Aucune isolation phonique, les portes de la chambre laisse passer tout le bruit dans les couloirs et claquent. Nous avons du les caler avec du papier carton. Les repas ne sont pas tous frais beaucoup de produits congelés et mal cuits. On nous a fait payer un supplément pour le « club», ce qui resume a un animateur qui fait le soir du karaoke et avoir accès au transat sur la plage. Cette dernière est decrite comme privée, la seule partie privée est devant l’hôtel le reste est en accès libre. Même si on a précisé qu’on ne souhaitait pas les options club car on n’avait pas prévu de les utiliser il faut quand même les payer.

Resort dalla posizione strategica proprio sul bellissimo mare di Noto Marina, impeccabile l'accoglienza, ma la camera ed il bagno diversi da quelli visionati in fase di prenotazione e a mio avviso non corrispondenti ad una classificazione da 4stelle (qualche pecca che andrebbe sistemata e/o rivista). Cibo discreto ma avendo fatto il pacchetto All Inclusive abbiamo sempre usufruito dei vari e buoni ristoranti presenti e solo una volta del buffet centrale. Tra questi mi sento di elogiare il ristorante Libanese, per la varietà delle portate, qualità e bontà. Un appunto alle bibite comprese nel pacchetto All Inclusive che sono assolutamente da migliorare, è impossibile che non si possa prendere un caffè od un Thè freddo e che i succhi siano palesemente diluiti con acqua. Animazione ok e personale molto cordiale, di certo chi dirige potrebbe far di meglio, aria condizionata rotta da un mese al buffet centrale ed era disumano sostare in sala con quelle temperature.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni di pieno relax. Premetto che è la seconda volta che torno in questa struttura. Un plauso al personale per la cordialità e la professionalità. Animazione eccellente. Spiaggia pulita e mare cristallino. Unica pecca le camere che seppur pulite e ben organizzate sono datate.
