Hilton Zachari like the Embassy Suites offers that beachfront amenity, watching the sunset from my balcony, walking in the sand and great drinks in the pool bar.

The beach is literally right outside the property, easy access from all the buildings, and it’s beautiful. My suite was large and had a large balcony with a great view and you could hear the waves. The food at both restaurants is surprisingly good for a hotel, and the drinks were ok too. Very easy to just spend all your time at the resort and never leave, but parking is very convenient.

Pool is also extremely crowded and stayed so until late in the evening. One TV in our room did not work. Found two hairs in bathroom; yuck.

Zachari Dunes is a beautiful property located on an incredible beach near sand dunes. The hotel's restaurant is beautiful and the food was great. We ended up in an ocean front room and the views were spectacular. The room itself was a bit dated and smelled a bit mildewy. The shower drain was clogged so you stood in your shower water a bit, which is gross, but otherwise the room was clean. Would go back!

The food was pricey but very good. Service is slow, but we knew this going in and were happy to have a cocktail and wait. This is my second time staying here and it is just as lovely as before. We stayed in room 809 which is a beachfront suite and it was excellent. 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. Just keep in mind that parking and resort fees are steep and are charged daily!
